“We put in about twice as many balls, though.” Hyeongbin defended.

“So as you promised us, you should answer our questions.” Jaesuk reminded him of the deal.

“All right, if you have a question, I will answer it.” Hyeongbin told them.

“Do you know Mr. Kim Jeongtae?” Minyoung asked right away.

“Yes, I know him.” The owner answered.

“How do you know him?” Jongmin asked.

“Did he come here?” Jaesuk asked as well.

“He actually came here this morning.” Hyeongbin revealed and everyone except Sunmi was shocked.

“He's alive?” Kwangsoo asked as they recalled how they checked to see if C was alive after Yeonseok shot him.

“Mr. Kim Jeongtae brought someone here.” Hyeongbin revealed.

“Did he say where he was going?” Jaesuk asked.

“Who's the one he brought with him?” Jaewook added.

“Could it have been K?” Kwangsoo asked as well.

“How old was he? Was the person middle-aged?” Jaewook summed up the questions.

“I was playing pool, so I didn't look closely. He brought someone with him and then he kept calling someone. I don't know if it was because the person didn't pick up, but he got really angry and just left.” Hyeongbin recalled.

“Did he happen to talk about some kind of chip?” Jaesuk asked again.

“Oh, right! He talked about a chip. He kept telling the person to bring the chip and stuff like that.” The owner remembered.

“Do you know someone named Kang Sungjin?” Sunmi asked this time.

“I think Mr. Kim Jeongtae kept calling Kang Sungjin.” Hyeongbin hypothesized.

“Really?” The detectives asked.

“Isn't he dead, though?” Kwangsoo asked.

“I don’t think C knows that Sungjin died last night.” Sunmi told him.

“And I think he was waiting for him here this morning.” Hyeongbin finished.

“Who?” Jaesuk clarified.

“Mr. Kang Sungjin. I think he was waiting for him and then left.” Hyeongbin answered.

“But he's dead.” Jongmin said again.

“So, where did he take the guy?” Jaesuk asked.

“Over there somewhere. He just pushed him there…” Hyeongbin pointed to a corner of the bar.

“He was pushed here.” Kwangsoo said as all the detectives approached the area Hyeongbin pointed out.

“Where?” Jaesuk asked as they began looking for any type of clue K might have left them.

“What's this? Isn't something written here?” Jongmin cried out as he pointed to something.

“‘KCK.’” Minyoung read the letters on the wall.

“He must have written it with this.” Kwangsoo said as he held the square of chalk used in pool.

“What's ‘KCK’?” Jaesuk asked.

“But if you look closely, it's not KCK. It's a Chinese character.” Minyoung said as she took a closer look.

“What?” Jaesuk asked as he tried to take a closer look as well.

“The character for ‘big’.”  Sunmi said.

“You're right.” Kwangsoo agreed.

“It really is.” Sejeong agreed.

“Isn't that used for universities?” Jaesuk asked the group.

“It could be KC University.” Minyoung guessed.

“KC University?” Jaewook asked. 

“Is there a university with that name?” Jaesuk wondered as he searched for it online.

“KC University.” He said after seeing the search results.

“There is one?” Jongmin asked him.

“Yes, it's in Gangseo-gu.” Jaesuk shared.

“I think we should go here, then. I think K left us a message about the location when he was pushed here.” Minyoung suggested and Jaesuk agreed so everyone gathered their things to leave the bar. They thanked Boram and Hyeongbin on their way out.

“It’s a 10 minute drive.” Sunmi said as she searched for the school on her phone as well.

“Let's go to KC University.” Jongmin said as they made it back to the parking area of the building.

“Right, KC University.” Jaesuk agreed. They all got into the car and Jaesuk drove off to KC University.

“But I'm sure C died that night.” He shared his thoughts once they were already on the road.

“Right.” Minyoung agreed.

“Is he alive?” Jongmin asked again.

“I think he used something to trick us into believing he was dead. I mean, I’ve seen that happen a lot in movies as well.” Sunmi shared and everyone thought of her idea.

“Goodness.” Jaesuk commented as he really thought about it.

“Are K and C related to each other somehow?” Jongmin asked. It was silent the whole time after that as the detectives thought about what awaited them at KC University and who could have really kidnapped K.

After a few minutes more, they arrived at their destination.

“We're here.” Sehun pointed out as everyone looked outside the windows to see the building in front of them. Jaesuk quickly found the parking area and parked the car. They all got out and started walking towards the group of buildings that made up the university.

“‘Truth Hall.’” Sehun read out one of the names of the buildings.

“Hey. Any students here?” Jongmin wondered.

“We followed K's traces and ended up here.” Jaewook stated.

“Right.” Kwangsoo agreed.

“We need to get him.” Sehun said.

“That’s if he was placed here. Maybe all we’ll find is another clue to a different place.” Sunmi said. They continued walking towards a building.

“He wrote KC University, right?” Jongmin asked once they got to the Science Hall.

“He's been giving us clues.” Kwangsoo answered him.

“We need to find K.” Jongmin stated.

“Anything that can be a clue…” Jaewook said as they started looking around.

“He's somewhere in this building.” Sehun added as he tried to open a door.

“It's locked.” Kwangsoo said.

“Maybe he's not in this building. All the doors are locked.” Jaewook said as they searched the floor above and still found nothing.

“Let's go to another building.” He suggested and they left the building.

“It must be another building.” He muttered as they walked towards another building.

“There's really nothing here.” Kwangsoo commented as well.

“Did you look around the 3rd floor?” Jaesuk asked the others.

“Should we go here? Up there.” Jaewook pointed in another direction.

“Where?” Sehun asked.

“Over there. Let's go over here.” Jaewook led the group this time.

“The main building.” Jaewook stated. Sunmi and Kwangsoo stopped walking as they saw a light shaped like their logo.

“What is it?” Jaesuk asked as he turned back to see what caught the two’s attention.

“What's that light?” Kwangsoo asked.

“What's this?” Jaewook asked as he noticed it as well.

“Isn't it this? Where is it coming from?” Kwangsoo wondered.

“It’s the Project D logo.” Sunmi said as she looked behind her to see where the light was coming from. The rest of the group tried to find where it was coming from as well.

“Not above, below.” Sunmi muttered
