TaeNy’s Wedding

“I think we need to alter your wedding gown a bit, Tiffany ssi,” said Nana, the manager of Fairy Tales Wedding Boutique where TaeNy couple made the booking for their wedding dress and suit. Tiffany was doing her last fitting since the date of their wedding has already near, about in a month.

“Yeah, I know this will be coming. My tummy has already shown its big bump. But, it’s okay. Ermm, can it be done before my wedding day?,” Tiffany asked.

“Sure it can. Don’t worry, Tiffany ssi. It’s not really a major alteration, so, it will take a few days,” Nana replied.

“Ah, thank God! I really depend on you, Nana ssi,” Tiffany said in relief.

“Alright. Once it’s ready, I will personally send the wedding gown to your house, Tiffany ssi,” Nana said.

“Chincha? Thank you so much! I really appreciate it, Nana ssi!” Tiffany replied happily.

“Aigoo.. It’s my pleasure, Tiffany ssi. We will always give the best service to our customer,” Nana said.

“That’s good to know. I’m sorry, I have to excuse myself first, Nana ssi. I will see you later,” Tiffany replied and leaned forward towards Nana to give her a brief hug.

“See you later, Tiffany ssi. Let me send you to the waiting area,” Nana said as she lead her towards the waiting area.

“Done?,” Taeyeon asked the moment he saw Tiffany and Nana walking towards him. He immediately put down the magazine which he read earlier while waiting for Tiffany.

“Yup. It’s just the gown needs to have some alteration since my tummy here grew bigger than before,” she replied.

“Ah, I see. So, when can it be done, Nana ssi?,” Taeyeon asked.

“I will take a few days, Taeyeon ssi. Don’t worry, it’s not a major alteration as I have explained to Tiffany ssi before. I will send it to your house once it’s done,” Nana replied.

“Thank you so much, Nana ssi. I’m sorry we have to leave right now because we have another appointment to attend after this,” Taeyeon said.

“No problem, Taeyeon ssi. Please, go ahead. I will see you guys later. Thank you for coming,” Nana replied and bowed to them.

“Thank you!,” the TaeNy bowed and replied in unison. They bid goodbye to each other before leaving the boutique.

“Want to grab a lunch first before we meet Mr. Yeo?,” Taeyeon asked right after he put a seatbelt on his fiancee.

“I thought we will having a lunch appointment with him?,” Tiffany replied.

“Nah, I cancelled it for last minute. It will waste our time since we need meet the florist later. I don’t want you to feel tired, babe,” he explained. He then the car’s engine and slowly drove the car from the boutique’s parking lot.

“Why did you agree to meet them in the same day?,” Tiffany asked.

“That’s because it will make us easier to settle the whole thing just in one day, so that we don’t have to wasting our time. Why, are you tired?,” he asked. He glanced at his fiancee in concern.

“Ermm, quite of,” she replied in short. She leaned her back on the seat and tried to close her eyes. Taeyeon smiled and immediately grabbed her hand that was on her stomach, and caressing it gently with his thumb.

“I’m sorry, babe. Do you want to postpone the meeting?,” he asked. She shook her head slowly with her still closed eyes.

“It’s okay, TaeTae. Just settle everything today and then I can rest more longer before our wedding day,” she replied. She slowly opened her eyes, and glanced at Taeyeon with an assurance smile.

“Arasso. You can take a nap while we are heading to the restaurant. I will wake you up when we arrived later,” he said.

“Okay. Thanks, honey,” she replied and immediately closed her eyes. Taeyeon just smiled while glancing at her and then focusing his eyes back on the the road.

After the meeting with Mr. Yeo and the florist, Taeyeon’s original plan was to bring his fiancee for a dinner date at Namsan Tower. But, since Tiffany was tired, he decided to heading home instead. He called his mother earlier to inform that they have cancelled the dinner and will having their dinner at home. He asked his mother to keep the secret of his plan.

“How’s the meeting, dear?,” Mrs. Kim asked his son during the dinner.

“It went well, mom. I have also made the room reservations for relatives from the both sides,” Taeyeon replied. Her mother nodded and glanced at her soon-to-be daughter-in-law who was playing with her food on the plate since then.

