"Princess you need to smile!" The governess scolded as you looked up at her.
"Why?" You questioned as she scoffed.
You went to your room and sighed,"I'd smile if I knew how to."
Meanwhile after the governess had complained to your father for the umpteenth time, he called for his best knight,"Kevin!"
Kevin bowed,"Yes your majesty?"
"I need your help." The king said.
"Anything sir." Kevin bowed his head.
"I need you to teach my daughter...how to love." He stated.
"L-love sir?" Kevin stuttered, his usually cold appearence fazed for the first time.
"Yes. Love. My daughter needs to become a wife and a queen. She can't do so if she's rendered emotionless." The king sighed.
"Um. Sir I don't mean to be rude but have you tried introducing a prince to her?" Kevin asked.
"Countless times my dear boy." The king deeply sighed.
"Your majesty...I'm not sure how I'd be able to accomplish this task." Kevin trailed off.
"You are a gentle, kind-hearted child. One who had to grow up way too fast." The king sadly sighed.
"You took me in when no one else would sir." Kevin said.
"It's my fault you were cursed child." The king frowned.
"No-never-" Kevin started.
"Enough. I shall make it up to you one day." The kind sadly smiled.
"Sir..." Kevin mumbled.
"Just show my daughter your ways...I'm sure it'll be fine."
"Yes sir."
"Oh Kevin, one more thing."
"Yes your highness?" Kevin inquired.
"You must not fall in love with my daughter. At all." The king warned,
"Of course not sir. Even if so, we'd never be together." Kevin stoically said before bowing and leaving.
"That boy...if only he knew." The king smiled then frowned,"He needs to act his age for once."
