Mir’s P.O.V

       Joon seemed a bit distracted as he drove. I tried doing like I didn’t notice because he’d just blow it off and deny anything was wrong, I’ll wait until he’s ready to tell me. I took off my blazer, loosened my tie and ed two buttons on my shirt. Freedom!! We arrived at the ice cream shop and got down from the car. Joon took my hand and intertwined it with his. I secretly smiled at his small gesture and swung our hands as we walked.

“Oppa can I get vanilla?”

“Sure what do you two want?”

“I want strawberry.”

“You pick for me Joonie.” I smiled up at him and kissed his cheek.

“You two make me sick!” Thunder put his finger in his mouth and pretended to puke. I stuck my tongue out at him. We got out ice cream and sat at a booth. There were a lot of students from our school and a couple from others. I saw that the guy who had arrived to class was here as well. He was surrounded by girls and he looked uncomfortable. It’s not my business. I pushed myself closer to Joon and hugged his arm. He seemed to have woken up from a daydream because he looked confused. I smiled up at him and pouted my lips.

“What do you want Mireu?” I pouted my lips out even more. “What’s that? I can’t hear you~”

“Yah! You know what I want!” I slapped his arm and pouted my lips again. He gave me a quick peck and the other two made gagging noises.

“Yah! If you don’t like it go get your own boyfriend/girlfriend whatever suits your liking!” I shouted at them making almost everyone look at our table.

“What are you idiots looking at!? I know I’m beautiful but come on!”

“Mireu no fighting.”

“But Joonie-”

“No.” he squeezed my hand under the table and locked our fingers together. I puffed my cheeks and he poked them.

“Where would I be without you?”

“Probably in jail.”

“Yah don’t say that!”

“fine, fine. Are you guys finished?”

“Neh!” we threw away our empty cups and bought a pint of ice cream to keep at home. I felt weird. It’s like someone’s watching us. I felt a shiver run down my spine and I held tighter to Joon’s hand. He looked down at me with a questioning look but I shook my head.

        We got to the apartment and everyone went their separate ways. I was changing out of my uniform as Joon came in eating an apple. I slipped on my shirt and hung my clothes in our shared closet. I stood looking out the window. That creepy feeling of being watched came up again. I quickly closed the curtains and sat next to Joon on the bed. I pulled out my books and notebook and got started on my homework. He was working on coming up with a dance for his students. I felt jealous towards them for having him part time. I wanted him every hour of the day. The doorbell rang and Joon got up to answer it I also went. I peaked from behind his back to see who it was. A girl? Who is she? Joon you have explaining to do! I pinched his arm and he looked back at me. I gave him a-you-better-explain-now-or-I’ll-cut-you-up-look. He seemed to take the hint and opened his mouth but the girl spoke first.

“I’m here to see Sanghyun.”

“Sanghyun? Oh. Sure come in. Let me call him please take a seat.”

“Thunder someone’s looking for you!” oh so it’s for Thunder. The both of us went to the kitchen got started on dinner. Joon was washing the rice and I was chopping onions. I started tearing up so I stopped. I gave him a back hug and hid my face in his back.

“What are you doing?”

“Hugging you.” I mumbled. He laughed and kissed my hands then continued with what he was doing.  There were laughs coming from the living room.

“Looks like Doongie found a girlfriend. Now I’m the only singleton living here.” Hyuna said with a sigh as she walked in the kitchen and finished chopping the onions for me.

“Don’t worry, you’ll find someone.”

“I better meet him first! He has to get my approval first.” Joon started stuttering almost shouting hearing his baby sister speaking of having a boyfriend.

“Oppa~ what if I really like him but you don’t?”

“Well then too bad!”

“Aish! So mean.”

“Did she just say that? Did I hear her correctly?” I laughed at their playful fighting. Even though they just met each other they seem like they were never separated. The four of us, including Thunder’s guest sat down for dinner and talked. Thunder and his friend left for a walk and Hyuna went to the gym our complex provided. I was watching TV and Joon had disappeared somewhere. I got up to go to the bathroom but stopped in my tracks as I heard Joon on the phone.

“I told you no.”

“I’m happy here.”

“I’m not-” he turned around and I hide behind the wall separating the living and bathroom.

“There’s no way. Nothing you can do will keep from being with Mir.”

“I don’t care if it hurts your business.”

“Don’t call me ever again. Goodbye.” He hung up and I ran to the living room. I really need to exercise more! I was panting when Joon came in the room.

“Why are you so out of breath?”

“I was uh…” Come one CheolYong you’re a good liar!! “I was doing…sit ups…” Really? Is that the best I can do? I mentally face palmed myself at my own stupidity.

“On the couch?”

“Yeah! You see you just hang your body over like this, and then you just bring yourself up.” I said laughing nervously.

“You’re weird, you know that?”

“But you love me because of that right?” he ruffled my hair and sat next to me. He laid his head on my lap and I played with his hair. It was almost midnight and we were laying in bed. I looked up at the ceiling and sighed.

“What’s wrong?” his voice surprised me because I thought he was sleeping.

“Nothing. Why aren’t you sleeping?”

