"So how did it go with your parents?" asked Sooyoung.

 

Tiffany looked at Jessica.

 

"Um ........... I'll tell you about it later." said Jessica.

 

"Jess, it's okay Seohyun and I will go for a  walk so you can talk to Soo alone." said Tiffany.

 

"Yeah sure, let's go." said Seohyun.

 

"Oh okay, thanks." said Jessica.

 

Tiffany and Seohyun headed off for a walk. Tiffany explaining to Seohyun the reaction Jessica had from her parents about her relationship with Sooyoung.

 

Jessica then sat herself down on the picnic blanket. Sooyoung sat down close next to her.

 

Sooyoung looked at Jessica's face.

 

"It didn't go well with your parents, did it Jess?" asked Sooyoung.

 

Jessica looked at her girlfriend then down towards the ground.

 

Sooyoung Jessica's face then looked her in the eye.

 

"They don't like me do they? It's okay Jess......... just tell me what they said." said Sooyoung.

 

Jessica's eyes began to fill with tears.

 

Sooyoung gently wiped Jessica's tears.

 

"Look at you Cutey, you're so upset. Wow, they hated me that much hey?" said Sooyoung.

 

"They didn't hate you baby, they didn't even let me talk about you much at all. As soon as they heard I had a girlfriend and not a boyfriend they didn't want to hear anymore. And well I guess I didn't want to tell them about you after that." said Jessica sadly.

 

Sooyoung pulled Jessica in tightly for a hug to comfort her upset girlfriend.

 

Jessica then explained exactly what happened including how Sooyoung wasn't welcome in her parents house.

 

"I'm so sorry to cause you so many problems with your family Jess." said Sooyoung sadly.

 

"You have nothing to be sorry about. My Mum and Dad should be the one's apologizing." said Jessica.

 

"But I feel bad that you said you won't go back to their house. You're so close with your family. I don't want to be the reason for your arguments." said Sooyoung concerned.

 

"It's not your fault Soo, it wouldn't matter which girl it was, it's just they or Dad can't except the fact I'm in love with a girl and not a guy." said Jessica.

 

Jessica was feeling really bad for Sooyoung who had taken it quite to heart and felt like she was responsible for the family disagreement.

 

"Hey, on the bright side at least my family know I have a girlfriend now so we don't have to hide anything anymore and..."

 

She kissed Sooyoung gently.

 

"We can kiss as often as........"

 

She kissed her again.

 

"We like and ......"

 

Kissed her again.

 

"Wherever we like..." smiled Jessica.

 

Jessica looked into Sooyoung's eyes deeply and began to kiss her passionately.

 

Sooyoung pulled away from her kiss.

 

"Settle down Jung, It's day time there's kids in this park." Sooyoung smiled.

 

"What, we were only kissing." said Jessica while grinning.

 

"Yes but that was hot and steamy kissing. You need to save  that for night time in this park." smiled Sooyoung.

 

Jessica smiled back at her.

 

"Kissing in the park at this time of the day needs to be rated G." smiled Sooyoung.

 

"Like this Cutey."

 

Sooyoung met her lips with Jessica's for a short, sweet kiss.

 

"Okay Jung. You got it? Keep the kisses child friendly." she smiled.

 

"Well just for future warning y, some day or night should I say. You and I are going to make love in this park of ours." Jessica smiled cheekily.

 

"Well just for future warning Cutey, that would be Illegal. You're not allowed to make love in the park even at night time." said Sooyoung.

 

"Well I guess that depends on whether you get caught or not, Right?" smiled Jessica seductively.

 

Sooyoung smiled back at her.

 

"Do I need to throw some cold water over you or maybe a bucket of ice. You're losing control of your ." smiled Sooyoung.

 

Jessica then looked at Sooyoung seductively and said.

 

"Kiss me....."

 

"Oh Jess please....... get that look out of your eye. You're scaring me. You can't make love right now, okay?" smiled Sooyoung.

