I turned to my side to look at my surprisingly calm boyfriend. He kept his eyes on the road and had a nonchalant look on his face as he smoothly drove by the crowded streets. I liked watching him drive but he was just too collected for someone who is meeting the parents of his girlfriend for the first time.

"Guppie..." I called out as we pulled over at the parking space in front of our house. He turned to me and gave me a small smile as he unbuckled his seat belt.

"Are you sure this is your first time EVER to do this?" I asked, giving him a speculative look and earned a chuckle from him.

"Yes. You're my first girlfriend remember?" he more of stated rather than asking me. I bit my bottom lip and nodded my head, somehow feeling proud when he said I was his first girlfriend. I knew this a long time ago but I can never get over the fact that I am the first woman that this perfectly sweet man has ever been with.

He then gave me a questioning look but I shook my head in dissmissal.

"Nothing, I was just asking." I shrugged as I unbuckled my seat belt and followed Jongup out of the car. He has been quiet ever since this morning and not a single word has been uttered out of his mouth.

Jongup then walked over and took the box of cake we decided to bring over to my parents' house. I looked up to him and gave a hesitant look before giving him the box. He was about to turn to walk into the house but I stopped him. I put a hand on his arm and he turned to me with a cocked brow.

I put both my hands on his shoulders and made him fully turn to me. I looked up to him and fixed the colar of his buttondown shirt. I then sighed to myself and rested my hands at the base of his neck.

"You do know you being so calm makes me nervous, right?" I asked with a raised eyebrow, earning a small chuckle from him. He then lifted on hand and placed it on top of my head.

"Don't worry. I think i'll do pretty well." he said with a small smile forming on his lips. I shook my head at his confident remark and couldn't help but stare up at him.

"Do I look more handsome now than I was a few seconds ago?" he asked while laughing, his shoulders slightly lifting as he talked. I snapped back to reality and looked up to him with wide eyes, suddenly feeling lost.

"Hm? Don't even go there." I rolled my eyes at him once I caught on. My head is seriously going in fuzzy right now.

" Let's go." he said as he kissed my forehead and he then put his free hand behind my back, leading me towards the house. I bit my lip and caught the movement at the side of the window, making me roll my eyes. They were watching us. I sighed and looked up to Jongup who only tilted his head, oblivious to the two pairs of eyes watching us from the window of the house.

Once we reached the door and Jongup rung the doorbell, there was a long pause inside the house and there were murmurs emitting from the other side of the door-- too embarassing to even think about. I rolled my eyes and turned to see Jongup looking around as if he was in his own world.

After another long pause, the door finally opened and revealed my mom and my dad in the doorway.

"Anhyeong umma, appa." I couldn't help but smile at them as I leaned in and pecked their cheeks.

"Omo~ ____, you finally came over!" my mom said and I gave her a defeated look, "And you must be her boyfriend!" she squealed and wrapped his arms around Jongup, pulling him into an awkward hug since he still held the box of cake in his hand. Once my mom let go of him, he straightened up and smiled his million dollar smile, although a bit awkward but I could see that he was pleased with my mom.

"Anhyeonghasseyo. I am Moon Jongup, _____'s boyfriend." he bowed deep and took out the hand my father held out for him to shake.

"Aigoo~ Such a handsome boy~" my mom cooed out, making Jongup flush and bow to her, thanking her for the compliment. I smiled in amusement as I watched the three of them interact with each other.

"Omo! Come on in! " my mother said once mroe, motioning for everybody to move on in.

"Umma, we bought cake~" I said in delight and smiled at Jongup. He smiled back at me and turned to my mother.

"Oh! Come and give me that so I cna serve it for dessert later!" my mom said, taking the box from Jongup. She then left and my father, Jongup, and I soon headed for the living room. There was an awkward silence as my father eyed Jongup with a critical look on his face. This would probably be one of the longest dinners in my whole entire life.

"You should have seen her when she was 13!"my mom half squealed in delight as she held out the photo of me in an embarassing costume for a party I had to go to when I was 6. I rolled my eyes at her and drank more of the soda in front of me.

