Day Fourty-One

~ 블락비 ~

"Take that back!" I shouted as I put a plastic knife to P.O's throat.

He rolled his eyes before shoving me aside. "Geez, what's your problem? I'm just trying to eat my orange in peace."

"Take. It. Back." I hissed.

"Take what back?" He raised an eyebrow. "What did I say wrong?"

"I think Jaehyo's referring to the comment about how HE ISN'T GOOD LOOKING AT ALL." Kyung tried to stifle his laughs as he emphasized the last part of his sentence.

I glared at him. "Do you want me to slit your throat after I slit his?"

"Chill." Kyung put his hands up defensively. "There's nothing wrong with it. Like, if I call you ugly, you're not going to explode or anything."

My eyes widened. "Don't jinx it!! I don't want to be the first to test out that theory!"

"Stop overreacting." Kyung rolled his eyes.

"I'm not overreacting." I pouted.

"Really?" Kyung raised an eyebrow. I looked at him questioningly. "Jaehyo, you are hideous"

Ouch. I felt a stab to my heart. "W-what did you jus–"

"I have never seem anyone so... revolting in my life!" Kyung shivered as he went into a mini spaz attack.

"Uh, hyung?" P.O poked him. "I think you should stop before something bad happens..."

"Y-you..." This is unbelievable. Does he want to die?!

"I think you can improve your looks if you put a diaper over your head."

"I really think you should stop." P.O bit his lip as he looked at Kyung worriedly. My grip on the plastic knife tightened

"Even Godzilla has a higher chance of winning America's Next Top Model!" Kyung waved his hands in the air. "I swear–"

I tackled the stupid cucumber doppelgänger to the ground while P.O started shrieking, which in turn caused Kyung to start shrieking as well. Soon it ended up being a shrieking match.

"Oh my Shisus!!" P.O started biting his fist.

"What the hell are you doing?! Get off you mother of a mudskipper!" Kyung tried shoving me off.

"WHAT DID YOU CALL ME?!" I cut the side of his throat with my plastic knife.

"Ahhhh!!!" He started shrieking again.

"DON'T." cut. "COMPARE ME." cut. "TO A." cut. "MUDSKIPPER'S MOTHER."

"J-Jaehyo..." P.O cautiously placed a hand on my shoulder. I snapped my head in his direction and he immediately let go in fear. He then ran out of the room.

"I'M SORRY!! I'M SORRY!! DON'T KILL ME!!!" Kyung begged. "I WON'T DO IT AGAIN!! I PROMISE!!"

I breathed in and out deeply as I stared angrily at the sobbing man under me. That's what you get for messing with me. "Don't ever call Ahn Jaehyo ugly again."

Kyung nodded rapidly. "I won't!"

I felt myself being pulled off of Kyung. "Kyung! Are you okay?!"

B-Bomb held me and didn't let me go as Zico frantically tried to make sure Kyung was okay, although he was afraid to touch the bloodied man.

"What did you do to him?" B-Bomb asked in shock as he continued to hold me immobile.

"He called me ugly." I hissed while glaring at Kyung as he backed away. Zico tried to calm him but was failing to succeed in doing so as Kyung continued to shake uncontrollably.

"So you went and cut his throat?!" Zico shouted at me. "What if he died?!"

I didn't think about that part. I stayed silent as I looked at the ground.

"Zico, go get some help for Kyung." B-Bomb said softly to the panicking boy. "I'm going to take Jaehyo to my room."

"B-but, I don't want to leave him alone!" Zico held onto Kyung's hand. "What if something happens when I'm gone? What if Jaehyo succeeds in killing him this time? I don't want to lose my best friend!"

B-Bomb sighed and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Don't worry, he'll be fine." B-Bomb reassured. "I'll go tell P.O to get someone then. Just continue to talk to him so he doesn't pass out like what he's about to do."

Zico quickly looked back to Kyung to make sure he didn't pass out yet. Kyung, on the other hand, was mumbling about baby pirates and ninja puppies stealing his precious cucumbers.

"Let's go." B-Bomb said to me as he dragged me out of the room.

He led me to his room in silence and we passed by U-Kwon who looked at us curiously. "What's wrong? I heard lots of screaming."

