No one's POV: 

"Are you angry at me?" Joonmyeon asked when he saw how Yixing was sitting 
"No... just embarrassed" Yixing replied, hiding his cheeks which were slowly becoming red 
"You don't need to be embarrassed" Joonmyeon said, prying Yixing's arms away so he would uncurl himself 
"You don't need to be embarrassed about what then, all couples do that" he explained to which Yixing sighed.

"But you pushed me away" he muttered 
"Because we're not ready for it yet, you could sit here and say that of course you're ready but what if you regret it in the future? You can't take it back then" Joonmyeon said and Yixing nodded 
"I know... it's just... I've never done this before; having a boyfriend and all that so I have no idea when to do all of this... stuff" he replied and frowned when Joonmyeon started laughing and squeezed his cheeks.

"You are so cute" he said and kissed the pout on Yixing's lips 
"You don't need to worry about doing all of this couple stuff straight away. We can take our time, I'm not going to rush you into anything" he said and Yixing nodded before turning his attention back to the film 
"Wan't to watch something different?" he asked  
"Yes please" Joonmyeon replied, jumping up to choose a new film before pulling Yixing closer to him once again.

It was later that day when Yixing realised something; if he and Joonmyeon were going to carry on their relationship after Yixing returned to China, he was going to have to tell his parents that he was gay. But as mentioned earlier, they weren't the most welcoming of people to change, Yixing knew that his dad would eventually get over it and accept that his son was who he was. His mum? Who knows how she would react? But Yixing knew he had to tell them at some point, he had to tell them so his conscience was clear and as long as they knew, other people could know as well and he wouldn't feel the need to hide it anymore.

With that decided, on Sunday night, Yixing was on his laptop waiting for his parents to come online to video chat with him as they did every Sunday since his arrival to Korea. It wasn't long before his dad's face popped up on screen, smiling when he saw Yixing waving to him 
"Hey buddy" he said and Yixing smiled 
"Hi... is mum there?" he asked and his dad nodded.

"In the kitchen cleaning up, why?" he replied as Yixing took a deep breath in 
"C-can you ask her to come into the living room... I need to tell you two something" to which his dad frowned before nodding and got up to fetch his wife. Yixing knew that from this point onwards there was no going back, he had to tell them today and think of the consequences later.

"Do we have homework today?" a student asked as the bell rang 
"Nope, you're homework free for this lesson" Joonmyeon replied and laughed when the class cheered before bidding goodbye to him and made their way out of the class. Ah Monday's, the one day besides Wednesday's and Sunday's that Joonmyeon hated the most. Monday's because it's the start of what could be a very long week, Wednesday's because... well Wednesday is just an irrelevant day of the week and Sunday's because it meant to end of the weekend and was close to Monday.

"Come in" he said when he heard someone knock before the door closed and he looked up to see Yixing
"Hey" he said with a smile, which disappeared when he saw the look on Yixing's face 
"What's wrong?" he asked before Yixing ran over to him and hugged him, burrying his face in Joonmyeon's chest before he began sobbing. Poor Joonmyeon just stood there, he didn't know how to react! He didn't even know why Yixing was crying in the first place!

"Yixing" he said softly, pulling the boy off of him to get a good look at him
"What's wrong?" he asked 
"I-I told my parents last night that I'm gay" Yixing replied before he began crying again and Joonmyeon's eyes widened as he sat Yixing down and rubbed his back. 

"Hey now" he said
"I-I knew that they weren't g-going to take it well... but... but my mum" Yixing said as Joonmyeon wiped some tears away from his cheek 
"I'm sure they'll come to terms with it eventually" Joonmyeon replied, causing Yixing to laugh bitterly 
"You haven't met my parents" he began, using his jumper sleeve to wipe his eyes 
"My dad yeah... probably... but my mum? You should have heard her when I told them" he finished whilst Joonmyeon sighed. 

"You know, I was in the same position as you when I first came out to my parents" he said
"Really?"
"Yeah. My mum and my brother kind of just accepted it and didn't make a fuss out of it. My dad took longer and we use to get into fights all the time about it" he explained before pausing and turning to Yixing. 

"Can you remember the time I came into school and my mood had completely changed for a while?" he asked
"Remember? You snapped at me" Yixing replied and managed to crack a smile out of Joonmyeon
"Well, the reason I was moody is because of my dad... although he can't really help it. You see, he's been suffering with Alzheimer's for a while now and when I was of, it was because I was with my brother taking care of him whilst my mum went away for a break for a few days" he began. 

"I know my dad can't help it, but every so often he forgets that I'm gay, so I have to keep telling him. Of course he goes back to being the man he was when I first told him but before he got ill, he came around to accepting it. So just give it time and your mum will come accept you. It may take a while like it did with my dad... but she and you dad will come around eventually" he finished and Yixing nodded his head as Joonmyeon smiled and kissed his forehead.

"Good, now stop worrying about it and get going before the headmaster starts worrying about you" he said as Yixing stood up and gathered his stuff
"Thanks" he said before walking out the room. 

.....

Walking down the hall, Yixing was trying to believe what Joonmyeon told him; that it all got better in the end... but how was he suppose to believe him after the way his parents reacted last night? 
"There you are" came the headmaster's voice as Yixing looked up and saw him walking towards him 
"I was just about to... are you alright?" he asked when he saw Yixing's face and how puffy his eyes were.

"No" Yixing replied as tears welled up in his eyes again 
"What's wrong?" 
"I told my parents I was gay last night... and they didn't react to well" Yixing replied, wiping his eyes to stop the tears whilst the headmaster took him to his office to calm down and to explain everything.
