Back in Kamong, Kai, Chanyeol and Kyungsoo were talking about the gathering, that took place earlier this day. University was over, but they agreed on meeting up for a drink before they went to the arcade.

“Senior Minho is very talkative...” Chanyeol told his friends and sipped his drink, while Kai’s sister brought them a tray with sweet pastry, “Thank you!”

She smiled and went back to the other guests. Kai picked up a doughnut and ate it in satisfaction.

“Yup, I heard that he is very flirtatious with Lee Taemin.” Kyungsoo added and wiped away the crumbs that Kai created with his doughnut, “Senior Jonghyun is very kind, and they are close friends with each other.”

Chanyeol sipped his drink again as he watched some girls chit-chatting at the table across the room.

“My goal this year is to meet my ideal type!” he admitted his wishful thoughts and sighed.

Kyungsoo frowned and slapped his occiput, making Chanyeol come back to his senses. Kai laughed at them and enjoyed the sweets.

“So, tell us about how it went”, Chanyeol wanted to know and tapped the table with his fingers.

Kai swallowed before he told his friends about what had happened. He admitted that Taemin had kissed him twice to this day. The handsome senior was a lot more dangerous than he had expected, but there was no backing down now. Taemin challenged him and no way would Kai give in to the shameless player.

“Kai... you are getting yourself into trouble...” Kyungsoo said in worry, “Taemin is not a person to mess with. Everyone knows that he has dated nearly %80 of the girls in our university... Those girls might start bullying you because you are doing this...”

Chanyeol asked Kai’s sister for another iced coffee and rested his head in his right palm with a thoughtful face.

“I know, I know.” Kai answered and leaned back on the chair, “I just can’t stand to lose to him. I hate him so much.”

Kyungsoo knit his brows and was not totally buying it. Kai was a shy boy, solely with his friends he would become crazily fun and a jokester. But with Taemin, he was way too confident and fearless. Their first ever interaction happened the day in the café when Kai got kissed by Taemin to get rid of a girl.

“So, what’s your next step then?” Chanyeol asked and yawned in addition.

He had not slept much, because he played games until dawn, and was now extremely tired. But still, he did not want to miss out on the arcade.

“I don’t know yet.” Kai admitted and ate a second doughnut, “But I noticed that Taemin became nervous and confused because of my acting.”

Kyungsoo wiped away the crumbs again and sighed.

“So... you are basically going to act attracted to him then?” he asked his friend and took a sip of his beverage with his drinking straw.

Kai nodded and was finally done eating. He told the other two to wait for him, while he was paying for the treat. Then they said goodbye to Kai’s sister and hurried to the arcade.

The arcade was full of young students. There was this new game called ‘Fantasian’ everyone wanted to try out. It was an exciting RPG with amazing graphics and a gameplay similar to ‘Final Fantasy’.

“Geez! I don’t want to join those people waiting for their turn.” Chanyeol complained and crossed his arms with a pout.

Kyungsoo looked up and agreed. Kai shrugged as he was okay if they waited, but at the end they decided to play a racing game called ‘Top Gear 2’. Chanyeol beat both his buddies, he was such a great player. Kyungsoo enjoyed these little moments when his friend jumped up every time he came in first place and beat his own high scores. Kai was sulking now and then, but he would accept defeat. Nothing was more fun than watching Chanyeol become all eager and competitive to win.

“Hey! You guys are here too?” Jonghyun approached them from behind and put his arm on the rest of Kyungsoo’s gaming chair, “You lost, huh?”

He was followed by Minho and Taemin. Kyungsoo looked up and nodded with a blank expression. He did not truly care about losing in games. Chanyeol grinned from one ear to the other. He was proud of his score.

“Yeollie! I knew you would be the best!” Minho cheered for him and formed a heart with his fingers for the junior.

Kai stepped aside and lowered his gaze. He blushed a little, now that Taemin stood still next to him with a lollipop between his lips. One of his hands was put in the pocket of his trousers.

“Let me play too!” Minho asked and grabbed Kyungsoo’s arm to make him get up from the seat, “I challenge you, Yeollie!”

He winked at the younger boy with a charismatic smile and put two coins into the slot, making the game restart. Chanyeol nodded happily. He was up for any competition any time! Jonghyun patted Kyungsoo’s back and told him that Minho was not that good in games but amazing in sports. Then his phone rang, and he picked up immediately.
