Later on the midnight, at the drama filming location

“Cut!”, the director shouted. All of them including the crew and cast immediately stopped their filming works. “Alright, guys. Good job. That’s the wrap-up for today”, he said. Sooyoung then sat next to director to have a short discussion while looking at the paper that was on his hand.

“Alright, everyone. We’ll continue with the next scene on tomorrow afternoon at 12:00. So, please be at the location on time, okay?”, he said.

“Dae!”, all of them said in unison. Sooyoung then walked to the crew and helped them to pack the filming tools.

“Well, well, well, look who’s talking!”, a voice suddenly been heard from his behind. He immediately turned to his back.

“What do you want, Miss Jung?”, he said annoyingly. Jessica just chuckled.

“Just now you asked all of us to come early on tomorrow. But, you did the other way around today”, she replied with a giggle.

“Yah! I just overslept because I’m tired! Just shut up, and go away Jung!”, he exclaimed angrily. Of course, he didn’t mean it. That’s their way of communication ever since they knew each other. He love having her around. Having his princess around was the only way to make him happy, and to be able to get through the day of his life. While Jessica, she likes to tease the latter because that’s the only way to distract her from missing her boyfriend. Her boyfriend, Lee Dong Wook, is also an actor, and they rarely could see each other since both of them were busy with their filming schedules.

“Here, take the keys. Wait for me inside the car. Don’t mess up my car!”, Sooyoung said as he handed the car keys to Jessica. She didn’t bring her car since her boyfriend sent her to the filming location today. Usually Jessica will asked her manager to pick her up, but since Sooyoung has offered her to send her home, she so getting used with it.

“Yah! What am I? A 5 year old kid?”, Jessica snapped while taking the keys from Sooyoung’s hand. Sooyoung just laughed while looking at the pissed Jessica. He then continued helping the crews, while Jessica just heading to the car.

“Thank you Sooyoung nim!”, the crew thanked him after they’re done with the packing.

“You’re welcome, guys. I’ll see you on tomorrow!”, Sooyoung said while he slowly leaving them, and heading to his car. Soon after he approached his car, he found that Jessica was already sleeping at the passenger’s seat. Sooyoung smiled while looking at the sleeping Jessica.

You’re so beautiful. I wish I could touch you hair, and comfort you to sleep everyday.

He slowly opened the car’s door at the driver’s side. Jessica was startled after Sooyoung closed the car’s door.

“Huh? Sorry, I fell asleep”, she said as she was still in dazed.

“Yeah, you looked sleepy and terrible”, Sooyoung said teasingly.

“Just shut up, and start driving the car, Choi Sooyoung!”, Jessica sternly said. Sooyoung just giggled and started driving the car to send his princess home.

After 40 minutes later, they already arrived in front of Jessica’s apartment building. She lived with her boyfriend ever since they started dating. But starting from tonight, Jessica was left alone since her boyfriend was out of the town for drama filming for one week.

Jessica had fell asleep back along their way back to her apartment. Sooyoung then parked his car in front of the main entrance of the building, and stopped his car’s engine. He then turned to look at Jessica who’s still sleeping soundlessly.

“Jess, Jess, wake up. We’re already arrived at your place”, Sooyoung said softly as he gently shook her shoulder, tried to wake up the latter. Jessica was still dead asleep. “Haishh.. this sleepyhead!”, he grunted. He then tried to wake her up again.

“Jess.. Jessica, get up now. We’re already at your place”, this time Sooyoung patted her cheek. Still, no response from the latter. “Haishh... you leave me with no choice”, he mumbled.

“YAH! JESSICA JUNG! GET UP NOW!”, he shouted near ear which caused Jessica suddenly jolted up from her seat.

“Yah! What the , Choi Sooyoung!”, she shouted back. Sooyoung laughed his head off. “Urghh.. damn you!”, she mumbled while trying to close her eyes back to sleep.

“Yah! Yah! Just get up now and go home. I don’t want to spend my night sleeping in the car with you”, Sooyoung grunted. Again, of course he didn’t mean to chase his princess out of the car. He would be glad if Jessica asked him to accompany her to sleep. But, he knew where his stand. It’s impossible for him to stand a chance for that.

“Geez! Alright, alright. I’ll get out now. See you on tomorrow, Choi shikshin!”, Jessica said as she slowly sat up straight, and opened the door. “Good night!”, she said before she closed the door.

“Yeah, good night!”, Sooyoung replied and immediately started the engine. He was about to start driving his car when suddenly Jessica knocked his car’s window. He quickly lowered the window. “Yeah, what?”, Sooyoung asked while curiously looking at Jessica.

“Pick me up on tomorrow morning at 10:00. I need to go for breakfast before started filming”, she said with a serious face.