 

Jessica wasn't going to give up.

 

"Kiss me y....."

 

Sooyoung couldn't resist her beautiful girlfriend any longer. She met Jessica's lips with a slow, sensual kiss. She pulled Jess in closer to her and continued to kiss. Until the kiss came to an abrupt halt when Yuri threw an apple at her.

 

"Yah!! you two stop... There's kids around." Yuri smiled.

 

Sooyoung and Jessica smiled up at Yuri and Yoona who had arrived back from their walk.

 

"It's Jessica's fault she's a bad influence on me." smiled Sooyoung.

 

Jessica punched Sooyoung in the arm.

 

"Ouch! Don't you even try to act like that kiss wasn't your idea Jung." Sooyoung smiled as she rubbed her arm.

 

Yuri and Yoona laughed.

 

"Where's Seohyun?" asked Yoona.

 

"Oh she went on a walk with Tiffany." said Sooyoung.

 

Sooyoung grabbed Jessica's hand and held it tightly. This brought a big smile to Jessica's face. Jessica then rested her head on Sooyoung's shoulder.

 

"I didn't no that Tiffany was here." said Yuri.

 

"Jess and Tiff came together." said Sooyoung.

 

"Well we thought you should know Sooyoungah that there's an ice cream van over near the kids playground." smiled Yoona.

 

A  huge smile took over Sooyoung's face.

 

"Ice cream you say?" smiled Sooyoung.

 

"Yes ice cream." smiled Yoona.

 

"Jess we need to get some ice cream." smiled Sooyoung.

 

"Yes, yes, yes I love ice cream. let's go." Jessica smiled.

 

"Oh hold on, we better wait for Seo and Tiff." said Sooyoung.

 

"I'll just call Tiff and tell her to come back here." said Jessica.

 

Jessica called Tiffany and within a few minutes Seohyun and Tiffany had made their way back to the others.

 

All of the girls headed towards the ice cream van. Jessica and Sooyoung still holding hands tightly. Sooyoung shouted all the girls ice cream. They wanted to pay themselves but gave in to Sooyoung in the end. While Sooyoung was waiting for the ice cream order Tiffany approached Jessica.

 

"Did you tell her the truth?" asked Tiffany.

 

"I did, I told her everything." said Jessica.

 

"How'd she take it?" asked Tiffany.

 

"She was really hurt of course but she seems to be okay for now." said Jessica.

 

"I'm so happy you didn't hide it from her Jess." said Tiffany.

 

"Well see I'm not stubborn all the time. I do listen to your advice sometimes." she smiled.

 

"Yeah hardly ever." Tiffany smiled.

 

"Hey, by the way, how did you know that Soo would be near the fountain when we got here?" asked Jessica.

 

"Um well you know......... that was where Soo and I had our date." said Tiffany.

 

"Oh... I see." said Jessica.

 

Jessica felt a little awkward after hearing that.

 

Sooyoung then handed out the ice creams to everyone and they all headed back to their picnic blankets to finish eating them.

 

Jessica and Sooyoung's bodies touching each other while eating their ice creams.

 

Sooyoung couldn't help but notice Yuri and Yoona's closeness while eating. Their bodies weren't touching one another but they were as close as they possibly could be to each other without their bodies touching. Sooyoung was so happy to see this. Maybe just maybe these two will finally get together she thought.

 

Even after their ice creams were all finished they continued chatting away with each other until the sun started to drop.

 

"I think it might be time to head home. I've got a big day at work tomorrow. I kind of wanted to get to bed early." said Seohyun.

 

"Well seeing as we work together...... maybe you might want to fill me in on why its such a big day for us tomorrow." asked Sooyoung.

 

"Um well Soo you have been slightly distracted lately." she smiled towards Jessica. " We have to submit our ideas for the Spring line" said Seohyun.

 

"Oh yeah, of course. I knew that." Sooyoung smiled.

 

They all laughed at Sooyoung.