"Don't worry about it right now." B-Bomb smiled to him. U-Kwon nodded briefly before retreating back inside his room.

B-Bomb closed the door when we entered his room and motioned for me to sit on his bed. He stared at me while I kept my gaze on the stain on the carpet. We stayed in silence for what seemed to be a really long time before he broke the silence.

"So..."

"I didn't mean to..." I whispered. "I-I didn't realize what I was doing."

"You could have killed him you know." He said, to which I nodded. "It's okay if it was an accident—well it's not okay since he could have died, but anyways... Try to control yourself next time. Now you said that he called you ugly. Why did you cut him over something like that?"

"It's a really sensitive subject for me." I mumbled as I looked up to make eye contact with him. "I don't take things well when people don't compliment me."

"I can see that." He nodded causing me to glare at him. "Sorry."

I sighed and rubbed my eyes. "The thing is, I can't control myself when something like this happens. It's like something takes over and does these things."

"Have you told anyone else about this?"

I shook my head. "You're the first to hear. I haven't had the courage to tell anyone else."

"Well try and control yourself." B-Bomb advised. "I don't think it would be wise to slit the throat of anyone that says something you don't like."

I was about to thank him for listening but the door slammed open. We looked to see P.O crying and shaking.

"What's wrong?" B-Bomb frowned as he immediately went over to comfort the boy.

"T-T-Tae..." He stuttered.

B-Bomb nodded. "Go on."

"I-I was g-going to get s-someone to help K-Kyung." P.O started as he gripped the hem of B-Bomb's shirt before blowing his nose on the shirt. I could tell B-Bomb didn't appreciate P.O's actions by his grimace but patted the boy's back soothingly anyways.

"What happened next?"

P.O started sobbing again for a bit before calming down and continuing to speak. "As I was g-going to find someone to h-help Kyung, I p-passed by Taeil-hyung's room." P.O took a deep breath before continuing. "Hyung is dead."

The room stayed silent, other than P.O's sobs.

"W-what?" B-Bomb stared in disbelief. "Did you really just say that...?"

P.O nodded and continued sobbing again.

"H-How?" I asked as I walked towards the two. P.O didn't answer so I pushed him aside before heading to Taeil's room.

P.O then registered in his mind what I was doing so he tackled me to the ground. "N-No! Don't go to his room!"

"Get him off." B-Bomb complied and once I was free, I sprinted off to Taeil's room. B-Bomb held a screaming P.O back, trying to find out why he didn't want us going to Taeil's room.

I found my way to Taeil's room quickly and stopped before the open door. I was hesitant to enter the room but decided to do so anyways. I walked slowly into the room and looked around. My eyes landed on what I was looking for and let me just say, it was not what I expected.

"Oh... my... gosh..." My eyes widened and my mouth hung open at the site. Apparently B-Bomb couldn'd hold P.O back for that long since the boy came running into the room. B-Bomb followed after and when he saw what I saw, he was just as shocked as I was.

"Holy ." He stared at Taeil's inanimate body. "Why...?"

P.O started crying again as he sunk to the ground.

"Why?" I felt my blood boil. "Why Taeil? WHY THE DID YOU HAVE TO GO AND HANG YOURSELF?!"

I couldn't bear to look at the lifeless body and sunk to the ground as U-Kwon, Zico, and Hanhae came rushing into the room with Chocolate Man.

"Holy ." Hanhae said once he saw Taeil.

"Okay, everyone out of the room." Chocolate Man ordered as several of the security guards came in and led us out of the room.

We all headed to the living room in silence. No one had dared to say anything as we took our seats on the couch.

"Is Kyung okay?" B-Bomb asked Zico. He merely nodded before the room went back into a state of silence. We all stayed like that for a while, thinking about why Taeil would do such a thing.

"I think..." Zico said. We all looked at him, thinking that he was going to say what all of us were thinking. We were close enough though since he said something that surprised us. "I think it's time for me to tell you guys why Taeil did this."

"You know?" U-Kwon asked.

"It has to do with the reason why he was admitted into this institution." Zico sighed.

"Are you sure it's okay to tell us? What if Taeil haunts us or something?" Hanhae asked.

Zico shook his head. "I knew this was going to happen. He told me to tell you guys why he committed... you know."

