Taeyeon curses herself for being careless, dropping the folders of her already reviewed reports. As she picked up the last of the papers, she straightened out and found herself locking eyes with the girl standing right before her. For her, it felt like time stood still and her feet felt like it was glued to the floor.    The girl took a few steps before extending an arm, saying as she stutters, "Uhm, h-hi. I-I believe these are...uhm...yours?" "Gosh. Why are you stuttering Tiffany?" Tiffany thought to herself.   "Ah...ah, ye-yes. Th-thank you." Taeyeon took her pen and reports from the girl before her and bowed.    "I thought I was the only one who uses and knows about this corner." They both thought.   "Oh. Uhm. You're welcome. I...I'm going now. Have a good one." Tiffany said finally trying to regain her senses then bowed.   Upon hearing that, Taeyeon snapped back to reality. "Uh, miss. Wait. You...you can stay here if you want. I...I'll leave."   "Huh? No. It's okay. You came here first."   "No. It's fine really. You can use it now. I'll go." Taeyeon insisted as she went back to the desk and starts to clean up her mess and paperworks.   "You don't have to leave, miss. If you want, we can just share? I mean it's big enough for the two of us I guess? That is if you want to." Tiffany said shyly as she walks closer to Taeyeon.   "That actually sounds good." Taeyeon replied, giving the other girl a small smile and feels her face blush so she lowered her head. Taeyeon agreed thinking that she could leave right after she's done which wouldn't take that long.   Tiffany bowed to Taeyeon again not knowing why she did. "Thank you. I'm Tiffany." She said offering her hand.   "Hi. I'm Taeyeon. Nice to meet you." Taeyeon answered back, bowing before taking the hand for a shake.   Electric jolts were felt as their hands connect. Both slightly bowed again to each other, trying to hide their flushed faces. They awkwardly withdrew their hands from the shake.   Taeyeon chuckled nervously while scratching the back of her head before going back to organizing her things. "Sorry for the mess. Let me fix them first."   "It's okay. I don't mind at all. You seem busy."   "Not really. I was just about done actually. You go here? I mean to this university?" Taeyeon asked.   "Uhm, yes I do. And you?"   "Yeah, I do too. Oh uhm, I hope you don't mind me asking, but you don't seem to be from here. Are you?" Taeyeon asked again, now offering Tiffany the other chair as she cleared it from her books.   "Oh. Yes you are right. I'm from LA. Thanks." Tiffany answered back and thanked the other girl for the chair.   "Ahh. That's cool." Taeyeon said as Tiffany gave her a small, polite smile.   And another silence surrounded the two. Tiffany took the book she was reading and opened it as she took a sip from her tea. Taeyeon, on the other hand started sorting the reports she dropped earlier. Soon enough the awkward silence that enveloped them became a comfortable one.