 

The girls packed up their things and headed towards their cars.

 

"Hey Cutey, do you want me to stay over your place tonight?" asked Sooyoung.

 

"No it's okay. You've got a big day tomorrow, you should have an early night." smiled Jessica.

 

"But I think I should be there with you. With everything that happened with your family today...... I want to be there for you Jess." said Sooyoung.

 

Jessica then cupped Sooyoung's' face.

 

"Hey y, you have been there for me. What about here at the park just now......... you have been there for me. It's my turn to be there for you and let you have an early night. Please Soo, I swear I'm okay." she kissed Sooyoung's lips.

 

"Are you sure? I mean are you really sure you're okay?" asked Sooyoung.

 

"Yes Baby I'm okay." said Jessica.

 

When they reached Jessica's car, Sooyoung and Jessica shared a long kiss goodbye.

 

"I love you Cutey. I'm sorry that it didn't work out with your parents but I'm glad that our relationship isn't a secret anymore." said Sooyoung.

 

"I'm glad it's not a secret anymore too." said Jessica. "I love you y and remember one day you and I will do you know what in this park of ours." Jessica smiled cheekily.

 

"We'll see Jung, we'll see........." Sooyoung smiled.

 

They hugged each other and said goodbye. Jessica then hopped in her car.

 

Before Tiffany hopped in the car. Sooyoung raced to her and gave her a warm hug. She then whispered in Tiffany's ear.

 

"Are you free for lunch tomorrow?"

 

"Um I'll be finished my shoot about 1pm" said Tiffany.

 

"Perfect, can we go out to lunch after that? I really want your advice on something." said Sooyoung.

 

"Um sure but is Jess going to know about this lunch?" asked Tiffany.

 

"Well....... No I prefer if she didn't. Well not yet anyway." said Sooyoung.

 

"If she finds out later and gets angry at me, you have to take the blame then okay." said Tiffany.

 

"I swear if she finds out I'll take the blame." smiled Sooyoung.

 

They said goodbye and Sooyoung hopped into Seohyun's car.

 

Tiffany got in Jessica's car. As soon as she sat down Jessica asked her what Sooyoung was talking to her about. Tiffany just told her that Sooyoung said she might have some more work for her soon.

 

When Seohyun pulled up at their house, Sooyoung was happily surprised to hear that Yoona was coming inside to hang out with Yuri.

 

When they got inside.

 

"I'm just going to have my shower then head to my room for an early night." said Sooyoung.

 

"You don't have to disappear on our account." said Yoona.

 

"No, honestly I really need an early night. I was up too late last night." said Sooyoung.

 

Even if she hadn't had a late night Sooyoung still would of taken off to her room to leave Yuri and Yoona alone.

 

Once Sooyoung had her shower she walked past Yuri and Yoona who were holding hands on the sofa. Sooyoung resisted a scream of excitement and very cooly walked past and gave them a wave goodnight.

 

Oh my god, finally Sooyoung thought. I really hope it works out for the both of them. My Yul has been so lonely for too long. Please let it work out she said to herself.

 

Before Sooyoung got into bed she decided to give her girlfriend a call.

 

Brrrrrnnnnnngggggggggg!!!!!!

 

"Hi y, are you missing me too much?" asked Jessica.

 

"You know it. Of course I am." smiled Sooyoung.

 

"You're suppose to be having an early night."

 

"I swear Cutey, I'm just about to go to bed now. I just wanted to make sure you were still okay." said Sooyoung.

 

"Thanks Baby, I'm okay. Tomorrow's a new day right. Maybe Mum and Dad will have a change of heart tomorrow." said Jessica.

 

"You never know. Fingers crossed that they do." said Sooyoung.

 

"Yep, hey thanks again for calling Baby but you really should get some sleep now okay?" said Jessica.

 

"Oh before you go. Is Tiff near you now?" asked Sooyoung.

 

"Um yeah she's in the kitchen." said Jessica.

