The more she looks at him, the more that the pent-up anger in her rises. The glass of water in her hand was long abandoned on an empty table she passed by and her hands were now clenched in fists.
She continued following them – who kept going in circles, walking back and forth – until they went towards the back door.
She kept herself hidden from their sight as she listened to their conversations, trying to see if she can get anything out of them. She doesn’t even know why she asked one of the employees if she could borrow his phone as she passed by him while following them. She was just glad it was someone she knew from back then.