“What? I’m not your driver! Where’s your manager?”, Sooyoung exclaimed. Again, of course he didn’t mean it. He was so happy and gladly to pick her princess up on tomorrow. But yeah, again, he has his pride. He tried his best not to look like he had a feeling towards Jessica.

“My manager need to attend a meeting with the management of my agency tomorrow”, she replied with her sleepy eyes.

“You can take a taxi, though”, he said as he tried to make her pissed.

“You know what, just forget about it!”, Jessica said with a straight voice and quickly walked away from Sooyoung’s car.

“Haishh.. w-wait.. wait.. Jess!”, Sooyoung shouted as he quickly went out of his car. He felt guilty after teasing the latter.

“Just go home, Choi!”, she said while keep on walking towards the main entrance. Sooyoung ran after her and managed to grab Jessica’s arm. “Urghh.. let go off me!”, she groaned. Sooyoung immediately released his hand from her arm.

“Jess, I’m sorry. I just teasing you”, he said. Jessica just stood still there, giving her iciest glare at Sooyoung.

“Why are you doing this to me? Have I ever did anything wrong to you?”, Jessica suddenly blurted out.

“Jess, come one. Why are you so sensitive tonight, huh? We used to tease each other, it’s not like the first time”, Sooyoung replied. Jessica just keep quiet. She too didn’t know why she became sensitive on that night.

“Alright, I’ll pick you up tomorrow. Don’t be late! I need to be there early since I have lots of work to do”, Sooyoung said. Jessica then suddenly ran towards him and hugged him. Sooyoung was shocked until he felt like his brain suddenly goes numb, and his heart stopped beating.

“Thank you”, Jessica said softly before she released the hug. Sooyoung still stood there, frozen. “Sooyoung? Hey, are you okay?”, Jessica shook his arm while looking at him weirdly.

“Y-yeah. I’m okay. I-I think I need to go now. I.. I’ll see you on tomorrow morning”, Sooyoung immediately stepped backward.

“Okay, I’ll see you on tomorrow. Good night!”, Jessica said as she bid him goodbye.

“Goodbye!”, Sooyoung replied. Jessica smiled and waved her hand at him before she walked towards the apartment building main entrance. Sooyoung just watched her walking away until she disappeared from his sight. He then slowly heading back to his car. He slowly leaned his back on his car, and let out a long sigh.

Jessica, why are you doing this to me? I’m trying my best here to fight this feeling from letting it flow and going stronger. I’m not strong for that!

“Urghh!”, Sooyoung groaned while ruffling his hair. He then immediately opened the car’s door, and slid himself inside. He drove his car away, heading to his home.

Later, at YulTaeSoo apartment

“I’m home!”, Sooyoung said as soon as he entered inside.

“Hey, buddy. Just finished your filming?”, Taeyeon asked as his eyes still glued on his laptop monitor. He was sitting on the couch in the living room while browsing the internet.

“Yeah. Why are you still not sleeping?”, Sooyoung asked while giving him a weird look. Taeyeon was usually in his dreamland by this time. He glanced at the wall clock, and it’s already 1:00 a.m.

“I just got back from having a night supper with Tiffany. My stomach is still full, not good to go to bed with stomach full”, Taeyeon said.

“Wow, you and that girl, huh? Are you guys having any special relationship?”, Sooyoung asked as he furrowed his brows. Sooyoung and Yuri basically knew that Tiffany is Taeyeon’s regular passenger since he keep on telling them about his weird passenger.

“What special relationship? You’re delusional. Me and her are just friend, though. Not more than that!”, he replied as he tried to avoid from being asked further about his relationship with Tiffany.

“Hmm.. whatever! I’m sleepy. Good night, Tae!”, Sooyoung said before he entered his bedroom.

“Yeah, good night!”, Taeyeon replied while waving his hand at Sooyoung. “Pheww! That was close!”, Taeyeon mumbled while rubbing his chest, tried to calm down. He just shook his head, and continued to browse the internet.

Sooyoung landed himself on his bed soon after he entered his bedroom. He was too tired to shower, so he decided just to go straight to sleep. But, his mind practically still replaying on what had happened with him and Jessica earlier. That was the first time Jessica hugged him, and said nicely to him. He’s still in shock. Suddenly the moment of his first time meeting with Jessica had came across his mind.

:: Flashback ~ 6 months ago ::

“Welcome to the Star Agency, Sooyoung! So, how did you find your office? Comfortable enough?”, Mr. Lee, the owner of the filming agency asked.

“Yeah, it’s comfortable. Thank you, uncle!”, Sooyoung happily said to Mr. Lee. Mr. Lee is actually his mother’s cousin. He basically forced his mother to persuade Mr. Lee to let him work in his agency. Mr. Lee was hesitant at first, because he knew that Sooyoung’s father will hunt him down if he knew that he let Sooyoung worked with him. But, his mother has guaranteed him that Mr. Choi will never knew about it since she told her husband that Sooyoung just working part-time at his agency.