"Mom, we really have to go." I said after I took another sip. Somehow, Jongup was able to make my parents LOVE him in a matter of hours during dinner. He talked about sports with my father-- which by the way DELIGHTED my father to the nth degree-- and my mom just adores him for no particular reason! Well, probably because Jongup would laugh and smiled at her whenever she tries another of her lame jokes or the fact that Jongup actually listens to her blab on and on about me in my embarassing younger years.

"What? But it's still early!" she whined like a little child "Don't be such a joy killer!" she pouted once more.

"MOM. It's already 11:30 in the evening! And its not 'joy killer'," I started, making invisible quotation marks, " it's kill joy." I said, ignoring her attempt to make us stay. Any longer than this and I swear Jongup's perception of me would be totally scarred forever because for some reason my mother only remembers the embarassing details of my childhood and nothing more.

"Let them go, dear." my dad said, patting my shoulder. I gave him a grateful look and smiled brightly at him.

"They need their rest for today and it's dangerous ot go home late." my father continued and earned another pout from my mom.

"No pouting. We really have to go. We have somewhere to go to tomorrow and we can't be late." I excused and stood up to my chair, walking over to her. I then bent down and kissed her cheek, grabbing Jongup's hand in the process, pulling him up with me.

"Let's go." I said and turned to my father, giving him a hug and a peck on the cheek, whispering a 'thank you' to him.

Jongup and I soon bid goodbye to my parents, my mom still not wanting us-- more of Jongup actually-- to leave yet.

"She's so childish sometimes." I said once we got to the car. Jongup unlocked the car and we both got in.

"She's cute." he said and shrugged when I gave him an 'are you serious?' look.

"What? She reminds me of a certain someone who likes ot use aegyo whenever they need something from me." he said, giving me a smirk. My eyes widened and my mouth fell open in surprise.

"I do not!" I said and scowled at him, playfully poking his arm.

"Uhuh." was the only thing he said as he turned to start the car.

"You were great with them, though." I said and smiled when he turned to me with expecting eyes.

"They just couldn't get enough of you! Just so you know, they have never been this delighted with anyone before." I said but then saw the sudden change in his eyes.

I tilted my head and stared at him, waiting for him to talk.

"Guppie?" I called out, " What's wrong?" I asked and he turned to me with a sulky look on his face.

"Nothing," he started " I just didn't like that there were others before me." he said, starting the car but I stopped him before he could pull out of the driveway. I held his hand in place but he never turned to me.

"Yah. Do you seriously think I brought another guy to meet my parents before?" I asked him, with a small pout on my face but he didn't budge.

"Guppie~" I cooed out as sweetly as I could, leaning in closer to him, looking up to give him the puppy dog eyes. He then slowly looked at me with at the corner of his eye and the corner of his lips twitched.

"YOU SMILED!" I exclaimed. He then shook his head in denial.

"You liar! You smiled! You're not angry!" I said and playfully shook his shoulder.

"I wasn't lying." he started, looking at me more intently now "I don't like thinking about another guy meeting your parents or being with you." he said, taking a deep breath and turning away from me when I didn't say anything. I just stared at him, loving the fact that he was telling me this.

"I wasn't lying too, though." I said after a few minutes, making him turn to me. I smiled at him and the next thing I knew was that Jongup had a hand behind my neck and his lips were on mine, making me forget where I was.

He then pulled away with a satisfied look on his face, turning to start the car this time.

"What was that for?" I asked, after recovering from the momentary meantal breakdown.

"I told you, you're too much for me to handle." he said with a grin as he pulled out of the driveway.

OMG!!! 2 WEEKS?! WHAT?! HOW LONG DID I NOT UPDATE?! GOODNESS I HATE SCHOOL AND THE HOMEWORK IT GIVES ME EVERYDAY!!! @-@

I am SO SORRY!!!*bows* I have just been so busy these past few days!!! >~< I just squeezed in a bit of time to write this so it's a bit hurried and I apologize! My teachers just give so much work! aaarrgh! Well, I gotta go sleep now since it's late...
