First impression : 

Yes, from your title, I can take conclusion that it is an M rated story. however, just by reading your foreword, it makes the others curious and I like it that you put some quotes in the descriptions part. The trailer that you're using is perfectly match to the story *thumbs up*. And also from watching your trailer, I can take a conclusion that this story is also inspired by a kdrama maybe?

Story title : 

You don't really have problem in your title since I think its kinda eye catching and inviting the readers to find out more what is happening in your story.

But instead of Love Or Hormones, it should've be Love or Hormones. why? because the 'or' is a conjuction which means that it shouldn't have been capitalize since you don't have to capitalize the first letter of the conjuction.

Graphics : 

For me personally, your poster is too plain but well it depends on the person actually. But for me, I prefered the animated one. 

You got no problem in the trailer and the song that you used in the trailer match the story. Since its my first time listening to this song, I did try to listen to it over and over again and yes, the song is meaningful too.

Description and foreword : 

The description is kinda neat and yes, I love that kind of foreword:) You did put meaningful quotes and a poem written by Jay Asher. Just a bit error here:

But I suggested you to put the characters profile in the foreword? but still it depends on the person. 

And also, if you're going to make the characters's profile, please make all of their pictures balance and in the same amount, like IU got 4 pics so Suzy, Kai, Yoona, Kris got 4 pics too so it will be more neat

Plot / flow / orginality : 

I never read this kind of fanfic before so yeah, its new to me but I like it tho.

Some of the events are easy to follow paragraph by paragraph.
