No one's POV: 

"That's it" Yixing said, turning to Jongin 
"Jongin, Kyungsoo likes you" he began and turned to Kyungsoo 
"Kyungsoo, Jongin likes you" before picking up his tray 
"Now both of you are going to talk this out because you are driving me crazy! I'll be in the library if you need me" he finished and walked away, leaving the other two there stunned. 

For a moment the two said absolutely nothing to each other, instead they just sat there in an awkward silence before Jongin took the initiative to speak first 
"So..." he said 
"You like me?" Kyungsoo asked and Jongin paused before nodding 
"You like me?" he asked Kyungsoo who blushed before nodding himself whilst Jongin sighed. 

"School isn't the place to talk about this... how about we go somewhere private like the park after school to talk about tis?" he proposed and Kyungsoo nodded as the bell sounded and the two of them got up to put their trays away... this was going to be awkward in the meantime...

When the end of the day finally arrived, Jongin and Kyungsoo found themselves sat in the park like they had arranged to. They were meant to be talking things through, but that was the problem... they were not talking at all... Instead they were both sat on either end of the bench, taking the ocassional glance at the other and looking out at the scenary in front of them. 

"Are we going to talk or are we just going to sit here all day and say nothing?" Kyungsoo asked 
"Well I did have something planned to say... but it's gone from my mind" Jongin replied and Kyungsoo nodded 
"How long have you like me?" he asked, his question catching Jongin off guard 
"P-pardon?" he asked 
"How long have you like me?" Kyungsoo repeated, turning to face Jongin and waiting for his answer. 

"W-well" Jongin began and paused to try and think of how he was going to word his answer 
"I don't know" and watched as Kyungsoo's expression changed and he waved his hands about 
"I didn't mean it in a bad way! I mean, I don't really know how long I've liked you because... I don't know I guess my feelings have always been there. I guess I've always had feelings for you because we grew up together but I didn't really know what they meant until I became older and... yeah..." he explained before sighing. 

"How long have you liked me?" he asked Kyungsoo 
"Since I was fifteen" his friend replied and Jongin's eyes widened 
"That long?" he asked 
"Yep, but I never told you because I didn't want it to ruin our friendship and also because I assumed, up until now, that you were only interested in girls" Kyungsoo explained. 

"Well thanks to Yixing back there, you now know it's the complete opposite" Jongin replied and Kyungsoo smiled a little before a question popped into his head 
"So, if you like me, does that also make you gay?" he asked 
"I have feelings for you" Jongin replied, but that didn't answer Kyungsoo's question. 

"That doesn't really answer what I just asked you" he said and Jongin shrugged his shoulders 
"Like I said, I have feelings for you. I don't really have a preference as to whether I'm gay, straight or biual right now I'm just... experimenting I guess" he replied and the silence took over the two of them once again. 

"What does this do to us now?" Kyungsoo finally asked 
"What do you mean?"
"We're best friends Jongin... yet we've just found out that both of us have feelings for each other. In the future, are we going to become awkward with each other? Is this going to affect our friendship?" Kyungsoo asked and Jongin bit his lip before he spoke again. 

"We could give this a try" he said and saw Kyungsoo frown at him 
"I meant we could give us a try" and this time Kyungsoo understood by what he meant 
"D-do you want to?" he asked and Jongin nodded 
"It wouldn't hurt, we could see where it takes us. If we find it to weird, we just go back to being friends, no fuss made and we find other people" he replied. 

"Okay then... I guess it wouldn't hurt" Kyungsoo said  
"Are you sure?" Jongin asked, he didn't want to push Kyungsoo into this and have him regret it later on after all
"Positive" Kyungsoo replied and at that the two stood up and started making their way home.

For a while they were just walking side by side next to each other, not really saying anything. That was before Jongin slowly reached out and took Kyungsoo's hand in his, keeping his gaze to the floor so Kyungsoo couldn't see his blush. As for Kyungsoo? A smile graced his lips and he began swinging their arms back and for to make the other laugh. He actually couldn't believe that this was happening to him!

So, next chapter we're going straight back to the whole Sulay thing because you guys are just so auhsdfjdsfhg jhsjk about it right now. I decided to do this bonus chapter though so that you understand what happened after Yixing left them in the lunch hall and how they actually came to be.
