Sulli's strong gaze had made Taemin to feel so uncomfortable, “ I thought you said you will let it go. “

“ How can I when I'm being the hot topic in the school ?! “ Said Sulli but slow enough for only Taemin to hear it.

She don't want to draw more attention from the students that she already had.

She hurriedly walking, leaving Taemin struggling by himself to catch with her pace.

She didn't surprised with the silence that welcomed her once she stepped in the class and just walked straight to her seat though she know she was being the center of attention from her classmates, including Luna and Krystal whose looking at her with sympathy. They knew that Sulli was uncomfortable with the treatment.

Krystal hissed under her breath but before she could even say a word to the class,

“ What are you guys looking at ? There's nothing to look anyway so, just continue with what you are doing. “

Sulli looked up and only to find the owner of the voice is her own best friend, Taemin.

Taemin made his way after that but not before he took a glance at Sehun, who just sat on his seat looking quite miserable in his eyes.

Asked Kai to Sehun who obviously appears gloomy today and of course he knew the reason behind it, yet he still need to ask those to him.

Well, at least he get his pay when Chunji gave a smacked on the back of his neck before uttered, “ Can't you see ? Do you have to asked that question to him ? “

“ Cut it out guys. You just cause the boy to get more headache. “

Eventually, that made the three of them to turned their gaze to the person.

“ Hey Taem. Not having your lunch with Ssul ? “

Once again Kai knew that he had messed up by mentions Sulli's name in front of the heartbroken guy, so, before Chunji could give another smack he quickly, “ Sorry. It spilled. “

“ Taem .. thanks for what you did earlier. “

Chunji and Kai was surprised when suddenly Sehun decided to talk.

“ You mean, the one in the class ? “

Sehun nodded, “ Yeah, that. I felt so bad for not being able to help her out. I'm afraid she will feel more uncomfortable with me. But I'm glad that you were there for her. “

The awkwardness has dominates the atmosphere in the room, causing the two of them to feels even more uneasy with each other. But luckily one of them decided to broke the ice, “ I'm sorry. “

“ I've made you face the embarrassment with my confession. So, I'm sorry for that. “

Looking at Sehun's apologetic face making her heart to soften.

“ I wasn't the only one who's embarrassed because of this situation. So, I'm sorry too. “

Finally Sehun able to looked at her in the eyes after he heard that and his smiles slowly formed when he caught the warm smiles that she gave.

“ I really couldn't take this awkwardness anymore so I'll just make it fast. “

“ Dae ? “

“ I've thought about it deeply and I've decided to ... err ..  “

“ To ? “

“ I'll reconsider your confession. “

“ Y-you .. will ? “

“ Eung. I think it's not wrong to try this out right ? “

That happened to made the boy to chuckle looking at how Sulli trying her best to act cool in front of him but behind it he knew the girl were fighting with her nervousness all the time.

Little that they knew, there is someone who's been watching them from outside more like peeping on them. That person was none other than Taemin of course. He was just so worried of what might happen to Sulli and Sehun. So he decided to just skipped his lunch with the gang and headed straight towards the Theater Club.

 

Surprisingly, he is more nervous than the two which he hardly understand himself. It was Sulli who get a date, so, why he must be so worried ? That had lingered in his minds for couple of times while he's on his way to their meeting place and finally he got the answer once he heard his best friend gave a ' Yes ' to Sehun, well not exactly a ' Yes ' but it still can be consider as a green light to him.

 

Back to Taemin, the thing is he also same as Sulli, felt the same feelings and just realized it when right at the moment he's watching the both of them giggling with each other. Though he want to deny it, it was still there. The insecurities keep on building in his heart and it hardly to vanish which he hate it so much. Once Sulli gave her approval he could feel that part of his heart felt empty as if Sulli has been taken away from him and he just don't like the feeling. He is too, afraid of the consequences that he might be forgotten by his own best friend but he knew he couldn't lost his faith on her. Their friendship is so precious to him and he knew it's the same for Sulli and he had nothing to get worry for but sometimes even though the brain had thinks positively, the heart didn't seems want to work it out the same. It will always feels oppositely just like how he felt right now. Taemin just hope things wouldn't turn that way because if it does, he don't think he will know what should he do about it.

Taemin just shook his head before headed in his room, more like being pushed by Sulli towards it and of course Sulli walked in soon after that and not to mention locking the door behind her.

 

“ I know they will tease me till no ends because of this. Aish ! “

“ They're just so happy for you. “

“ Whatever. “

With that, she just made her way towards his bed before landed herself on that soft mattress of his.

“ Aaah .. I wish I can just sleep here and not facing those annoying friends of mine. “

“ You're most welcome to sleep here .. .with me. “

Taemin gave his naughty smiles which made Sulli to feel creep out, “ Yah ! “

 

Lucky for her, the pillow that she threw hits directly on Taemin's face which made the boy to groan in pain while Sulli, she were having fun looking at Taemin's pouted face. He then took the pillow with him before jumped on the bed, making himself comfortable lying next to her.

 

“ This face is so precious. It attracts the girls the most. So please, be careful next time. “

Sulli just laughed at him but then suddenly become serious when the word ' Girls ' caught her ears the most.

Taemin sounds so unsatisfied with her decision and she could sense that.

“ I'm kinda forget about visiting halmeoni and without thinking, I just give a yes to Sehun when he asked me out. “

Hesitantly, she answered him and from the look of his eyes, she know that she did wrong.

“ I can't believe this. It's like you ditch your own halmeoni for your date. “

“ But, you can cancel this date and go out with him at another day instead of ditch halmeoni. “

That eventually made Taemin to stop and did a little thinking in his minds. The thought of being to harsh on her had made the boy to feels so guilty but doesn't seems like any words of comfort could come out at this moment. Even worse, Sulli's continuous sobbing only makes the guilty in his heart to build up.

 

“ You don't need to yelled at me. I wasn't did it on purpose. How many times do I have to tell you that ? People do make mistakes but the way you are throwing your rage as if I'm not allowed to make a mistake, even worse, it feels like I've made the biggest mistake in the world. “

Her voice sounds so faints in his ears but every each of the word that has been spilled seems like stabbing his heart, one by one.

 

Taemin was confused of why can't he controlled his anger and what had really initiated his rage at the first place. He tried to figure out the reason but no matter how he tried it, there was still no answer and furthermore, he thought, calming the girl next to him was the thing that supposed to be his priority at this moment. Slowly, he reached out for Sulli's arm and was not surprised when he's being rejected by her.

 

“ Babo. You looks so ugly right now. “

 

Instead of calming the girl, he just fired up more of her anger and as for the punishment, he received a continuous attack of the pillow from Sulli. He didn't dodge, not even once. Instead, he just let her hit him, for how many times that she want, he doesn't care because if that can make Sulli to feel relief, he will allow it. He won't get mad at it, neither do complain it.

 

“ Mianhae, Sulli-ah. “

Said Taemin, as he the back of the girl, as gently as he can while embracing her.

“ Mianhae, Taeminnie. I've hit you too hard. “

“ Oh God. I thought you didn't noticed that. My whole body were paining because of you. “