 

"Great, could I please have a quick talk with her please." said Sooyoung.

 

"What do you want to talk to her about?" asked Jessica.

 

"You don't have to get jealous Jess. I just want to talk to her about some work stuff. Okay Cutey?" asked Sooyoung.

 

"I'll just put her on." said Jessica.

 

"It's Soo, she wants to talk to you." said Jessica to Tiffany.

 

"Hi Soo." said Tiffany.

 

"Hi Tiff, is my girlfriend still standing close to you?" asked Sooyoung.

 

"Yes kind of." said Tiffany.

 

"Can you move further away from her?" asked Sooyoung.

 

Tiffany came up with a reason to go to her bedroom.

 

"Hold on, I'll just check my diary in my bedroom."

 

Tiffany then walked into her bedroom.

 

"Wow, smart thinking there." Sooyoung smiled.

 

"Not just a pretty face, huh?" Tiffany smiled.

 

"No you're much more than just a pretty face Tiffany Hwang." smiled Sooyoung.

 

Tiffany felt herself blush.

 

"So I've decided I'll tell Jess about our lunch date tomorrow. I'll just say we've got some upcoming work to discuss." said Sooyoung.

 

"Oh okay, so you didn't want to talk to me about work?" asked Tiffany.

 

"No, it's something else I wanted to get advice from you for." said Sooyoung.

 

"Oh, okay." said Tiffany.

 

"I thought I should let Jess know because it wouldn't be nice if she found out from someone else that we had lunch together without her knowing." said Sooyoung.

 

"Yes I agree. She'll still get jealous you know but at least were not hiding it from her." said Tiffany.

 

"Okay well I'll see you for lunch tomorrow Miss Hwang." Sooyoung smiled.

 

She felt herself blushing again. She knew it wasn't a real lunch date with Sooyoung tomorrow but it would still be just the two of them and she found herself really looking forward to it. But she was kind of curious to know what Soo wanted advice from her about.

 

"Sure, I'll see you tomorrow."

 

Tiffany walked out of her room and handed the phone back to Jessica.

 

"Hi." said Jessica.

 

"Hey Cutey, I just wanted to let you know that Tiffany and I are having lunch together tomorrow to talk in more detail about future work projects." said Sooyoung.

 

"I thought you'd already talked about it before." said Jessica.

 

"We kind of have but just because she's a friend I still have to do things properly, so taking her to lunch to talk about it is standard work practise." said Sooyoung.

 

"Okay fine, whatever." said Jessica.

 

"Jessica Jung stop getting so jealous. You know how much I love you so there's nothing to be jealous about. Okay?" said Sooyoung.

 

"I know but I just want you for myself. I don't want to share you with anyone." said Jessica.

 

"Well you do have me all to yourself but sometimes I do have to meet with other people Cutey. That's kind of part of my job." said Sooyoung.

 

"I know Baby, it's okay. Now get off this phone and get some sleep, alright?" said Jessica.

 

"Alright. Goodnight Cutey. I love you." Sooyoung smiled.

 

"I love you too, y. Bye."

 

As soon as Sooyoung got off the phone she called her best friend.

 

Brrrrrrnnnnnngggggggg!!!!!!

 

"Hi my Giant."

 

"Hey Shorty, Guess what??" asked Sooyoung.

 

"What?"

 

"You're not even going to guess?" asked Sooyoung.

 

"Nope."

 

"Where did my fun bestie go. Who stole her and replaced her with this boring person I'm talking to right now." Sooyoung smiled.

 

"I know you think what you just said was really funny but I'm here to inform you that it wasn't funny." Taeyeon smiled.

 

"You know what time it is?" Sooyoung began to giggle.

 

"No! NO! do not even attempt that joke." said Taeyeon.

 

"Hmmm fine then I won't but why are you so grumpy? Do you need me to come over and tickle you or something." Sooyoung smiled.

 

"I'm not that grumpy and no I don't need to be tickled." said Taeyeon.

