Taemin walked out from the room and walked towards his friends. He then turned to look at Yoona who's already weak next

to Krystal while Amber were spacing out at one corner. She were actually holding back her tears since she felt quite guilty

towards Yoona even though she was sure enough that she had nothing to be blame off since everything that happened were

caused by Key's memory.

 

“ Amber .. “

 

Yoona called her softly which made Amber's heart to felt the burdened even more than before. She walked towards Yoona with

her head hung low.

 

“ Go and see him. “

“ Huh ? “

“ He must be waiting for you right now. Go. “

“ Unnie ! Did you realize of what are you talking right now ? “

“ Amber .. “

“ Why should I be in there when I'm not his .. “

“ I know, we all know but he didn't. “

 

Amber heaved a big sighed when she heard that from Yoona.

 

“ I can't. It just so wrong. “

“ Please .. he need you the most right now. “

“ Amber .. you clearly understand what the doctor tells us right ? We can't force him to remember things that he can't .. it will

worsen his condition if he's under pressured. I don't want him to loss his memory forever .. and I'm sure you do feel the same

Amber felt so frustrated seeing Yoona like that.

Amber turned to look at the gang where she only received a nod from them.

Onew patted her back tried to assured her that she shouldn't be guilty about that.

Amber looked at Key's mom not far from her.

 

Mrs Kim walked towards Amber and give a warm hug to her.

“ It's alright Amber .. we're here for you. Yoona is right, you're the one that he need the most at this moment. “

 

 

Key's Room

“ Key .. “

 

His daze was broken by that voice.

 

“ Go. I don't want to see you right now. “

 

He pulled his blanket over his head hoping that she will walked out from the room but he was surprised to feel her hand at

the hem of the blanket. She pulled the blanket off revealing Key's face with his eyes already tightly closed. She then sat herself

at the side of his bed, with her body facing him.

 

“ Are you mad at me ? “

Key just nodded.

“ I'm sorry. “

He didn't respond to her.

 

Her fingers were trembling when she's caressing Key's hairs and Key was easily noticed that. He open up his eyes since he felt

worried for her.

 

“ Are you trying to holding back you tears ? “

She just nodded.

“ Is it because I was mad at you ? “

She nodded once again although the reason behind it was the guilty feeling that she had.

Key get himself sat straight facing at her.

“ Then, you're forgiven. “

He said while caressing her face softly.

“ Thanks Key. “

“ I hate you Amber. “

 

Amber was startled by his sudden statement.

 

“ I hate you for always making me worried for nothing. I really thought that you didn't love me anymore. “

“ Did I upsets you that much ? “

“ Obviously.. yes .. and I'm still annoyed because until now, I still didn't hear the words that I've been waiting for from you. “

Amber was stunned when she heard that.

“ Is it really hard for you to say those 3 words Amber ? “

 

She gulped when she get what Key means by that even though she still unsure of which one of the 3 words that Key need.

 

* Is it I miss you .. or I love you ? *

 

“ And surprisingly I was still waiting right now. “

Key crossed his hands on his chest while glaring at Amber annoyingly.

“ I might be crying later on if I say those words to you. “

It's sounds like teasing to Key but Amber really mean it.

“ It's ok to cry if you're with me. “

Key assured her before pulled Amber closer towards his body, firmly hug her body.

“ I miss you so much Key .. “

A smile was formed in his face when she uttered those words.

Though she was stuttered, it didn't fail to make Key to feel happy with it.

“ I love you Baby. “

 

[ Flashback ]

“ Baby ? “

Amber swatted both of Key's hands gently which made Key to be in a confusion.

“ What's wrong ? “

He asked her worriedly.

“ What's into you ? Why suddenly .. “

Amber stops when she happen to looked at Yoona who obviously surprised with Key's sudden changes.

“ Why are you acting like this Amber ? “

“ Me ? Aren't you're the one who's being weird in here ? “

 

He furrowed his brows when Amber slowly moves away from him.

 

“ Weird ? In the sense of what that I'm being weird in front of you ? “

He asked slightly lose his tempered.

“ Everything .. the hugging .. the Baby thing .. and .. and .. you .. you missed me ? “

“ What's wrong with you Amber Liu ? Is it wrong for me to hug, to miss my own girlfriend ? “

 

Once again they were jaw dropped by that including Amber.

 

“ Girlfriend ? Key .. are you alright ? “

Jonghyun asked trying to check him up.

“ Key .. what are you talking about ? “

Yoona asked in her already shaken voice.

Key just ignored them since he was quite furious with Amber.

