Days then weeks have passed and Taeyeon and Tiffany weren't able to see each other again. Though, interestingly the two have been exchanging notes, post-its that they leave at the desk. There were also times when they left little gifts for each other.   Taeyeon, Thank you for the cupcake. I love it! It was pink and delicious. Maybe sometime you could try something that I baked? Though they both don't even know why they're doing it and why and how it happened...it just made them feel happy.    Tiffany took a chance that Taeyeon might see the note when she goes back there and she wasn't expecting anything in return but then she was surprised to see a note left for her. And from then on, they've been exchanging these notes, stopping by the library whenever they have time even before going to class or before the library closes just to check and leave notes for the other.   ———————————————   Tiffany is in her room, reading a book with her glasses on and her back leaning on the headboard. Feeling the tiredness from the day's activities, she set the book on her nightstand and opened the drawer. She looked at the papers and post-its that she kept in there. She smiled as she looked at those before closing the drawer and turning off the light, drifting off to sleep.   Taeyeon, who was still sitting in her little office in her apartment, sighed. She was summoned again by her father earlier. And like how it ended the last time, she just heard nothing but words of comparison between her and her older brother and that she better get back to their house if she doesn't want anything bad to happen. She sighed. "Like there is anything else worse than how you look at me," she thought to herself.   Sometimes, she can't help but wish that there'd be someone out there who could hear her out and for the first time believe in her and trust in her. Someone who could look through her eyes and see the pain and hurt in them and help her get through them.   She rubbed her temples and then she remembered a certain someone. Tiffany. She opened the top drawer of her desk and looked at the papers in it. She took one out and unfolded it.   Dookong, It is raining today. And my day didn't go well but it's okay I guess. A strawberry cupcake cheered me up. Oh and this little Totoro charm that you gave me did too:) you're having a good day right?