"Why didn't you stop him?" I stared in disbelief.

"I tried to stop him but he said he has to. He can't live life like this." Zico rubbed his eyes momentarily before continuing. "He especially wanted me to tell you Jaehyo."

"Me?" I asked surprised.

"I don't know why but he just did." Zico answered. It was silent again as we waited for Zico to tell us.

"I think we're ready now." P.O said.

Zico nodded. "Taeil had a little sister. He loved her a lot. I think you guys know about that right?"

"Yeah, he used to talk about her." U-Kwon said. Well, they knew he had a sister. I didn't.

"Anyways," Zico continued. "Taeil collected hats and stuff since he was really fascinated by them. However one day, one of his hats that he placed on his kitchen table went missing. His little sister said that she threw it away, not knowing that the hat belonged to him. Taeil never got mad at anything, ever. This one time was an exception though. He was really angry and didn't realize what he was doing at the moment. He accidentally shoved her down the stairs and her head hit the floor tile really hard. Her head started bleeding really bad and their parents had to rush her to the hospital. She went into a coma and to this day she still hasn't woken up yet. His parents blamed him for this but didn't say it to him directly. They didn't have to since he blamed himself all the time."

Zico sighed once more when he finished as we stared at him in shock.

"Wasn't it just an accident though?" I asked.

"Yeah, but he still blamed himself." Zico murmured. "He says that if he wasn't blinded by rage then it wouldn't have happened. After the incident he tried to commit suicide but was stopped by his parents. They sent him here because they wanted him to get over the accident. They couldn't bear to lose another child. Taeil told me yesterday that he can't continue living with the fact that he almost killed his sister. So, that's why he did what he did."

"He had it toughest out of all of us." B-Bomb whispered as we all silently agreed.

"Well, if he believes he's in a better place now then let's try to respect his decision." Zico said. "We can't change what's already happened."

"He could have at least said good-bye to us beforehand." U-Kwon rubbed at the tears forming in his eyes.

"I don't know if it would be better to know that he's going to kill himself," Hanhae gestured towards Zico, "Or to walk in to see himself already hung."

"Either way, it's horrible." I concluded. "Especially having to hear that he died and then running to his room to confirm it."

Chocolate Man walked into the room during our silence, causing us to look up at him.

"How are you guys feeling?" He asked, making us all glare at him. "Starting tomorrow, I'm going to be talking to each of you individually about this."

"Great." Hanhae mumbled.

Chocolate Man glared at him a bit before continuing. "I found these letters in Taeil's room. Since they had your names on them, I felt that I should give them to you."

He handed each of us a letter. I took it from his hand and stared at it as he left the room.

"I wonder what the letter says." P.O mumbled as he opened up his letter and started to read it silently, along with everyone else.

I continued to stare blankly at the folded letter that had my name scrawled across the front before getting up and heading towards my room while everyone was immersed in reading Taeil's letters to them.

Once I got to my room I closed the door and stood there like a statue.

"Are you okay?" Ricky popped up and frowned.

I didn't answer him and went to lay on my bed as Changjo told him that now wasn't the time to be asking me this. Thanks Changjo.

I stared at the ceiling for a while before deciding to sit up.

"Time to see what the letter says." I opened up the letter and began reading his last words.

Don't kill me guys.
Some of you might have been able to predict Taeil's situation (dun wanna use the 'd' word D;) if you kept his actions from the previous chapters in mind (like asking Jaehyo how he'd feel if he died, staring in a daze at the knife, etc..)

And now that all the seriousness and sadness of this chapter is over...


OH MY FRICKIN' HOGOD. DID YOU GUYS SEE BLOCK B'S TEASER?! ASDFLESWODKNDKXKSOXJDLKSMX!!!!!!
Zico is like. So hot as a blonde (even though he's had that hair for a while xD). Jaehyo is so hot in that ONE second that he showed up. P.O has matured so much. All of them are like. /speechless
Although the Block B light sign thing reminded me of Teen Top's in 'Crazy' o.O oh well. It's hot.
Anyways, now to quote the teaser. "LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLO~~" :DD

P.P.S: Taeil's death was planned looong ago :D back in like chapter 15 or so xD