“Fany ah! Are you okay, sweetie?,” Mrs. Kim asked in concern. Tiffany startled.

“H-hmm? Y-yeah, I’m okay, omonim,” she replied with a faint smile.

“You’re not eating your food yet. You don’t have an appetite?,” Mrs. Kim asked.

“Y-yeah, omonim. I don’t feel like want to eat. I feel a bit dizzy,” she replied.

“Omo! Are you okay? Do you want to go the room and rest?,” Taeyeon asked worriedly. Tiffany just nodded weakly. There’s only three of them having their dinner at that time. Mr. Kim was having a dinner meeting with his friends outside, while Hayeon was attending her school trip for two days. Jiwoong went out for a dinner date with his girlfriend.

“Just go to your room and have a rest, Fany ah. I will make a porridge for you. You need to eat a bit, okay?,” Mrs. Kim said.

“Dae, omonim. Thank you,” she replied. Taeyeon then helped her to get up and guided her to their room upstairs. Mrs. Kim then got up from her seat and heading to the kitchen. She took out all the ingredients from the refrigerator to make a porridge for Tiffany.

“Eat some more, please,” Taeyeon begged while bringing the spoonful of porridge to his fiancee’s mouth. Tiffany shook her head.

“I’m full already, TaeTae,” she replied. Taeyeon sighed softly, and put the spoon back into the bowl. He put the bowl on the side table, and took the mug with a plain water. He handed the mug to Tiffany and she took it, slowly drank the water.

“You only eat ten spoons of the porridge, babe. And you’re barely eating your lunch today. How can you say you’re full?,” Taeyeon said worriedly as he took back the mug from Tiffany and put it on the side table.

“I’m sorry, TaeTae. I really don’t have an appetite to eat today. Maybe because of the weather,” she replied as she smiled apologetically. Taeyeon couldn’t help but to feel worried for her, afraid that it will affect her and their baby’s health as well.

“Arasso. Just tell me if you feel hungry later, okay? I will bring some food or fruits for you to eat. You can let your stomach empty,” he said. He patted the pillows and arrange it for Tiffany.

“You sleep first, okay? I will join you later. I will be downstairs with mom. Call me through the phone if you need something,” Taeyeon said as he gestured Tiffany to lie down.

“Okay,” she nodded and complied. Taeyeon put the cover and adjusted it for her.

“Good night, babe. Rest well,” he said as he leaned closer to her and pecked on her forehead.

“Good night, TaeTae,” she replied with her eyes closed. After making sure Tiffany has already fall asleep, Taeyeon slowly got up from the bed and turned off the light before he slowly tiptoed out from the room.

“RING! RING!”

“Yes, babe? Do you want anything?,” Taeyeon asked. He was watching a variety program on TV with his mother when Tiffany called him. His mother who sat on the other couch tilted her head towards Taeyeon.

“TaeTae,” she said weakly.

“Yes?,” he replied.

“I want..,” she paused.

“You want to eat something?,” Taeyeon asked in concern.

“No,” she replied.

“Oh, okay. Then, what is it?,” he patiently asked.

“You,” she replied. Taeyeon’s eyes widened in surprise.

“You want me?,” he unconsciously replied out loud. Mrs. Kim who was surprised with her son’s loud voice suddenly giggled. Taeyeon quickly cupped his mouth as his ears turns red in embarrassment.

“Yes. I can’t sleep. I want to cuddle you to sleep,” she honestly said. He glanced at his mother, and like she knew what was going on, Mrs. Kim gestured him to go to his bedroom with a smile.

“Arasso,” he replied as he hung up the call. He then got up from the couch, and walked towards his mother.

“Good night, mom,” he said as he gave a peck on his mother’s cheek.

“Good night, Taengoo,” Mrs. Kim replied.

“KRINGGG!”

The loud sound of the alarm clock startles Taeyeon, and he immediately woke up. He grabbed the clock and turned off the alarm. He still felt sleepy, and he leaned his back on the headboard while closing his eyes. Tiffany then slowly stirred from her sleep as she felt the warmth of his body slowly leaving her. She turns her body towards her fiance.

“Good morning, TaeTae,” she greeted.

“Morning, babe,” he replied, still didn’t budge from his spot. Tiffany looked at him and giggled.

