Narrator’s POV

Soomin, beign the Shim that she is was at kitchen chewing on some dried fruit when she heard her brother go down.

“Oppa?” She blinked at him.

“I’ll be heading out, Jaehee’s stranded at Yeouido, don’t wait for me and just sleep, arasso?”

Before she ould reply, Changmin was already out of the house.

Soomin smiled to herself and went up to her room with a bowl of popcorn and a pack of dried fruits.

“Love is in the air.” She chuckled.

Jaehee sat on the couch at the lobby of the building where they filmed at, some of the staff had already went ahead and battled with the strong rain, whitle the others opted for the bus.

She was wearing her headphones while looking at the rain.

Then she saw a silver Lexus pull over and stopped at the front door. Event the staff turned to see who was the owner.

She saw Changmin slip out of the car wearing his usual Burberry specs, a white v-neck shirt and denim jeans.

Some of the female staff blushed and looked away.

Jaehee stood up, honestly, she didn’t know what to say. It was already awkward enough for her that she was the one who needed his help.

“Did you wait that long?” He asked as he got in the lobby.

“No, you didn’t really have to drive all the way up here~”

Changmin shook his head and placed the green parka he was holding around her.

“Let’s get in the car.”

Jaehee’s POV

After telling my manager that I was ready to leave we went to the car.

“I know you’re tired. Take a nap, it’s fine.”

I lookWhyed at him.

“I’m fine. You must be more tired than me.”

He chuckled lightly.

“I wasn’t the one who had to film for 6 hours.”

I rolled my eyes at him.

“Just sleep, Hee.”

“Arasso, wake me up when we arrive at Seoul.”

I saw him nod.

Strange, how come I don’t feel awkward with him? We used to be uncomfortable with each other.

Maybe being in good terms with him is a good idea after all.

Then I remembered Max.

Why did he pop out suddenly?

Weird.

“I can hear your brain from here, Jaehee, jut sleep.”

“Smarty pants.”

Narrator’s POV

Changmin pulled over the house’s curb and sent for the maids to prepare warm water.

“Jaehee?” He gently tapped her shoulder. Jaehee didn’t move.

Changmin smiled. She was always a heavy sleeper. Then he examined her face, she was already free of make-up, and gently he brushed the hair off her face.

“What did I do wrong to make you hate me so much?”

Changmin looked at the front door. He got off the car and went to her side. He slowly unbuckled her seat belt and carried her to the house.
