Daehyun walked over to his desk and sat down.

Next to him, Youngjae was slouching and reading a book.

Daehyun tapped his shoulder.

Youngjae looked up with murder in his eyes.

When he saw who it was, his eyes went soft for a second, but then they burned with a passion of a thousand suns.

Daehyun almost whimpered.

He gathered up his courage and said,"What's your name?"

He wanted to pretend he didn't know Youngjae.

It would be interesting to see how far Youngjae would take this.

"Y-Youngjae."

"I used to know a boy named Youngjae, but he was fat and ugly."

Youngjae winced.

Daehyun smirked to himself.

Game on.

Zelo yawned and rubbed his eyes.

He should have listened to Himchan hyung, he went to bed waayyy later than he should have.

Next to him, Yongguk was admiring the way Zelo looked.

He looked almost like a sleepy kitten, it was adorable.

It was so different from the way he was yesterday.

Yongguk wanted to slap himself.

Why was he acting like this?

He felt himself get angrier and angrier.

Yongguk needed a release, something to take his anger out on.

Then, his eyes locked onto the target.

Who else, other than the person sitting next to him?

Zelo winced as he dragged himself to the nurse's office.

He felt like his body was breaking.

The teacher managed to stop Yongguk before he actually broke something.

Zelo didn't know what he did to deserve this, nor did he know why Yongguk had become so violent.

It had been going on for about 2 weeks now.

Yongguk hit him more when he was talking to anyone else, or touched anyone else.

He had never left any visible marks on him, but today, Yongguk went all out.

The teacher ripped Yongguk off of Zelo, asking Zelo if he was okay.

Once Yongguk heard his name, Yongguk looked even more furious.

The teacher had blown Zelo's cover, Yongguk knew that it was the "" he had rejected a while ago.

As he passed the bathroom, he stopped, turned back, and went over to the mirrors to check out the damage.

His milky, fair skin was bruised.

It had turned nasty shades of green, black, and blue.

He had a cut on his lip and his delicate limbs were shaking.

His head started spinning.

Zelo tried to keep himself upright, but failed.

He passed out from exhaustion and pain.

The tall boy toppled over, like a tree in the wind, and fell to the ground.

Yongguk was fuming. 

The teacher had suspended him for the rest of the day, and after that, he had a month of detention.

He was sent to go get his things from his locker and leave, but he walked over to the bathroom to wash his face with cold water.

He needed to calm down.

He entered the bathroom and was met with the sight of an unlikely person.

Why was Zelo on the floor? 

He was supposed to be at the nurse's office.

Yongguk felt a pang of remorse.

He tried to shake it off, but when he saw the boy's crumpled form on the floor, he dropped to his knees.

Gently lifting up Zelo as if he would break, he tenderly wiped off the blood on his face.

Zelo's nose scrunched up and he whimpered.

Yongguk had accidentally brushed one of the dark bruises.

"Shh.."

Yongguk rocked Zelo back and forth, lulling him back into the darkness.

Walking to the nurse's office, he put him onto one of the cots.

Leaving before anyone could see him, he slipped out of school without bothering to get his things.