“If you are still sleepy, why don’t you just continue your sleep?,” she said. Taeyeon slowly shook his head, but his eyes still closed.

“I need to go to work, babe. I have a meeting with the tourism board people this morning,” he replied. He then moved from his spot and leaned closer to Tiffany's face to kiss her lips, giving her morning kiss.

“Chincha? You didn’t tell me yesterday that you’ll have a meeting this morning,” she said while pouting.

“I just know about it on last night, babe, right after you went to bed. Dad informed me that I need to represent him. He couldn’t make it because he has an appointment with our panel workshop owner,” he explained.

“Ah, I see. So, you’re not going back for lunch today?,” she asked.

“I'm afraid I couldn't make it. But, I have plan something for us tonight,” he replied.

“Chincha? What is it? Can I know?,” Tiffany asked enthusiastically. Taeyeon chuckled on her eagerness as he found it cute.

“Yes, you can, baby. I plan to bring you out for dinner at Namsan Tower. It was supposed to be the last night plan, but since you're not feeling well, so I have to postpone it on tonight. Are you okay with that?,” he replied.

“Of course I am okay, TaeTae. Sorry for ruining your plan last night,” she said sadly. Taeyeon smiled and hugged her.

“Nah, it’s okay, babe. It’s not a big deal at all. Dinner can wait, what matters most is your and our baby’s health,” he replied. Tiffany smiled and pecked on his lips.

“Thank you for being so considerate of me. I love you,” she said.

“I love you too, babe. Now, I need to take a shower and go to work,” Taeyeon said as he gave her one last kiss before he got up and heading to the bathroom.

Later on that evening

“Ready to go?,” Taeyeon asked his fiancee who was sitting in front of a dressing table, checking on her makeup for one last time.

“Yes, I’m ready,” she replied smilingly while looking at Taeyeon through the mirror in front of her.

“Kaja!,” Taeyeon said as he stretched out his hand to her. Tiffany gladly grabbed his hand and slowly got up from the chair.

“You look gorgeous, babe!,” Taeyeon compliments, scanning her from head to toe. Tiffany was wearing a knee-length sleeveless sapphire blue dress, Taeyeon’s favorite color.

“Why, thank you! You look handsome too,” she replied. Taeyeon was wearing a sapphire blue colored shirt with white jacket and black pants. Both of them chuckled as they praised one another.

“Mom, dad, we are going now,” Taeyeon said to his parents who were watching news on TV.

“Have fun, you two!,” Mr. Kim replied.

“Be careful, Fany ah. Don’t walk too fast. You will feel tired later,” Mrs. Kim said to Tiffany.

“Dae, omonim,” Tiffany replied with a smile.

“Let’s go,” Taeyeon said while twisting the doorknob to open the door, and both of them then walked off the house.

At Namsan Tower

There were not many people at the restaurant which Taeyeon have made his reservation since it’s on weekdays. It made him felt relieved as he didn’t like to be in a crowded place, and he wanted Tiffany to feel comfortable too.

The restaurant's staff welcomed the couple, and she led them to the table near the glass wall. Taeyeon choose the table at such spot because he knew Tiffany likes to eating in a place where she could enjoy the spectacular view of the place. Being a true gentleman, Taeyeon pulled the chair for his fiancee, and the latter thanked him smilingly before she sat down. He then took his seat after her, and the staff laid the menu on the table, patiently waiting for the couple to make their order.

“What do you want to eat, babe?,” Taeyeon asked. Tiffany bite her lips while scanning the menu. All the food in the menu looks delicious on her, and she's having a hard time to choose.

“I don’t know, TaeTae. Ermm, excuse me, Miss? Can you please recommend me the highlight dishes of your restaurant?,” she asked the staff.

“Sure, ma’am. I can see that you are pregnant. So, I recommend you to have our grilled cod with pancetta and pea mash and butter shrimp because both foods are low-mercury seafood and high in vitamins, which are good for you to eat,” the staff said. Tiffany was stunned with her explanation.

“Are you a nutritionist?,” she curiously asked. The staff shook her head and smiled.

“I’m not, ma’am. But, our staffs here are knowledgeable in the ingredients we used because we have been trained by our chefs, and also through the courses we attended,” she explained. Tiffany nodded understandingly.

