Chapter 8 : What's wrong with the topic about 'Love' ?

Eun Ji came just in time.

"Oh, INFINITE sunbaes!" They both said in sync.

"Kekeke, No need to call us sunbae. We're not in school anymore, so call us Oppa." Woohyun said while chuckling.

"Ne, so what brings all of you here?" Mei Rong asked.

"As you can see. . . . "

KAI'S POV :

Mei Rong and Eun Ji were talking to the people outside and came back after 30 minutes.

I'm sure they were talking about something about in their school stuff.

Psh, their old to talk about their school. . . are they ?

Kris hyung called all of us in the living room. . . As In ALL.

We all formed a circle on the floor.

"Okay, I called all of you here because we're going to have a get to know each other." Kris hyung said.

We all nodded.

"So, it will be through Truth or Dare." Kris hyung continued.

"Let's start!" He announced and spinned the bottle.

The bottle suddenly landed on Mei Rong.

"Okay, Truth or Dare?" Kris asked.

"Truth." Mei Rong said as Ji Reh whispered something to Kris hyung which made him smirk.

"So tell us, Why does your expression change when someone asks you about L.O.V.E?" Kris hyung asked while emphasizing each letter of the word Love.

Her expression changed into a unreadable one.

"It all started. . . " She told us her story.

Flashback. . . . . (Mei Rong's POV only in this flashback)

I was walking towards the car where my big brothers were waiting.

I got inside the car and noticed my big brother (1st one) was glaring at my other brother while his arms were crossed over his chest.

"What's with the glaring?" I asked my big brother.

"Your brother is just so stupid that he got heart broken because of a damn girl." My big brother said while sobs were heard.

"Tch, who's this girl then?" I asked them.

"Your childhood friend." My big brother said in a 'duh' manner.

"Oh. . ." I was brought to silence.

I remembered my other big brother telling me about how many girlfriends he got.

I really thought that boys were jerks who play with girls hearts.

Well, it's somehow true. . .

One day. . .

I was in 7th grade when I got this confession from our school kingka aka. my crush.

I accepted him and we became an item for 3 years.

I was walking towards the gym because one of his best friend told me to.

I was opened the door and saw my boyfriend and a random girl making out.

I gasped out loud which made them look at me.

My eyes started to water with my hand cupping my mouth.

My boyfriend's eyes widen.

I ran as fast as I could.

He chased after me and tried to explain when he caught me.

I never let him explain since the rumors that students are gossiping were true.

I gave him a slap on the face and went home crying.

As days passed, my heart ached endlessly which made me hate 'LOVE'.

Whenever my friends ask me about 'LOVE', I immediately change the topic.

People gets curious about me changing the topic when it comes to 'LOVE'

End of Flashback. . . . (End of Mei Rong's POV)

(Still Kai's POV)

Mei Rong finished telling us her story with a blank face but I can see it in her eyes that she was in pain.

"Okay! Next." Kris said while motioning Mei Rong to spin the bottle.

She spinned the bottle and it landed on Sehun.

"Truth or Dare?" She asked him.

"Dare." Sehun bravely said.

"I dare you to hug the person that caught your eyes when we came in." She said which made all of us howl.

"Fine." Sehun said as he stood up and went to Faye's direction.

He gave her a back hug for like 4 seconds and went back to his place.

Sehun was about to spin the bottle until Eun Ji announced something.

"Oh! Mei eonnie, you forgot to try record Ji Reh's composition that she gave you." Eun Ji said which made Mei Rong widen her eyes.

"Shoot!" She stood up and dragged Eun Ji with her while she gets the papers on her room.

They came back in a flash and looked at us.

"Where's your recording studio?" She asked us.

Baekhyun hyung stood up and lead them the way.

We all stopped what we were doing.

"Let's listen to her?" Yong Mi suggested.

We all nodded and head towards the recording studio in the basement.

As we got to the basement, we heard this music which brings alot of emotions.

We all looked at this window where we can see the person singing.

As if it was on cue, Mei Rong started singing the first line.

She was inside with Eun Ji while Baekhyun was the one doing the recording.

The both of them sang together with lots of emotions.

Suddenly, Eun Ji stopped singing as Mei Rong sang the last part of it. . . I think.

She sang it softly and ended with a loud impact to all of us.

Suddenly, Mei Rong started whining.

"Eun Ji-ah! Why is love so cruel?!" She asked her with sad eyes while clinging onto the hem of Eun Ji's shirt.

"Mollaseo Eonnie! You should ask God!" Eun Ji exclaimed as she ripped Mei Rong off her shirt.

"Noraso iroke saranghaneun noraso~" Mei Rong sang but laughed along with Eun Ji when she looked at her.

"Omo, Eonnie your such a drama queen." Eun Ji said.

We were still looking at them like 'O.O'

We started clapping our hands which made them look around.

"Y-yah, where did those clapping stuff come from?" Mei Rong asked as she clinged onto Eun Ji.

"Mollaseo. . . Don't tell me. . " Eun Ji looked at Mei Rong with wide eyes.

"THIS HOUSE IS HAUNTED!? WAHHH!" They started screaming while running around in circles.

We all started laughing which made them more terrified.

We all started rolling like a buffalo while Kris hyung rolled like a boss along with Sehun, Xiumin hyung and Luhan hyung.
