Act 11 - Awkward moments

Throughout dinner, Victoria would make a small talk with his family. She was nervous. She didn't know how to respond to his mother who looked unpleasant.

Krystal would smile once in a while. She didn't like his family, especially his mother. She keeps asking some retarded questions that wasn't even necessary.

"So, what does your parents work as?" she ask Victoria.

"They.. work in a small business."

"Really?" she remark with a disgust voice as she wipe with her napkin.

"Yes.." Victoria trail off.

"Can I call you Unni?" Sherleen finally blurt out.

Victoria and Krystal look at each other and than at Sherleen who had a smile on her face.

"Sure.." Victoria half smile.

"Unni. I always wanted a unni, now I have one." She joyfully say.

Nickhun made small talks as well. He wasn't really happy that he was going to marry her.

What in the world did she do to make his father force him to marry her?

She's not rich or anything. Her status is below everyone elses.

Chi. Unbelievable.

"You say you came by taxi right?" Mr. Horvejkul ask.

"Yes." Victoria answer.

"Son, take them two home."

Nickhun glare at his father and than at Victoria.

"You heard me correctly. You can't just let those two ladies go alone at night. It's dangerous."

"Fine." Nickhun walk out with a annoyed face.

First it was the marriage and now he's doing her taxi services. How great can that be?

While riding home, Victoria didn't know what to say. It was awkward to be in the same car as him.

Victoria shifted here and there because she felt uncomfortable.

"Stop moving so much." Nickhun finally speak up.

"Sorry.." Victoria lower her head.

Krystal was pretty annoyed with Nickhun.

'What the hell is wrong with that dude?' Krystal thought. 'He has some major issue.'

Victoria and Krystal thank Nickhun for the ride before entering their place.

Nickhun speed away.

"Yah. What's with him?" Krystal finally let out her thought.

"I don't know."

"He needs to fix that anger of his. I don't like it one bit." Krystal flatly say with a mad voice.

Victoria laugh.

Krystal left to work leaving a sleepy Victoria alone.

Victoria was very comfortable in her sleep until someone started ringing the door bell.

'It's probably Krystal who forgot something.' she thought.

She sleepily got out of her sleep to open the door without fixing herself who looks like a mess.

"Krystal, what now?" Victoria sleepy ask.

Sherleen was on the other side surprise to see her Unni still in a mess.

"Unni."

Victoria shot her eyes at Sherleen before fixing her hair.

"Uh.. Come in." Victoria politely invited Sherleen in.

Victoria ran into the bathroom to clean herself up.

Sherleen quietly laugh to herself.

"So this is where Unni lives." Sherleen half amuse.

She sat down waiting for Victoria to come out.

Victoria brushed her hair and got out of her PJ.

"Sorry the house is in a mess." she shyly say.

"It's ok Unni." Sherleen smile.

The place wasn't messy but knowing Victoria, she doesn't say it into details like Krystal.

"Unni, are you busy?"

"Why?"

"I want to go shopping with you."

"Me?"

Victoria was surprise. She only met Sherleen yesterday and here she was, asking her to go shopping.