“Alright, I will have those then. TaeTae? How about you?,” she asked.

“I will have the same as hers. I want to be healthy as well,” he replied while looking at his fiancee. Tiffany just stuck her tongue out at him and both of them chuckled. The staff just smiled while looking at them.

“Okay. Anything else you want to add, Sir, Ma’am?,” she asked.

“TaeTae, can I have an ice cream for dessert?,” Tiffany asked him.

“Ermm, do you have any ice cream suitable for pregnant lady over here?,” he asked the staff.

“Sure, Sir. We have vanilla and strawberry yogurt ice cream topped with grilled walnut,” she replied.

“Okay, I want that,” Tiffany quickly said before Taeyeon could reply. He raised his brows in surprise and then laughed.

“Arasso, madam. Make it for two,” Taeyeon said. With that, the staff excused herself and left their table.

“Is this some kind of a revenge because you’re not eating properly since yesterday?,” he asked.

“Kind of,” she nonchalantly said while giving her Totoro smile. Taeyeon laughed on her act and shook his head.

“Why are you acting so cute today, huh?,” he asked. Tiffany shook her head.

“I’m not acting, though. I’m always cute. It’s just you who don’t know about it,” she nonchalantly replied, earning a laughter from her fiance.

“Yeah, I know. You’re my cute pink princess,” he said which causing his fiancee grinning widely. While the couple were busy chatting on random things, the waiter then came and served them with foods and drinks they ordered earlier. They enjoyed their food while enjoying the spectacular view from Namsan Tower.

“Thanks for the dinner, TaeTae,” Tiffany thanked her fiance who was driving the car, heading to their home.

“No need to thank me, my love. This is like a token of appreciation for being patient on me all this while. I promise I will treat you better than this next time,” he replied.

“Really? Such like?,” she excitedly asked. Taeyeon tapping his finger on the steering wheel while thinking.

“Living in our own house. After we getting married,” he replied. Tiffany’s eyes widened in shock.

“Chincha?,” she asked. Taeyeon nodded smilingly while glancing at her. Tiffany couldn’t content her excitement as she leaned closer and pecked on Taeyeon’s cheek. Taeyeon was surprised with her sudden act.

“Wae?,” he asked while his eyes still focusing on the road.

“Thank you for being so considerate of me, and loving me,” she earnestly said.

“You are most welcome. I love you, babe, and our baby too,” he replied smilingly.

At Incheon airport

“Welcome to Seoul!,” Tiffany greets her family who were just walking out of the arrival hall. Mr. Hwang, Tiffany’s sister Michelle and her husband, Mark, her brother, Leo and his wife, Alice together with her nephew and niece were walking towards the TaeNy couple.

“My baby!,” Mr. Hwang said while spreading his arms, wanting to hug his younger daughter.

“She’s going to be a mother soon, dad, not a baby anymore,” Leo said teasingly. Tiffany stuck her tongue out at him before she hugged her father.

“How are you, sweetie?,” he asked her daughter who was side hugging him.

“I’m good, daddy. The baby is good too. He behaves well,” Tiffany replied while caressing her bloated stomach.

“He? You mean you will have a baby boy soon?,” Michelle asked.

“Yes, we went to the hospital early this month to do the ultrasound test, and the doctor said we probably will have a baby boy” she replied while glancing at Taeyeon. He just smiled in return.

“Taeyeon my man! How are you, bro?,” Leo greets his soon-to-be brother-in-law with a brief hug.

“I’m fine, thank you,” he replied and return the hug. Leo patted on his back before he pulled off the hug. The Hwangs took turn in greeting the couple, and then Taeyeon asked Tiffany to lead her family to the main entrance while he rushed to the parking lot.

“Wow! Is this yours?,” Leo asked the moment he saw the Mercedes 2017 Serenity Class C RV (recreational vehicle) being parked across the airport entrance.

“Nope. It belongs to our company. We use this vehicle usually for VIP customers upon request,” Taeyeon casually replied.

“Dude, if this belongs to your company, that means it’s yours. End of the story,” Leo said, admiring the RV.

