Yu-ki idly looked at her phone while sitting in on another one of Jongin’s classes. Before she had no use of the device as she couldn’t understand it. However, now that she could navigate her way through it, she thought it was long overdue to go through her messages. She had 143 unread text messages and 13 missed calls. The majority of the texts were all messages of hoping for her recovery. Yu-ki immediately dismissed those. She was slowly realizing that the many people who claimed to be close to her were far from that. Moving to her contacts, she found that she had over 200. Not wanting to go through it all, she heaved a sigh and placed her phone beside her. Not a second later, it buzzed with a new message.

From: 깜종
You look like you’re having struggles with your phone. Look in your favourites. That should help.

From: 깜종
Oh, and this is Jongin by the way.

Yu-ki looked up from her phone and across the room. Jongin stood there leaning against the wall with his phone in his hand. He looked up and gave her a wink before putting his phone away and joining the class once again. She shot him a quick smile through the mirror. Following exactly what Jongin had suggested, she went and found her favourite contacts. That made things significantly easier, as there were only 9 contacts. However, they were all nicknames that served no indication as per to who it exactly was. Jongin she already knew, but the rest were a mystery. Yu-ki figures that of those 9 one would have to be Kris. So, she found the one most likely and sent a text. 

To: Special Stupid
Kris!

Instead of waiting for a response, she decided to simply ask everyone else their identity. 

To: Chen
Sorry to ask, but who is this?

To: 수호
Who is this?

To: 星星哥~
Who are you?

To: Bacon
May I ask who this is?

To: Angry Bird
Who is this?

To: Umma
I’m going to go out on a limb and say you are not my mother.

To: 包子
Who are you and why are you saved as baozi in my phone?

Ah, Yooki, I see you have re-familiarized yourself with the Korean language

Jongdae

From: Umma
Yeah, this is Kyungsoo. Am I saved as umma in your phone?

Wow, that’s extremely rude

Just kidding this is Yixing

Baekhyun, why?

Oh…why are you saved as Chen in my contacts?

No Yooki, this is Chanyeol. We should really get you checked or something.

Oh, hey Kyungsoo. Any idea as to why you are saved as umma?

Oh, well that makes sense.

Well you’re saved as bacon. I was just wondering who I would save as a food item. Why is that?

Oh oops sorry. I thought you were my brother

I don’t think it’s safe to tell you considering I don’t know who you are

It’s nice hearing from you again. So how are things going?

Orange is my favourite colour, you’re saved as rainbow in mine

Am I really saved as baozi?

From: Do Kyungsoo
I have no idea. You’ve told me I have a maternal nature a few times before. Maybe that’s why

Things are fine considering, but they’d be better if you told me who you were

What makes sense?

To: Kim Jongdae
oh…Why is that?

Yes, now who are you?

From: Byun Baekhyun
Not this again. Then we first met, you told me my name sounded like the English word.

From: Park Chanyeol
You’re texting me again. Did you finally find your phone?

To: Do Kyungsoo
Well, in the short time that I’ve known you, I guess it makes sense

Then how’d you get my number?

Why?

Your nickname. You were saved as 星星哥~

From: Kim Jongdae
You don’t have a favourite colour

To: Byun Baekhyun
Ah. It does. Haha. I’m leaving it like this

Yeah….I just found it…

It was saved on my phone

Then shouldn’t you know?

Well I have amnesia and apparently I didn’t like saving my contacts with their real names and everyone has a weird nickname instead

To: Kim Jongdae
I know that. I was asking why it’s saved as our favourite colours instead of our actual names

Well, don’t lose it again

Ahh, because it sounds like my name. I didn’t know you called me that.

Well neither did I

Apparently not. Not one of my contacts go by their real name, you’re Angry Bird

I’ll try not to

I dunno. You just asked me what my favourite colour was one day, and then grabbed my phone and changed your name

Yeah, that sounds like something I would do

Wait Kris? How the heck do you not have me saved on your phone?

I dunno. Whenever I try to call you, you never pick up so I just call Jongin and he picks up his phone and passes it to you. I haven’t had your number for a while now.

This is the best looking person you know.

Well save it now!

Impossible I already have Jongin saved as

To: Kim Minseok
Oh! This is Minseok then

Ah-ha so you admit it! I’m the best looking person you know.

Not really it’s just process of elimination. You’re the last person I haven’t figured out yet. It’s not that difficult.

Doesn’t matter, you still came to the same conclusion when you heard that

I honestly don’t know. You just called me that when we first met. It was literally the first thing you said to me. Not very nice of you

Well too bad, I’m not changing it
