She looks beautiful. She is stunning with her dress, and it was obvious she didn't expect to see me here. I wasn't really planning to, but it seems like fate really want us to meet already.

"Eomma~" I stopped myself from calling out to hyunjin as I stared at him, so I clenched my jaw and looked at Irene with a glare. "Suhyun, where's my guest?" I asked, walking over to the receptionist.

"Sir? I told her to wait outside your office..." My brows furrowed and I hurried out to the exit but don't see her in sight.

We've never really talked properly since then and I've always wanted to check on her. I was surprised when she suddenly showed up, but as soon as we start talking about what happened beween us, she was quick to escape and haven't seen her since then. Did I scare her? Why would she be scared of me?

I got busy with school, specially now that the Family Business is being passed on to me. Acting CEO while still studying, I'm also amazed at how smart and competent I am.

Once I was able to handle and organize everything, I asked hoseok for help to get in touch with Irene since his girlfriend are bestfriends with her. I was happy to supposedly finally be able to have time to meet her and actually spend time with my friends when hoseok invited me to join their holiday trip to New York. But alas, I wasn't able to make it because of emergency meetings. Priorities.

"Based on what I heard, she's going to finish her studies there. Also to get away from her ex probably." I silenlty sipped on my black coffee.