“Aigoo.. This kid. Just get inside, Leo Hwang!,” Mr. Hwang scolded his son for talking too much. The rest laughed at him while take turns entering inside the RV.

“Wow! This is cool! The interior is like a hotel room,” Michelle said as her eyes wandering around the spacious RV.

“Please help yourself in your seating. Feel free to use anything we have in here,” Taeyeon said while opened the passenger’s door for his fiancee.

“Thank you, Taeyeon. This is awesome. No wonder Tiffany never complaints anything about you. You have all that she wanted, right baby?,” Mr. Hwang thanked him while teasing his younger daughter.

“Yes, daddy. Taeyeon and his family treated me like their own family. I never have any difficulties living with them. It’s just that they pampered me too much sometimes,” Tiffany shyly said the last words, causing Mr. Hwang chuckled.

“You are like that too when you lived with us. Daddy pampered you much, though,” Leo said as he joked. Tiffany glared at him, and playfully showed her fist to him. The rest just laughed at their childish antics.

“Alright. Let’s heading to the restaurant first. You guys must be hungry, right?,” Taeyeon said.

“Taeyeon, please bring us to the restaurant which your parents brought me last time. I love their Korean dishes there,” Mr. Hwang replied.

“Sure, daddy. I have already made reservations for all of us. Kaja!,” he said as he started to drive the RV, heading to the restaurant.

At the hotel

“Don’t forget tonight, dinner at the restaurant on seven,” Tiffany announced. The Hwangs just have completed the check-in process at the hotel after lunch.

“Mommy, can we go to the swimming pool before dinner?,” David, Michelle’s son asked. Michelle and Mark have a pair of children, a son, David, seven years old, and a daughter, Marianne, three years old.

“Ask your daddy first, okay?,” Michelle replied while ruffling her son’s hair. David excitedly dashed to his daddy, asking the same question. He then jumped up and down happily when his daddy gave him a green light.

“What about our little Mary here? Do you want to join your brother having fun at the swimming pool?,” Tiffany asked her niece who was in her mother’s arms. She lazily leaned her head on her mother’s shoulder with her eyes half closed.

“She’s sleepy after having her lunch. I don’t think she could join her brother, though,” Michelle replied.

“I think she’s still jet lag, though. You guys just go to your room and have a good rest. We will see you guys at dinner tonight,” Tiffany said. She approached her father and gave him a brief hug, and the TaeNy couple bid The Hwangs goodbye.

Later on that night

The Hwangs and Kims were having their dinner at the restaurant in the hotel which has been arranged by TaeNy couple. Both family members took turns in introducing themselves, and the dinner went well and merrier. Taeyeon and Tiffany have scheduled The Hwangs for their tour in Seoul before the wedding event will be held in a week time.

Tiffany’s cousins, Chloe and Debbie arrived in Seoul two days later, and both of them stayed at the same hotel as The Hwangs and they joined the tour later on.

The Day

The day has finally arrived, and both bride and groom were looking rather nervous in their respective waiting rooms. Taeyeon were with his two best friends, Yuri and Sooyoung, and Hyoyeon, joined them for the last minute as he was invited by Sooyoung. Taeyeon asked them to become their groomsmen, together with his older brother, Jiwoong.

“Having a cold feet, huh?,” Yuri asked him. Taeyeon nodded and smiled faintly. “Don’t worry, buddy. I was like that on my wedding day. But, once you two have exchanged your vows and rings, your burden will be light, and you will feel that you’re the luckiest man on earth, being able to get married to the one you love,” he added.

“I can’t believe that I will going to be the last one who getting married after you two,” Sooyoung said sulkily, causing the rest laughed at him.

“Ya! Hyoyeon here is still not married yet. You can beat on him, though,” Yuri replied. Hyoyeon just laughed on his words.

“Hyo, you better tell me when are you going to get married, because I don’t want to be the last one,” Sooyoung said jokingly.

“Not so soon, though. Seohyun and I are busy with our respective projects recently, and we decided to postpone for another six months,” he replied.

“Okay. That’s a relief,” he said. Hyoyeon just chuckled and shook his head in disbelief.

Meanwhile, at bride’s waiting room

“Finally, huh?,” Chloe said to her cousin. Tiffany smiled and nodded.

“Yeah, finally,” she replied.

