Kris’s POV

It was already getting late and Tao decided to grab some something to eat. Jooyoung was still asleep, so we decided to grab a few meals at the mini bar beside the pool.

“Lay watch over her, she’s still asleep.” Luhan said as we stood up. Lay nodded.

Tao and Xiumin were fighting over what to order while Chen was looking at the display. I looked back at Lay, he was still talking to his new “lady friends”, Jooyoung was already up. She looked around, but I guess she didn’t see us, because she stood up and walked away. I looked at her as she walked further away.

“Uhm, guys. You order, I’ll be back.” I said as I followed her.

I heard some people talking as I walked in the garden, then I heard someone shout.

That was when I found Jooyoung being pulled by a man.

“Let go of her.”

Jooyoung looked at me and she pulled her hand away.

“Who the hell are you?”

I could smell the stench of alcohol from his mouth.

“Jooyoung, come here.” I said as, she noded and stood beside me. I noticed that she was rubbing her wrist.

“Did he hurt you?”

“I asked you a question, you~”

“I’m talking to her.”

“It’s just my wrist, Kris.” She replied while cringing away. I looked at the guy. He actually has the guts to do things like this. I felt something stir inside me again.

“Isn’t she just one of Yixing’s girls? What’s so special about her?!”

Jooyoung stepped away. I just pulled her behind me. I heard some rustling behind us.

“I’ll leave you to the brother. Jooyoung let’s go.” I pulled her with me just as Tao arrived.

“Edi~”

Tao kicked the man’s chest, the man landed on the floor.

“She’s my sister, not Yixing’s girl, .” He spat and followed us.

Zhang Yi Xing, this fool.

“Noona, why did you there alone?!”

Jooyoung tensed, I let go of her.

“I was…..alone when I woke up!” She defended.

“We were just across the pool, Lay hyung was there with you!”

“But I was bored!”

I looked at her briefly.

“Thank you, Kris, really. You have such a good temper.” She nodded and pulled away from her brother.

Your POV

Tao chuckled as I walked with Kris.

“Yes, he has better temper, Fu Shan.”

“Ya! I’m your noona!”

“Zhang Yixing.” Kris said, his tone changed. I looked at his face. I stepped back. His mouth was in a thin line and his eyes have gone dark.

Lay walked to us.

“Oh, you’re up.” He said to me.

“Luhan told you to watch over her.”

“Hyung, I know, but Joo~”

“She got harassed back at the garden, Yixing.” Kris said tightly. Lay’s eyes widened.

“Want to know why? It’s because that….man thought she was one of your girls. For Pete’s sake Lay!”

Lay looked at me.

“Jooyoung, I’m sorry~”

“Lay, it’s fine, it’s not your fault~”

“You should have watched over her properly and stopped flirting with those~”

“Kris. Stop it.” I said as I pushed him back lightly. This works on Tao, I hope it does on him too.

He looked at me for a second.

“Relax, nothing went wrong, no one’s hurt~”

Kris looked at my wrist.

“I’m fine.” I said and looked at Lay.

“Don’t say sorry Lay, it’s not your fault. Let’s just grab dinner.” I said as I pulled Tao and Kris away. Yes, I have to brothers now, both of them are equally bad tempered.

Narrator’s POV

Lay crossed his arms and looked at the three, a wondrous smile was on his face.

“How did she do that?” Luhan mused.

“She can calm Tao and now she can placate Kris?” Xiumin said. Chen nodded.

“She’s…..something.”

“Jooyoung……she….unconsciously changes Kris.” Lay said.

“What do you mean?” Luhan asked.

“You didn’t notice? He talks more lately, he has more than three facial expressions and of course, what happened earlier was a miracle.”

Xiumin chuckled.

Kris’s POV

We arrived at a small café, Tao sat in front of me while Jooyoung ordered.

“Hyung, you shouldn’t have yelled at Lay ge.”

“But if it weren’t~”

“Stop talking. Seriously, people around me have temper issues.” Jooyoung set the tray on the table. Tao grinned, his hyung couldn’t even retort to his sister.

“And you Edison, your martial arts is not for vio~”

“But he hurt you!”

Jooyoung sat back and ate.

Tao glanced at his noona briefly then he grinned.

“Noona.”

“What?”

“You have to feed me.” Tao blinked. Jooyoung looked up.

“What?!”

“Ah~” Tao opened his mouth. I chuckled.

“Uhmm, Tao~”

Tao just opened his mouth widely. Jooyoung smiled lightly and shoved a spoonful in his mouth. Tao just smiled merrily. Jooyoung chuckled and wiped his lip with a tissue.

“A kid, really Edison.” She said.

I looked at her as she smiled. She’s different. She has a different side when she’s dealing with others but when it comes with her family she turns into the perfect daughter and older sister.