“Insomnia. Don’t tell me it’s nothing. Something’s bothering you, I’ve seen it in your face all day. Tell me, I’ll try to help.”

“It’s really nothing. You know I’d tell you.” How can I tell him I feel like I’m being watched?! He’ll think I’m crazy.

“Alright. Go to sleep you have school.”

“Goodnight.” I cuddled up to his body and fell asleep.

Joon’s P.O.V

    After Mir fell asleep I got up and my laptop. I scrolled through my contacts list until I found the person I needed.

Honeyabs_LJ: Hyung?

_absofsteel: Joonie! What’s up?

_absofsteel: It’s surprising to see you on here!

Honeyabs_LJ: my dad wants to meet up with me next week.

_absofsteel: typing…

Honeyabs_LJ: I already rejected him. I don’t know should I go see what he wants and end all of this once and for all?

_absofsteel: I don’t know what to tell you, I think you should go.

_absofsteel: do any of his connections/business peeps know his son is gay?

What is he onto?

Honeyabs_LJ: No… wae?

_absofsteel: use that against him. Go see him and tell him if he doesn’t leave you alone you’ll tell all his people. I’m pretty sure he’ll be pissed but he’ll leave you alone. And think about it this way, if you do tell them that, your dad will be shunned and ruined and you can have an even more open relationship with Mir.

Honeyabs_LJ: -_- you make no sense hyung, I don’t even know why I asked you!

_absofsteel: ‘cus you love your hyung! That’s why!!! I was going to send you an invitation but since you’re here I’ll tell you now. You and Mir are invited to our babyshower!!

Honeyabs_LJ: Isn’t that for pregnant women though?

_absofsteel: Typing…

Honeyabs_LJ: HYORI NOONA’S PREGNANT!?!?!?!?!

_absofsteel: Yup, finally! Took us a while but hey, like they say if you don’t succeed the first time you must try again

Honeyabs_LJ: oh god…

_absofsteel: YAH! You shouldn’t say anything! I wasn’t the one getting their freak on at the beach!

Honeyabs_LJ: HYUNG!

_absofsteel: That’s what Mir was yelling!

Honeyabs_LJ: YAH YOU WANT TO DIE!?

_absofsteel: I thought for sure you’d be the one topping…

Honeyabs_LJ: I DO TOP!

_absofsteel: HAHAHAHAHAHA!

Honeyabs_LJ: Wait! Ugh! Never mind! You’re no help. I’m going to sleep.

_absofsteel: ‘Night~ try not to Mir! LOL!! ;)

“Is he really my hyung?” I rubbed my temples and shut off my laptop. Well that was a lot of help.

        The next morning we went through our usual routine. Morning run, breakfast, shower, work, pick up Mir, Hyuna, and Thunder. This became a cycle that I was used to after a week. It’s been three weeks now since the meeting with my father.

Flashback

“I’m glad you decided to come Changsun.” He got up and hugged me. I stood there awkwardly with my hands by my side. We sat down and ordered our drinks.

“I want you to leave me alone starting today. The only reason I came was to tell you this.”

“Changsun, I’m not going to give up just like this.”

“It’s already too late. The damage you caused can’t be fixed now. If you want me to comeback you’ll have to accept Mir as well. He’s part of my life and I’m not going to give him up to make you happy.”

“If I do accept Mir you’ll move back in?”

“No. I’ll forget anything that everything that happened before, or try to, and start over.” We sat looking at each other. He took a deep breath and clasped his hands.

“why won’t you come back Changsun?”

“I have three important people depending on me. I can’t leave them alone. Even if I forget everything that’s happened between us, I can’t forgive you.”

“Do as you please my dear boy. I’ll keep trying. I won’t give up. Why don’t we talk about something more pleasant, how’s school?”

“I’m starting college next spring.“

“I’ll pay your tuition jus-”

“Don’t worry about it. I got a scholarship.”

“Really? That’s great, I always knew you were smart. Just like your mother, you look a lot like her as well.”

“…”

“How is Hyuna doing? Is she okay?”

“She’s fine.”

“How’s she doing in school?”

“She’s a good student.”

“What about Mir?”

“He’s also well and doing good in school.”

“I know Sanghyun is living with you as well, how is he?”

“Also doing well.”

“That’s good.”

“…”

“…”

“I have to go. I need to pick them up from school.”

“Oh. Alright, let’s have coffee again sometime.” I got up and was about to leave but he grabbed my wrist and pulled me back.

“I wanted to give you this.” He handed me a black box and let me go.

End of flashback

     I still haven’t looked in the box afraid of what I would find. I kept it under my bedside drawer. I had the urge to open it and look inside. I was sitting in front of the mirror in my classroom after all the students had left. I looked closely at my face and tried to look for any sign of my mother in me. I closed my eyes and remembered old memories of the three of us. My mother was smiling next to my father and I was in the middle as we waited for the camera man to take our picture.

“Omma I miss you…” a light breeze flew past me and I sighed. I opened my eyes again and got up. I slung my back pack over my shoulder and was about to leave as a woman walked in. she looked lost and confused.

“Hello, can I help you?” I asked when she noticed me.

