Chapter Fourty Nine

{Your POV}

I walked away, headed to class and wiped my tears. I spent lunch with Chohee and Dongwoo. I can't take this anymore. I walked to the hospital with all of Myungsoo's books and arrived.

"Hey Myungsoo-ah."

"What's wrong?", he asked. I wasn't tearing nor was I frowning. It's like he can see right through me.

"Nothing."

"I won't settle for nothing."

"Sungyeol-ah and I had a big fight, nothing big."

"Sure it wasn't big, i'm sorry though."

"It's alright, aha. I'll survive."

He smiled and said, "you wanna study to get you're mind off of it?"

"Yeah."

We started studying for two hours and then my stomach started to growl. Myungsoo started to laugh and said, "I wish I had for you, but all I can try and offer you is my hospital food."

Coincidentally, the nurse came in the room.

"Are you both okay?"

"Yeah unnie, but Myungsoo craves some... hot water."

She laughed and said, "Alright, you need a whole kettle for two ramen bowls right?"

"Right... oh wait."

We all laughed and she headed to the hospital kitchen and got us the boiling hot kettle filled with water. We both ate and finished up our ramen.

"You still hungry?", I asked.

"Im alright, thanks."

And we were back to studying for another three hours.

"Myungsoo-ah, I never got the chance to ask you."

"Mhmm?"

"Who's your ideal type?"

He laughed and thought for a moment, "An innocent girl, but recently I haven't been that picky."

Woah...

"How about you?"

"He must be funny, cute, nice and smart."

"Ah I see. So, happiest moment since high school started?"

I wanted to say finally dating Sungyeol but...

"Getting ranked first for every season for every year in high school so far, how about you?"

"Becoming friends with you."

"Really?"

"Yeah, i've been trying to become your friend since sophomore year."

"Really?!"

"Yeah. If we were friends then, I wonder how this would have turned out."
