Day Eighteen

The play is tomorrow and I haven't even remembered half of my lines yet! I doubt anyone else did either. Why did we even agree to do this play...?

"How are we going to remember our lines in time?" I asked no one in particular as all of us lounged around the common room.

"We don't." B-Bomb answered.

"Yeup!" Hanhae smirked, popping the 'p.' "It's called improv."

"So... We're gonna wing the whole thing?" I questioned.

"Yeah, basically." P.O. blew a really big bubble with his gum. The bubble popped, covering his entire face. "Auughhh!! Get it off!!!"

"We were never told whether we had to perform Sleeping Beauty exactly as is or not. So might as well do an adaptation? Add our own flare to it~" U-Kwon grinned as he helped P.O. get the gum off.

"Yeah, everytime a play is put on, it's always done based on improv. It's funner that way." Taeil nodded.

"Not when you're put on the spot!" Kyung grumbled.

"That's what makes it fun~" Zico laughed. "Trying to make the other person come up with a really good line to respond with is funny."

I see where these people are going to be in life.

I walked down the non-existant hallway towards the bathroom as I read my lines from my script. Might as well try to remember some things so I know what's supposed to happen in it.

"Hehehe!!~"

I looked up to see whose laugh that belonged to. It sounded familiar but I can't seem to remember whose laugh it was. I saw a boy with black hair and an adorable looking face skipping along without a care in the world.

"Hyung! Come skip with me!" the boy beckoned. He was talking to someone else but I couldn't see where that person was. What was he doing here? I'm sure I would recognize him if I have seen him around here before.

"Hey!" I called out as I walked towards him. He turned his head and saw that I was going towards him.

"Ahh!!" He screamed as he ran off.

"Oh ! Run!" The person he was talking to ran behind him. He had pink hair. Who the hell dyes their hair pink?!

I blinked a couple times. "Y-yah! Where are you running to?!" I decided to chase after the two boys. I assume that they aren't supposed to be here. The boys turned right at the corner so I tried to run faster. For little boys they sure run pretty quickly...

I turned right when I got to the corner and ran into Chocolate Man, knocking both of us to the ground. "Oof!!"

"Yah! Jaehyo! Why are you running in the hallway?!" Chocolate Man shouted.

I rubbed my , which I landed on. Wait, what was I doing...? Oh that's right! The boys! I stood up and was about to chase after them but they were nowhere to be seen. "What the heck...?" I looked behind me to see if I had mistaken them to turn right when they might've turned left. However the boys were nowhere in sight.

"Jaehyo! Are you ignoring my question?!" Chocolate Man snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Oh, annyeong ahjussi. Did you happen to see two boys running down this hallway?" I asked him. Maybe they ran past him since they were in the same hallway.

He gave me a weird look. "What boys?"

"There were two boys that ran down this hallway. One had black hair and the other had pink hair. Didn't they run past you?"

"Uhm... No one ran past me, and as you can see we're the only two in this hallway. Are you alright Jaehyo? Would you like me to give you some medicine for your hallucinations?" he asked.

WTF. I AM NOT HALLUCINATING.

"Never mind..." I grumbled and walked past him to my room.

I closed my door and laid on my bed, sighing.

"I swore there were two boys..." I furrowed my eyebrows wondering about how Chocolate Man didn't see them. "This is so weird..."

"What's weird?" a voice spoke.

"HOLY !" I jumped. I looked to the corner of my room and saw Hanhae sitting there sipping from an apple juice box. He raised an eyebrow at me. "Why are you in my room? When did you even get there?! I swore no one was in here. You scared the out of me!"

"Not my fault you're unobservant." he shrugged. "So why were you talking to yourself?"

"On my way back to my room I saw these two boys. When they saw me they ran away so I chased after them but somehow they disappeared. It's hella weird. No one can just disappear into thin air right?"

He stared at me for a bit before laughing. I don't find this situation funny at all.

What's so funny?" I laid back down on my bed.

"Y-You... Haha... You're probably seeing things!" Hanhae continued laughing. "Little boys disappearing into thin air? Riiight."

Aish. Even Hanhae doesn't believe me. But then again, it's not like I was expecting him to.

"Never mind... Just leave so I can take a nap." I growled as I faced my wall and closed my eyes.

I woke up after my nap and got my brush and mirror out to brush my hair.