“Who knows, you’re getting married with a person who used to be your friend, right? Taeyeon is such a lucky guy,” Debbie said.

“Lucky or not, it’s a fate that he will be going to stuck with me for the rest of his life,” she replied.

“He’s a good guy, though. I think you’re the lucky one to have him as your husband. He treats you and the whole family well. He even bought us the flight tickets to get here, just to celebrate your happy day,” Chloe said. Tiffany’s eyes got widen after hearing the truth.

“Really? He didn’t tell me about that,” she replied.

“Don’t be surprised. He just wanted to do a good deed, though. He loves you wholeheartedly, Tiff. He’s surely a good guy,” Chloe said.

“Yeah. You’re right. I’m so lucky to have him. I hope our marriage will last forever,” Tiffany replied.

“Of course, you silly! What are you thinking about?,” Debbie said. Tiffany was about to reply to her when suddenly they heard the door’s knocking sound.

“Come in!,” Chloe shouted. The door slowly cracked open, revealing the staff who’s in charge for the wedding event.

“Miss Hwang, are you ready?,” the wedding organizer’s staff asked. Tiffany looked at her stylist, and she gave her two thumbs up, indicating that she’s ready.

“Yes, I’m ready,” she replied.

“Can you please come out now? Your father is already waiting at outside, and all guests are already entering the hall,” the staff said.

“Okay,” she replied, and her cousins helped her to get up from the chair.

“Friends and family of the bride and groom, welcome and thank you for being here on this important day. We are gathered together to celebrate the very special love between bride and groom, by joining them in marriage. All of us need and desire to love and to be loved. And the highest form of love between two people is within a monogamous, committed relationship.”

“Bride and groom, your marriage today is the public and legal joining of your souls that have already been united as one in your hearts. Marriage will allow you a new environment to share your lives together, standing together to face life and the world, hand-in-hand. Marriage is going to expand you as individuals, define you as a couple, and deepen your love for one another. To be successful, you will need strength, courage, patience and a really good sense of humor. So, let your marriage be a time of waking each morning and falling in love with each other all over again,” the marriage officiant delivered his speech.1

“Groom, do you have anything to say to your bride?,” he asked while looking at Taeyeon.

“Yes, I have,” Taeyeon replied.

“Please proceed,” the marriage officiant said. Taeyeon turned to his right side and facing Tiffany. He then grabbed her hands, and started to speak.

“Tiffany Hwang Miyoung, do you still remember the first time we met? You’re my first ‘long-term’ customer that I accidentally had through, you know. The first time I saw you, I couldn’t help but being mesmerized by your beauty. You’re the first girl that I’m falling in love with, but the circumstances at that time didn’t allow me to tell on how I feel about you, so, I decided that we just become as friends. Day by day, my feelings grew, and I didn’t realize that you eventually developed the same feelings on me too. You just didn’t know how I feel when the day we found out that we were liking each other. I was beyond happy until I drank too much and let myself drunk, and you have to drive me home with my own taxi to my apartment..,” Taeyeon paused as he chuckled, causing Tiffany and the guests laughed too.

“You have sacrificed so much to me, especially when you have to make the most difficult decision in choosing me over your ex. I felt so sorry for him at that time. Choi Siwon, if you come today, I want to apologize again and thanking you at the same time. I hope we can be good friends after this,” he said. Surprisingly, Siwon suddenly appeared among of the guests, and he got up from his seat while waving his hand smilingly. The guests applaud for him.

“Hey, buddy! Thank you for coming to our wedding. Hope we can go out for drinks after this,” Taeyeon said while waving his hand at Siwon. The latter raised his hand and showed an ‘OK’ sign to Taeyeon. The groom grinning childishly at him.

“So, I hope this marriage will last forever because I really want to grow old with you, raising our child together, sharing our interests and thoughts, and most important, to become forever friends, like we used to. I love you, Tiffany Hwang Miyoung, now and forever,” Taeyeon said as he ended his impromptu wedding speech. The guests applaud as the speech ended. Tiffany couldn’t hold her emotion as she shed her tears. Taeyeon quickly took out his handkerchief and helped her to wipe the tears.