“I’m looking for my son…”

“Your son? Oh you must be looking for Jeun Hyuk! He already left m’am.”

“No not him…”

“He’s the only guy in my class, you must have the wrong room then.”

“No this is the correct classroom, the detective I hired wouldn’t lie to me.”

“Detective? Miss are you okay?”

“I’m perfectly well. I’m looking for Lee Changsun.”

I have cramps you guys! OHMYGOD! I WANT TO KILL SOMEONE!!! ...well  moving on...

I went to Kevin's house about a week ago (new readers if you don't know who Kevin is, he is my very cute Korean friend!) anyways, I went to his house right? So he went to take a shower so since I was going to be left alone for a while I asked if I could his laptop, he said yeah. So I get on the internets and I'm typing in facebook....yes I use FB  but you know how sometimes when you type something it brings out your history right? So FB automatically comes up as a suggestion but I clicked the site underneath it by mistake....so when the page loads... IT'S !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I guess he forgot his razor so he came back out. I was like staring at the screen and he was in a towel and he comes close to me and he sees the page and he quickly takes the laptop away from me and his mom comes in and she says what's going on and she jumps to conclusions and omg!

Then she recovers and she's all "make sure you two are using a , and keep the noise down. Your little sister is in the next room." and I'm like We're not doing that it's a misunderstanding!!!  God that was so embarrassing.  so after we got it all cleared up, I went back to my house and thought about what happened. Now this isn't my first time I saw .  DON'T JUDGE ME!  I was 13 and I was curious what my guy friends were so into and what they were talking about in class sometimes so I decided to look it up. Trust me. I did not EVER! Visit one of those sites again.  I learned my lesson.  So it's been a couple of days since that incident...we're cool about it but it's kind of awkward when I ever I go to his house...his mom thinks I'm avoiding her because she "caught" us doing/almost doing something...oh god!  /sigh/ yeah...so today I ate KFC and the whole time I thought of Onew appearing in my house all of a sudden.  I was like  I made Bibimbap on Friday...wasn't as bad as I thought it would be  I'm hungry now.... ahh~ OHHHHHH~ On Saturday I went to Wal-Mart  and I saw this girl who used be like my best friend back in 4th grade, we still hung out in Middle School but yeah I moved and we kind of grew apart...anyways some of our conversations always somehow ended up on pregnant teen girls. We agreed how stupid it is to get pregnant at this age and what not. She would always look down on them while I had a more open mind about it. She always said she would never get pregnant until she got married and her life settled and everything. Guess who's having a baby? No Onew I am not kidding you. So the whole time she tried to avoid me, but come on, I'm UNAVOIDABLE! So we get to talking and catching up on stuff and she keeps trying to hide her stomach...and I ask he if she has a bf and what not and her face is like trying to distract me, so she finally gave up and told me she is expecting a child I acted shocked and was like "Omona!"  I'm so happy for you,   and then I rub it in her face because she was all "you're going to have a baby first and you're not even going to know who the daddy is." so I'm like: So who's the daddy? Is he in jail? Is he with you? Does he have another gf?  All with this face and some laughing in there mocking her I know it was mean but she hurtme before and I promise not to do it again. So she added me on FB and creeped through my stuff and we met up on Sunday for her baby shower and she tried to make fun of me because she saw all my kpop stuffs and I'm like  time to put my Korean skills to the tes showoff and so she's like how can you understand those chinese people? and start making some weird noises that's supposed ot be chinese I guess Why does everyone assume it's chinese? Seriously there's many asians out there! Like Japanese, Chinese, Korean, thai, nepalese, singaporean, vietnamese, malaysian, Indonesian, etc... moving on.... I'm all it's Korean, and I speak some Korean, unlike you I spent my time in school and did other things unlike get pregnant and dropout.  She got mad  and I was like  and she starts insulting me and we're going back and forth and then I realize  so I call Kevin to pick me up, because we were going to the mall after that shindig ended. So he drives a nice car and everything and when he got there he's like this tall good looking dude plus he's asian for crying out loud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  So he's looking for me and when he found he took my hand and kind of dragged me to the car but not before my so-called--friend saw me and she was all  is that your boyfriend? And I'm like and he's all  and i'm like YES! He instantly figured out what I was trying to do and he went along with it! She was fuming, and then I'm like this is what you could have if you had a more open mind not open legs. BURNED! So we walk out of that joint like pimps!  Yup interesting week/weekend! My dream last night was: I was singing the national (US) anthem in spanish, underwater, I replaced every few words with corn  awkward...My dad upgraded my iPhone, I have a 4s now  I found out my cat has been having   I watched Joon's pole dancing video over and over and then Rains pole dancing video and then Joon's pole dancing video from Men In MBLAQ on repeatLORD HELP ME!!!  GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS CRAMPS ARE KILLING ME AND I'M SO HUNGRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I'm having a staring contest with my cat...he's winning  I made some Ramen YES!! 

On another note it's tough being a girl:

more often than not, you need to match your bra colour with your outfit

plus it’s such a to pull up your bra straps

the worst however, is attempting to fix your bra in public