"....." I stared at the mirror and then screamed. "AHHHHH!!!!!! HANHAE!! HOW DARE YOU DRAW ON MY BEAUTIFUL FACE!!! I WILL CURSE YOU FOR THIS!!"

And trust me. I WILL curse him for this...

I went to the bathroom to wash the ink off of my face and decided that it was time to go eat so I made my way towards the cafeteria.

On the way I heard a voice scolding someone. I peeked around the corner while concealing myself so I was not seen.

"Yah! Next time make sure you aren't caught okay?! We can't risk being seen! If it happens again, which it definately won't, I won't let you play anymore okay?" the person was pretty tall and had brown hair with an intimidating aura. He was wearing a sleeveless shirt showing off his toned arms. Why was he talking about not being seen...?

"Mianhe Hyung..." The black-haired boy from earlier apologized.

I slowly made my way around the corner and confronted the two. "Hey there. Why are you--"

I was cut off by the taller male. "OH MY HOGOD!!" His eyes eyes went wide as he grabbed the other boy's arm and started to dash off.

I tried grabbing the shorter boy but was only able to grab his shirt, which ripped and they were able to escape. So now I have a piece of a shirt in my hand. I'm not gonna bother running after them anymore... It would take up too much strength and I just woke up. Plus I'm still hungry.

I walked into the cafeteria and grabbed a tray. I stacked food on it and sat down across from B-Bomb.

"You look annoyed." B-Bomb commented.

"Yeah... I am. You do too." I answered. "But then again, you always do."

"True. So what's got you all annoyed?" He inquired.

"So earlier today I saw these two boys, one looking like a little kid and one looking really arrogant. When I approached them they ran away and literally disappeared. I didn't see them disappear into thin air or anything but when I chased them down they turned the corner and were gone. I told Hanhae and he didn't believe me. Instead, he laughed." I growled in annoyance before continuing. "And then afterwards I took a nap and when I woke up my face was drawn on. YOU DON'T DO THIS TO THE FACE OF A GOD."

"Is that why you screamed earlier?" He asked.

"Yeah. That fool better watch out. But I learned something from that. Make sure Hanhae is gone before you fall asleep." I crossed my arms and leaned back in my chair. "Anyways, after I washed my face I saw the kid that looks like a little boy with another boy this time. The latter scolded the little boy and when I was going to ask them why they're hiding, they bolted. All I have as evidence that they were here is a piece of one of their shirts that I accidently ripped off. Hopefully he's not too mad about it." I held up my hand that had the fabric in it... to find that it wasn't there...

"Uhm..." B-Bomb shifted in his seat. "Nice piece of air you got there. Wanna tell me where I can get some?"

"I had it! Where did it go?!" I searched the area but couldn't find it. "Augh! What's wrong with my life?!"

"I think you should think about what's right in you life." P.O. sat down next to B-Bomb with five hats on his head.

"Why do you have five hats on your head?" B-Bomb gave him a weird look.

P.O. shrugged. "What's wrong with hyung?" he nodded towards me.

"I don't want to have to explain again. You tell him." I told B-Bomb.

"He's annoyed because he's seeing things." B-Bomb answered.

"Yah! I'd expect at least you to believe me!" I shouted at him to which he shrugged.

"Jihoon! Where are you?! Give me back my hats!" Taeil's shout from outside the cafeteria could be heard. When he came inside the cafeteria and spotted his target he made his way over and took the hats off of P.O's head. "First you take my designer box and now you take my hats?"

"Sorry hyung." P.O. grinned.

Taeil rolled his eyes and sat down next to me, holding his hats like they were the most delicate things in the world.

"Hey Taeil," B-Bomb smirked and told him the story that I told.

"Uhm..." Taeil looked at me.

"You believe me right?" I looked back at him.

"Sure..." Taeil responded before looking over to B-Bomb with uncertainty.

I groaned. "It's true! I swear!"

"Well, we can't tell if this stuff actually happens or not. All of us are crazy after all right?" P.O. grinned.

"You sound so happy about being crazy..." B-Bomb rolled his eyes.

"That's because I learned to embrace it." P.O. nodded with a smug look on his face.

"Anyways, I'm gonna go feed my fish and then rest for the play tomorrow. See ya." Taeil left.

Oh . I forgot.

The play is tomorrow.