 

"Shorty why don't you come sleep with me tonight? You sound a bit down." said Sooyoung.

 

"Um Soo, somehow I think your girlfriend would not want me sleeping with you." said Taeyeon.

 

"Is that why you're upset because of Jessica?" asked Sooyoung.

 

"No....... I don't no........... It just feels like I'm losing you." said Taeyeon.

 

"Shorty please, you're not going to lose me, Hop in your car and come over now. Please!" said Sooyoung.

 

"But.........'

 

"No but's Shorty...... Come over now. I'll be waiting for you." said Sooyoung.

 

Sooyoung hung up the phone. She then texted Yuri :

 

Hi Yul,

Not trying to interrupt you two but Shorty

is coming over. She should be here soon.

When she get's here can you just send 

her straight up to my room. Thanks :)

Hope you're having fun out there. xx

 

Yuri then read the text and replied :

 

Hey thanks Soo for leaving us alone.

I owe you one :)  I'll send Taeyeon

up to your room when she arrives

Yuri told Taeyeon to head up to Sooyoung's room when she came inside.

 

Taeyeon opened Sooyoung's door. Sooyoung hopped straight out of bed and outstretched her arms for her best friend. The two of them shared a long warm hug.

 

"I love you Shorty. I know I have a girlfriend right now but it doesn't mean that I stop loving you."

 

Taeyeon hugged her tighter.

 

"It's just a bit hard at the moment to spend much time with you. I'm sorry Shorty, I'll try to spend some more time with you okay?" said Sooyoung.

 

Sooyoung pulled her body away from Taeyeon's so she could see her best friends face. When she did see it her Shorty had tears streaming down her face.

 

"Shorty please, talk to me. What's wrong?" asked Sooyoung.

 

"Nothing." said Taeyoen.

 

"You're so upset. How can I help you? I hate seeing you like this." Sooyoung said sadly.

 

Sooyoung began to wipe tears from Taeyeon's face.

 

"I don't know what's wrong with me Soo........... I'm just not coping that well at the moment." said Taeyeon with tears still falling.

 

"But what is it that you're not coping with Shorty........ Please just tell me?" asked Sooyoung with concern.

 

Taeyeon couldn't possibly tell her best friend the real reason. In fact she couldn't tell anyone the truth behind her sadness right now.

 

"I ............ I........... can we just hop into bed so I can cuddle you please Sooyoungah." asked Taeyeon.

 

"Will you stop crying if we do?" asked Sooyoung.

 

"Yes I will, I promise." said Taeyeon.

 

"Okay Shorty but are you sure that you don't want to talk about what's upseting you? It usually helps when you talk to someone about your problems." said Sooyoung with worry.

 

"I think right now, I'm just not quite ready to talk about it." said Taeyeon.

 

They both then hopped into bed. Sooyoung placed a gentle kiss on Taeyeon's forehead.

 

"I'm here for you Shorty. Whenever it is that you think you're ready to talk about it. I'll be here for you. Okay?" said Sooyoung.

 

"I know Sooyoungah." said Taeyeon.

 

Sooyoung then rolled over to face away from Taeyeon because she knew her best friend would want to cuddle her from behind.

 

What's wrong with my Shorty thought Sooyoung. It was breaking her heart to see her best friend so upset but her Shorty wouldn't tell her what was wrong, so Sooyoung was feeling helpless. How can I be there for her if she won't tell me what's wrong.

 

Taeyeon cuddled Sooyoung tightly. She knew that whenever she had her Giant in her arms she felt complete and that all her worries went away.

 

Before Sooyoung went to sleep she couldn't help but think how jealous her girlfriend would be right now. How can I be there for everyone in my life without letting them down or without them feeling jealous. I feel myself being torn between my best friend and my girlfriend. I'm not sure I can handle this. How can I keep them both happy. I wish I knew how.........if only I knew how thought Sooyoung.........................
