Not Just Any Replacement
Jaehee’s POV
I lay flat on the bed. Changmin was still changing inside the bathroom. This isn’t usual. But I don’t feel that awkward, maybe it’s the fact that I’ve known him for so long.
I sighed. Who would have thought that I’d marry my ex?
Twisted life you have, Kang Jaehee.
“Hee?”
Changmin walked out, his hair was still a little damp. He was clad in a pair of cotton pants and a white wife beater.
I looked away. I forgot how……attractive this idiot can be.
“What is it?”
“If you’re not comfortable having me around, I can go with hyung~”
“Really, Changmin? What would they think? What would Soomin think?”
He blinked, then he nodded.
“I’ll take the couch.” He said.
“Of course you will.” I tossed a pillow and a blanket to him. He chuckled.
“Did you have fun today?” He asked gently. I sat up and faced him.
“Yeah, it’s been a while since I went to the country side.”
“That’s good then, that’s the only thing that matters to me anyways, good night, Hee.” He plopped on the couch and took off his glasses.
WHAT?!
Narrator’s POV
Soomin was first one to wake. She sat up from her bed and went to the bathroom to wash her face. Then she went down to kitchen.
She looked at the floor length window and admired the view. She smiled lazily and stretched her arms.
“You’re up early.”
She spun around and found Yunho standing by the kitchen counter.
“’Morning oppa.” She greeted.
Yunho nodded and opened the fridge.
“I just want to have toast.” She muttered as she stood behind him.
“Rice?”
Soomin shook her head.
“Last night, what took you so long? You weren’t jogging, right?”
Soomin bit her lip.
“Something happened back in Seoul. Photos of PYC and unnie hugging and kissing were released to the press.”
Yunho’s brows furrowed.
“They could just claim it was before her marriage.”
“No, those were taken during our company party, oppa.”
Soomin sighed and crossed her arms.
“There’s no way out, they have to face this issue.”