“Alright. So, I’ll introduce you to the director who will soon start his directing our fourth drama later. Meanwhile, you can take a look on the agency’s profile that was on your table. If you have anything to ask, let me know, okay?”, Mr. Lee said as he patted on Sooyoung’s shoulder.

“Okay, uncle. Thank you!”, Sooyoung said as he bowed to his uncle. Mr. Lee just smiled in return, and immediately left the room.

“Alright, Choi Sooyoung, let’s work hard from now on. Fighting!”, he mumbled enthusiastically to himself. He then started to flip through the agency profile’s file, and read it page by page. Suddenly his stomach growled.

“Haishh.. not now!”, he grunted. He then stopped reading the file, and got up from his chair. “Maybe I can find something at the cafe to eat before lunch”, he said to himself as the time was still early to have lunch. Yeah, he’s a shikshin, just bear with it! LOL!

He then immediately went out of his room, heading to the cafe which located on the ground floor of the agency’s building. After the elevator reached on the ground floor, he quickly went out of it, and headed to the cafe.

Soon after he entered inside, he saw his uncle was talking seriously to a middle-aged guy while looking at the paper that was on the table. They seemed like in the middle of having a discussion while having breakfast together. He was about to walk to his uncle when suddenly a beautiful girl approaching their table. Sooyoung immediately stopped walking, and stood still as he was stunned with the girl’s beauty.

“Wow! Who’s that girl? Is she related to those guys?”, Sooyoung mumbled to himself while keep on staring at them. “Haishh.. Choi Sooyoung, focus, will you? You came here to work, not to flirt around!”, he mumbled to himself again while slapping his own cheeks with his both hands. He then continued walking towards the bakery display trays, and take a look at the breads that he wanted to take away. While he was busy picking some breads, suddenly someone had accidentally bumped into him.

“I-I’m so sorry. I wasn’t notice on you!”, a smooth silky voice being heard which caused Sooyoung immediately turned his head to look at the person.

Oh, lord! It’s her! The beautiful girl that I saw just now!

“It’s.. it’s okay. I’m still in one piece, no injuries or broken arms”, Sooyoung suddenly blurted out without concerned. The girl suddenly laughed.

Oh, god! She looks so beautiful even when she laugh. Like a princess!

“You’re funny, you know! Anyway, just pick whatever you want. It’s on me”, the girl said. “Oh, I’m Jessica Jung, by the way. You’re?”, she held out her hand to shake hands with Sooyoung.

“I’m.. I’m.. I’m..”, Sooyoung suddenly stuttered. He slapped his own cheek several times before he could speak well which caused Jessica laughed her head off. Sooyoung was blushing like hell.

“I’m.. Choi.. Choi S-Sooyoung”, he stuttered again, and shook his hand with Jessica’s. Jessica just giggled.

“Oh, I didn’t know that you have a speech problems”, Jessica said as she teased the nervous Sooyoung. She immediately released her hand from Sooyoung’s.

“Huh? A-aniyo! I didn’t have that! It’s just that.. I was surprised after someone got bumped into me”, he replied nervously. Jessica then walked closer and took the tray from Sooyoung’s hand. Sooyoung just stared at her, speechless.

“Alright, just tell me which one you want. I’ll take it for you”, Jessica said while her eyes looking at the display trays.

“Ermm.. this one, and this. This one too, oh, and this one! Okay, that’s all”, he said while pointing to the breads that he wanted to take away. Jessica’s eyes widened as she was surprised with Sooyoung’s action.

“Wow, you’ll eat all these?”, she said while pointing at the breads that she just took it for Sooyoung.

“Yeah, why?”, Sooyoung asked her with a confuse look.

“Wow, you’re a shikshin!”, she said as she giggled. Sooyoung blushed after hearing her remarks.

“Well, just deal with it. Who told you to buy it for me?”, he jokingly said as he started to feel comfortable with Jessica. Jessica just laughed, and then walked towards the cashier counter, and handed the tray to the cashier. Sooyoung just followed her from behind.

“T-thanks, Jessica”, Sooyoung thanked her.

“You’re welcome, Sooyoung. Sorry again for the accident. I have to go now. I’ll see you around!”, she said as she took her tray and walked towards the table where Sooyoung’s uncle and the middle-aged guys were sitting.

I think God has fated us to meet each other, Jessica Jung!

:: End of the flashback ::

“Yeah, to meet and being hurt. I wish that I never met you, Jessica”, Sooyoung mumbled before he dozed off.

It happened that a week after he got bumped into Jessica, he found out from the staff of the agency that Jessica was an actress who will starred in the next drama of his uncle’s agency. And, the most shocking news that he received was that Jessica has already had a boyfriend, who’s also an actor.
