School session was conducted as usual.

You were on your way to the classroom with Hyo Won by your side, talking non-stop.

Everything seemed normal except for one thing.

You never realized this since it was hard to detect. What was abnormal?

You weren’t aware of this one thing. When would you realize this?

A person was watching you from afar. He was not some kind of a erted stalker or a sniper that wanted to kill you.

For short, it was none of the above.

Why did he do this?

He wanted to protect you from anything that wanted to hurt you even if he couldn’t be by your side. Why did he want to protect you?

Because he loves you.

Yet, you will never know. You won’t be able to notice him.

Same goes for him. He won’t be able to be by your side. He won’t be able to touch you or hold you in his strong and secure arms.

But, by watching you from afar was more than enough for him.

Just by seeing you in a good state and safe from anything dangerous was enough.

However it didn’t mean that he didn’t want you. He wanted you.

Day by day, his desire grew, wanting to have you to be his.

He desperately wanted you. But he couldn’t reach you. Even if he was by your side, you won’t recognize him as your savior.

Just another ordinary boy that admired you.

He didn’t want to be one of those people that were around you. He wanted more.

Sadness filled his empty eyes. His whole world was only stirred with melancholic feeling.

However, the only thing that could make him feel slightly happy was you. Even though you won’t recognize him, he would still feel a bit glad to be able to see you every day.

He covered his face with his right hand miserably. He wanted you to perceive his existence but you won’t since he was a coward for not being able to show himself to you.

He couldn’t accept the reality but what could he do?

*I want you to look at me. I want to hold you in my arms.*

After a while, he stood up with a determined look on his face, “I’ve decided.”

He gazed at your disappearing figure, “I’m your bystander but I’ll make sure you will be mine.”
