School hours have ended and it’s time for the seniors to go home. As the bell rang, the students scampered like pixies as they rushed out of the classroom to leave. It’s another Friday, after all, and most have weekend plans with friends or family.

While everyone’s obviously racing to get out, one particular student didn’t bother to join the hype. Soojung was sitting in her seat, taking all the time in the world in putting her things in her backpack, fixing his hair and clothes, checking if there’s anything she left, and what not.

Squeals of delight and surprise (though it is quite uncertain to her why people are still caught off guard) reached the queenka’s ears. Instantly, she knew why; and just like since two weeks ago, her heart thumped faster. Good thing, it is clear that she doesn’t like rushing herself, or she would have gone against her principle just to be that one specific person her female classmates were all squealing for.

Kevin stood in front of the door, leaning in the frame like some model of school uniforms, with a smile painted across his lips. “Ready to go?” He asked as he trudged forward to her seat as if he’s in a runway. His bag was slung on his right shoulder, adding to the impeccable charm.

The girl couldn’t help but smirk at how gorgeous her man is. Yes, her man. In two weeks time, Soojung had gotten used to referring to Kevin Wu as her most special and most important property. He is hers and hers alone.

Suddenly, sharp pain shot through the girl’s forehead, cutting off from her state of trance. Kevin just flicked his forehead and the guy had the audacity to laugh at her pain.

“What the ?!” Soojung hissed in gritted teeth. She rubbed the painful spot and glared at her boyfriend. “If this turns red, I will definitely—“

The girl didn’t get to finish the sentence as warmth was felt on her forehead. The next thing she knew, she was staring at how his adam’s apple bobbed up and down. Her eyes shifted upwards and she realized that Kevin kissed her forehead, the exact spot he flicked.

At the reality of their current position and situation dawned in her, Soojung blinked and blushed. If she had seen another couple do that, she would have gagged herself, thinking that such is a very childish act. But one move from Kevin and she had proven herself that it really eases away the pain.

Geez. What is love turning her into?

“So are you ready to go?” Kevin repeated his question as he took a step away from his girlfriend. A teasing smirk was evident in his lips. Surely, he’s having fun in this.

Cut off from her daze, Soojung instantly checked if there are other students left and watching them. Fortunately, there was none. They were apparently all in a rush to their own appointments, and to that the girl felt at peace.
