No one's POV: 

"You two look so handsome!" the heamdaster's wife gushed as Kyungsoo and Jongin stepped into her house, both of them blushing and feeling really embarrassed 
"Yixing" she called up the stairs before running of to find her camera
"You know... I never thought headmaster Park's wife would be the complete opposite of her husband" Jongin muttered to Kyungsoo who nodded in agreement just as Yixing came down the stairs.

"I look so much hotter than the two of you put together" he said whilst Jongin scoffed 
"Dream on China town!" he replied and both of them began laughing whilst Kyungsoo rolled his eyes. That was when the headmaster's wife came back into the hallway grinning 
"All three of you look so handsome! How come none of you are my biological son?" she asked as the headmaster walked in 
"Miyoung please, you're embarassing them" he said as his wife shot him a glare and held her camera up. 

"Let me get a picture of the three of them and then you're free to go" she said and what turned out to be eleven pictures later, yes eleven.... Yixing counted, they were free to go 
"Now remember, behave! No fighting, swearing, inappropriate stuff with girls and guys and say no to drugs" she lectured them and all four of them sighed 
"Yes mam" they chorused together and got into the car, making their way to the school. 

Staying with the headmaster of the school meant that Yixing had to go to the venue early with the headmaster himself to make sure that everything was ready last minute before other students started arriving. Because you had the privilledge of doing so, you asked Kyungsoo and Jongin to come over early so they could get a lift and not have to stand out with a large group of people waiting to go inside... fine by them!

......

"You guys are going to love the place when you've seen what we've done" the headmaster said and the three of them frowned and quickened their pace to catch up with him as they walked inside and their eyes widened 
"Woah" Kyungsoo said 
"This is awesome!" Yixing and Jongin both said, the headmaster smiling, at least he had their approval!

For the ball, the students were asked to pick a theme. Naturally there were some weird ones such as space, The Wizard of Oz and Middle Earth. In the end it was decided that this was a Winter Ball, therefore they would be keeping to a winter theme and the hall was set out accordingly; 

 (ooo pretty!)

Cool isn't it? Well that's exactly what the students thought as they entered themselves. Most of them thought the school was going to do a pretty rubbish job on making the place look nice for the ball... boy were they wrong!

After the food was eaten and the headmaster gave a speech about wishing everyone a good Christmas and blah blah blah the usual, it was finally time to party! Once the songs started blasted out, Jongin and Yixing pulled a reluctanct Kyungsoo out onto the dancefloor 
"You can't just stand there like an awkward turtle" Yixing shouted over the music 
"But I don't want to look like an idiot" Kyungsoo shouted back  
"Ah forget it" came Jongin's voice and grabbed both Yixing and Kyungsoo's hand as they began jumping around like fools and began bursting out with laughter. 

After a while the songs began to slowly change into power ballads and girls began squealing excitedly as boys asked them to dance with them and teachers themselves walked out with them 
"Aww and poor little Kyunggie's going to be left on the sidelines" someone said as a group of people began laughing and Kyungsoo dropped his gaze to the floor. 

"No he won't, I'll dance with him" Jongin replied 
"What?" 
"What? Kyungsoo asked and Jongin nodded 
"Come on" he said and led Kyungsoo out to the dancefloor whilst Yixing shook his head, those two... seriously! 

Standing on the edge of the dancefloor, Yixing laughed when he saw Kyungsoo and Jongin dancing like idiots and not taking it seriously, that was when his eyes landed on Joonmyeon on the other side who was chatting and laughing with another teacher and Yixing had to admit, he looked good in his suit. That was when his eyes landed on Sooyeon who was staring at a guy across the dance floor, joking with his friends. Yixing could sense that something was going on and walked over to her, tapping her on the shoulder and holding out his hand. 

"Come on" he said 
"O-oh I-"
"Seriously, you'll thank me later" he interrupted and frowning, Sooyeon allowed him to lead her out onto the dancefloor. As the two of them began dancing, Yixing could see Sooyeon's eyes wonder over to the guy who was now staring at them 
"He'll be coming over in the minute" he said, making her jump a little before blushing. 

"No he won't" she muttered but no sooner had she said that did Yixing feel a tap on his shoulder 
"Mind if I dance with her?" the guy asked and Yixing nodded, stepping away whilst Sooyeon's eyes widened... Yixing was actually right? 

"That was a nice thing you did there" Joonmyeon said when Yixing walked off of the dancefloor
"O-oh really? Thanks" he replied and Joonmyeon smiled, wishing Yixing the best over the holidays and walked over to speak to the headmaster whilst Yixing stood there blushing... yeah... he definitely needed the holiday to get Joonmyeon out of his head!!

The one negative to spending his year abroad with the headmaster was that Yixing had to stay until every other student had left. Heck, Kyungsoo and Jongin had been gone for over an hour now and yet Yixing was sat down, nearly falling asleep, watching as others left... he envied them! That was when Sooyeon came running over to him and planted a kiss on his cheek and smiled 
"Thank you" she said happily and ran back to the guy from earlier whilst a smile appeared on Yixing's face, at least he did something good tonight! (Failing to notice someone staring at him as Sooyeon kissed him) 

......

"You ready to go now?" the headmaster asked eventually 
"Yes, please, I'm about to fall asleep on the floor" Yixing replied, jumping up from his seat and the headmaster laughed at him 
"Come on then, let's get going Sleeping Beauty" he said and Yixing pouted at the nickname, picking up his suit jacket and following the headmaster out to the car, eventually falling asleep during the ride back home. 

Tonight had been a good night!

Hey guys!! :D 

So next chapter is going to be a Yixing at home in China one... I know from like posts and stuff that his mum seems like a really nice woman but I'm going to put a spin to her... I'm not going to make her evil evil like I do with nearly every other parent in the story but *shrugs shoulders* 

I wonder if I could fit Luhan into there somehow... 

Also, Happy Chinese New Year for anyone who celebrates it because I know for a fact I'll forget to mention this tomorrow!