“ Amber .. tell me .. what's wrong with that huh ? “

“ Is .. this .. some kind of your prank Key .. cuz it was not funny Key .. “

Amber also could feel that her voice might given in at any moment.

“ Prank ? You're seriously made me pissed you know that ? Will you stop saying craps to me ? I'm not fooling around ..

Amber fidgets a bit with Key's sudden yelled and she realized that he was furious at her, badly. Amber turned to looked at the

gang who seems like lost of words by that time.

 

“ Look at me Amber. “

Amber was surprised to see his glistering eyes when she turned to looked back at him.

“ K-Key .. “

“ Why are you doing this to me ? Why are you making things hard for me ? You're my girlfriend for God sake but I don't feel

like you're mine today. Why Amber ? Did I do something to you ? “

 

And he let the tears to fall down on his face after that because he can't hold it anymore. Yoona was frozen looking at both Key

and Amber because she still confused, well, most of them are the same.

 

“ But Key .. I'm not .. “

“ Do you love me Amber ? “

 

Amber was startled by Key's sudden question. Her heart aching when she saw his tears and believe it, she really want to give a

' Yes ' for his question badly but she know, it was not the right thing to do. She doesn't know why would Key acting this way

towards her.

 

Key kept his head hung low when he felt the sudden throbbing on his head.

“ Amber .. please .. “

Still, he bare with the pain only to hear a ' Yes ' from her.

Amber noticed that Key was being restless at the moment, “ Key .. are you alright ? “

She asked while approaching him where he quickly grab her hand, firmly.

“ Amber .. urghh .. Amber .. “

“ Key ? “

“ It's hurt ... my head is hurt .. help me .. arghh !! “

He screamed in pain which made all of them to be in panic.

“ Get the doctor. “

Minho told Taemin and he quickly rushed off the room.

“ Key ! What happen .. Key.. “

Yoona was calling for his name but Key was so in pain that he barely can listen to anything around him.

“ ARGHH !! “

“ Kibum ! Did you hear me son ? “

“ OMG !! Oppa ! “

“ KEY !! “

“ AMBER .. IT'S HURT ! “

“ Hold on ! Please .. I don't want anything bad to happen to you. “

 

Amber held on both of his hands while Key already crouched on his bed, tried to endure the pain. The doctor came in after

awhile and gave Key a pain killer and sedation to make him relax. He then being sent to the treatment room for further

investigation on the sudden pain attack.

[ End Of Flashback ]

 

“ Are you going to stay here tonight ? “

“ Do you want me to stay ? “

“ Eung .. like you always do. “

Amber's smiles faded when she heard that.

 

* Like .. I .. always do ? *

 

“ Wait .. why did you said that ? I mean .. “

“ How did I know ? “

Amber nodded in curious while Key just let out a chuckle.

“ I don't actually .. but I do have a strong feelings about it .. “

Key doesn't looks convincing in Amber eyes.

“ Come on .. “

“ Fine .. to tell you the truth .. I had always feels your presence back then. “

“ Huh ? “

“ It's weird but it seems like I only aware of your presence and not others. Sometimes, I could hear your voice too. “

“ Are you kidding me ? I mean .. you're unconscious on that time. “

Amber tried not to blushed in Key's words by teasing him a bit.

“ Hey .. I'm telling the truth here. I could hear your singing, and there is one time where I listened to your bedtime story ..

and I .. always hears you talked to me. “

 

Amber's eyes widened when she realized that Key was being serious.

 

* He .. hears me ? Only me ? *

 

“ You don't know how frustrated I am when I can't talk to you not even a word. “

“ You could hear our voices ? “

“ Sometimes I do sometimes I can't. But like I says .. I could only hears yours and not others. “

 

Amber couldn't help but to blushed at the end because she was touched with Key's confession even though she still wasn't

sure if it was coming from his heart or not.

 

“ Seems like you satisfied with my answers. “

“ What made you said that ? “

“ Obviously, you're blushing right now. And that smile .. it shows everything. “

“ Y-Yah ! When .. when did I said I was happy because of that ? “

She retorts in embarrassment.

“ Don't deny it Ms Liu cuz I knew everything about you. “

“ F-Fine. I'm happy .. very happy with that. “

She pouted when Key smiled in victory.

“ Still the same Amber Liu. “

“ And you're still the same annoying Kim Kibum. “

She uttered in annoyance which made Key to let out another chuckle because he finds Amber is so cute right now but he still

want to some more.

“ Tomboy. “

“ Diva. “

“ Dude. “

“ You .. you .. girly guy. “

“ Are you really a girl .. Amber ? “

“ Are you really a boy .. Key ? “

He smiled mischievously at her.