“Alright. That was an amazing ‘love storytelling’ speech we heard from the groom,” the marriage officiant said, causing the guests laughed. “So, bride, do you have anything to say to the groom?,” he asked Tiffany.

“Yes, I do have,” she replied.

“Okay. Please proceed,” he said. Like what Taeyeon did earlier, she leaned closer and grabbed Taeyeon’s hands before she started to speak.

“I actually have nothing to say because you have said it all in your speech. The moment we met, and eventually falling in love with each other. The ups and downs moment. But, the time we spent together in L.A. was the most unforgettable one. I was amazed in how you can adapt the environment there which was 360 degrees different from the place you have lived since you were born. I was amazed on how you tried to mingle around with my family and relatives for the first time. You have always amazed me in whatever you did. You cared and treated me well because you know you couldn’t leave me alone, because I have no one here in Seoul. You and your family were the wonderful people I have ever met in my life..,” she paused as her emotion clouded her mind once again as she shed her tears. Taeyeon patted on her hand as he tried to soothe her, and helped her to wipe the tears.

“Sorry,” she apologized as she smiled, causing the guests laughed. “I hope this marriage will last forever, because I love you so much, Kim Taeyeon. You are my past, my present and my future. Yes, I want to grow old with you, raising our child together, sharing our interests and thoughts, and to become forever friends, like we used to,” she said while wiping her tears.

“Alright. I think we should proceed in exchanging vows because I’m afraid this hall will going to be flooded with bride’s tears soon,” the marriage officiant said, causing the hall exploded with laughters of the guests once again. TaeNy then exchanging their vows and putting rings into each other’s fingers.

“By the power vested in me, I now proudly pronounce you Mr. and Mrs. Kim. Groom, you may kiss the bride,” the marriage officiant announced. Taeyeon leaned closer and kissed Tiffany’s lips. The newlywed couple smiled into each the after they broke the kiss. The guests, family and friends applaud as the couple bowed to the marriage officiant and to them.

“Where do you want to go for our honeymoon?,” Taeyeon asked his wife who was busy munching fruits while watching TV. They were sitting at the huge sofa with her head leaned on Taeyeon’s shoulder, and her legs were on the coffee table. She had complained to her husband about her sore legs right after their wedding reception event ended, and being a good husband, Taeyeon applied some ointment and massaging her legs after they reached into their room. They were staying at the presidential suit of the hotel, a special gift which they received from the hotel's management for newlywed couple.

“With my condition right now, I don’t think we can go anyway, TaeTae. Can we just postpone after I giving birth and confinement?,” she replied.

“Arasso. I don’t have any problems with that,” he replied while caressing his wife’s hair.

“I think after our baby will reach about five months old, I want to go back to L.A. I want to bring him to meet his granddaddy, his aunt and uncle, and also his cousins,” she informed.

“That will be a great idea, babe. I want to bring my family too. I think by that time Haeyeon will be in her summer school break. She often told me that she wanted to have an overseas vacation, so I think that will be the right time to fulfill her wish too,” he said.

“Awesome! It will be fun, though! The Hwangs and Kims having vacation together. I can’t wait for our junior to be born, and for that time to come,” Tiffany excitedly said. Taeyeon just chuckled on his excited looking wife.

“Yeah,” he said while yawning and glancing at his wristwatch. “Babe, are you still not sleepy yet?,” he asked. Tiffany shook her head while focusing back on TV, watching her favorite “Games of Thrones” drama series.

“Arasso. Can I hit the bed first? I’m tired and sleepy,” he said.

“Oh, no you can’t! You must accompany me watching my favorite TV series. You said in your wedding speech just now about sharing our interests and thoughts together,” she said while pouting. Taeyeon couldn’t help but to laugh on her words.

“Arasso, arasso. But, can we lie down here? You can watch TV while lying down. I think it’s more comfortable for your back,” he suggested.

“Okay,” she replied as she agreed. With that, Taeyeon got up and rushed to the bedroom to take pillows and blankets for them. He then put the two pillows on the sofa, and he lie down first, followed by his wife. He back hugging her and kiss on the back of her head.

“Good night, wifey!,” he said. Tiffany smiled and reached his head with her hand, and patted gently.

“Good night, hubby. Sleep well!,” she replied.
