Tiffany was quiet during the car ride and it worried Taeyeon. She reached for Tiffany's hand and entwined it with hers, bringing it close to her lips placing a gentle kiss before breaking the silence. "You're safe with me, angel."

Tiffany turned to face Taeyeon and gave her a warm smile. She squeezed the hand that was holding her own before bringing it to her cheek. "I know. I feel the safest when I am with you. Don't worry about me, please? I'm okay. I promise." She lightly squeezed the hand again.

"Good. Let's forget and leave everything behind and enjoy our vacation. I'm excited!" Taeyeon gave Tiffany her dorky grin.

Tiffany chuckled. "Eyes on the road, Kim Taeyeon." She gave Taeyeon's hand a pat before releasing it from her hold, laughing still.

Taeyeon playfully saluted to Tiffany before focusing on her driving, humming to the song playing on the radio, while Tiffany watched her with a smile on her face.

"Fany ah! What do you want for lunch?" Taeyeon yelled from the kitchen as she rummaged through the fridge and cupboards. "Fany!!!" Taeyeon called out again when she didn't hear her answer.

"Hold on!" Tiffany yelled back, rushing to the kitchen. She was panting. "Is there something wrong?" 

Taeyeon turned around to see Tiffany with a messy hair, catching her breath. She chortled at the adorable sight. "I was just asking what would you like to eat for lunch. Come here." She gestured for Tiffany to come closer to her. She fixed Tiffany's bangs and wiped the sweat off of her forehead. "What were you doing that makes you look like a mess?" 

Tiffany pushed Taeyeon away, pouting. "I'm cleaning our room before I start packing up. By the way, where are we going anyway?"

"Secret!" Taeyeon grinned.

Tiffany continued to sulk. "How will I know what to pack if you won't tell me?"

Taeyeon crosed her arms and acted as if she was thinking, tapping her chin with a finger. "Hmmmm. Just pack a little bit of everything -- something for warm and cold weather perhaps? If you will need anything else, we can just buy it there, okay?"

Tiffany just continued to pout making Taeyeon laugh. "Stop pouting please. Come on now, what do you want to eat?"

Tiffany just shrugged. "Anything will do. Whatever you feel like eating. I'll go back to cleaning now."

"Fine. Go ahead. Now, stop sulking okay? Just pack whatever something warm and light." Taeyeon grinned. 

Tiffany was about to leave the kitchen when she turned back around and called Taeyeon who was squatting down looking for ingredients in the fridge. "Wangjanim!"

Taeyeon turned her head, surprised by the sudden calling with that pet name of hers. "Huh? Yeppeuni?" Unsure of what to say as she was caught off guard. She saw Tiffany giggling as she was walking towards her.

Tiffany leaned down before Taeyeon could even stand up and pressed her lips gently against Taeyeon's, smiling through the kiss. "Thank you wangjanim. I love you." Tiffany gave her another peck before straightening up and winked at Taeyeon before walking out of the kitchen, leaving a still dazed Taeyeon.

Finally coming to her senses, Taeyeon shook her head slightly. "Whoah! What was that for?" She muttered to herself. "But, whatever that is for, wow. I'm one damn lucky girl." She grinned as she touched her lips, snickering at the end.

Taeyeon ended up cooking kimchi fried rice as they do not have enough ingredients to make other dishes. While cooking, her phone rang.

"Hello? Taeyeon answered without looking who it was.

"Hey Taeng!" Sunny answered from the other line.

"Oh, Sunny. Hey. What's up?" Taeyeon balanced her phone between her ear and shoulder as she continued cooking. "Is there a problem?"

"Oh no! There's nothing wrong. Actually, I'm with Hyo right now." Taeyeon heard another voice. "Yah! Taengoo you owe me! Hmph. You forgot about me already?" Then a bunch of laughters were heard making Taeyeon laugh as well.

"You know it's not like that, Hyo. So what are you two up to?" 

"Well, we're thinking if you could have dinner with us before you leave. And yup I know you're going on a vacation. I tortured Sunkyu here to update me about you." Hyoyeon said.

Taeyeon chortled. "Sure. Where at? Oh and is it okay if I bring someone with me?" Taeyeon looked behind her, thinking of the other person with her, smiling at the thought of her.

"We don't mind at all. Is 7 okay? Same restaurant we always go to?" Sunny answered this time.

"Taeyeon ah!!!" Tiffany called out from the top of the stairs.

"Oh huh? What?!" Taeyeon yelled back. "Oh sorry, Sunny ah. I'll see you guys later. I'll text you. I have to go bye." Taeyeon ended the call.

"Fany? Hold on, okay?" Taeyeon finished up her cooking and looked for Tiffany whom she found in their room, kneeling on the floor with furrowed eyebrows. "What's wrong?" She knelt down next to Tiffany.

"I... Sorry." Tiffany looked at Taeyeon sadly.

Taeyeon got worried. "Why? What's wrong, Fany? Tell me please." Taeyeon followed Tiffany's finger that was now pointing at the open luggage. "What? What about it?" She looked at it and saw nothing that seemed out of place or something.

Taeyeon is getting confused and she is getting nothing but a shake of her head from Tiffany and poiting at the luggage. So, she started to carefully go through the things already packed, not wanting to put Tiffany's efforts to waste. Then, something caught her eye. At the very bottom of the suitcase was a box wrapped nicely. She took it out, looking at Tiffany who's now wearing a smile. "What's this?"

Tiffany just smiled at her, bringing her shoulders up the down, saying that she doesn't know.

Taeyeon looked at the box in her hands then back at Tiffany then back to the box.

"Open it." Finally, Tiffany spoke up. She started to blush. "I hope you'll like it."

Taeyeon carefully unwrapped it and gasped as soon as she saw what it is. "What? How?" She was looking at Tiffany with eyes wide opened.

"I remembered you talking about how you love taking pictures before and how much you wish you could get yourself a new camera. While I was waiting for you at the mall, I saw that at one if the shops. I don't even know what I was looking for and what do you like so I just asked them for whatever is their best seller and a really good one. Like it?" Tiffany was feeling nervous, watching Taeyeon for any reaction.

Taeyeon pounced on Tiffany who had to extend an arm and tried to hold up her weight as she caught Taeyeon with her other arm. "I can't even remember telling you about my liking for taking pictures yet you did. I'm so lucky to have you. Thank you, my angel. Not just for the camera." She nuzzled against Tiffany's hair.

"It's nothing really compared to what you have done for me. And I wanted to see you with a camera and the pictures you will take." Tiffany gave Taeyeon a kiss on the cheek and pulled off from the hug, smiling at Taeyeon.

"You will and is my favorite subject." Taeyeon gave Tiffany a cheeky smile. "Come on. The food is going to get cold if we stay here any longer. Continue that after we have lunch and I'll help you too." She stood up and extended a hand and pulled Tiffany up, landing a kiss on the latter's lips. She grinned when she saw the flushed cheeks.

They were enjoying their lunch when Taeyeon remembered the plans for dinner with Sunny and Hyoyeon.

"Fany ah, can I ask you something?" Taeyeon asked before she stuffed with a spoonful of rice.

Tiffany looked at her. "What is it?"

"Do you mind if we have dinner with my friends tonight?"

Tiffany started to cough, choking a bit from water after hearing Taeyeon's question. "Dinner? Friends? Tonight?" She muttered meant only for herself but Taeyeon heard it.

"Yes. Don't worry though, it'll be fine. Just a quick dinner." 

Tiffany could see the hopeful glint in Taeyeon's eyes. She took a deep breath. "What if they won't like me?" She mumbled.
