“ Bye oppa. I'm really gonna miss you. “

Amber were almost tearing up when she's gave her last goodbye to her best friend, Kim Jonghyun.

“ Why is everybody leaving me ? “

He asked in pouted.

“ First is Sekyung .. but now .. You ? “

“ Hey .. didn't we agreed on not to talk about that again ? You made me feel bad. “

“ Sorry .. I just .. gonna feel really lonely without you around. “

“ I'll comeback here if I've the time ok ? “

He just nodded in sadness.

“ Amber .. let's go. We have to leave now. “

Mrs Liu patted her shoulder while smiling at Jonghyun who already held Amber's hand, not wanting to let her go.

“ Alright. You hear that oppa ? I must go now .. so could you please let me go ? “

“ Arasso. Just go. “

 

Amber took her back pack and give a hug to Mr and Mrs Kim who's watching both of them since the beginning and lastly

another hug for her oppa.

 

“ Bye. Make sure to let me know if you happen to be at Korea. “

“ Farewell L.A !! “

She said dramatically while looking at the view from the plane.

“ Look mommy, she's being a drama queen again. “

Jackie, her older sister just laughed at her along with her parents.

“ Don't worry Amber .. you're so gonna love Korea. “

“ Whatever ! Wake me up when we're there and also when they give the foods. “

A month after

 

Amber already adjusted herself with Korea within these few weeks and that was something to be proud off aside from she's

improved in her hangul. Well she's a fast learner anyway. Her sister Jackie, already become a college student in here so her

parents thought it was the right time to let her go to the school since she don't have any problem in her language, well at least

she able to communicate with the local people.

 

“ Really ? When is it ? “

“ Seems like you're excited with this new school ? “

“ Well, yeah .. I've seen it already and I must say that school is quite cool and moreover I had enough staying at home and doing

nothing. “

“ You'll register next Monday but you're going there alone since both of us were out of town on that day. Is that fine with you

dear ? I can ask your sister to accompany you.”

“ No. I'm fine. I can handle it myself. “

“ Glad to hear that. We already informed the principle about this. Dean will drive you to the school. “

“ Huh ? I'll just ride my bike. No need to trouble Deannie. “

Monday

 

“ Ms Liu .. please wake up. You're late. “

Her maids were having some trouble to wake her up.

“ 5 more minutes please. “ She mumbled.

“ Ms Liu, it's already 9.30 am. “

“ WHAT ??! I'M LATE ! I'M LATE ! “

 

She quickly dashed into the bathroom and took her shower before heading downstairs.

 

“ Your breakfast Ms Liu. “

“ No time for that. I'm going now. Bye. “

She rushed towards her red Baby Ducati.

“ Late again Am ? “

“ It was so obvious. Bye Deannie. “

She just bid goodbye to her driver, Dean before went away.

 

Dean is way older than her but both of them are comfortable by just calling each other names since he is just like her own

brother and also, Amber doesn't like him calling her formally.

She rushed towards the lobby once she parks her bike.

“ Now where is the principle's office ? Aish .. I should have a tour on this place first if I know this will happen. “

 

She wandered along the hall and finally decided to just ask the students that passed by.

 

“ Excuse me .. Can you help me ? “

That student was flustered since she talks in English.

“ Owh .. err .. where is the principle's office ? “

She managed to spoke in Korean after that and the student showed her the way.

She thanked him for that and made her way by following his direction.

 

She saw a beautiful garden on her way towards the principle's office but what caught her eyes the most is the students around

there. Some of them just playing with each other while some of them just resting. She then saw a blonde girl who were being

surrounded by three guys. By the look, that girl were so uncomfortable around them and Amber know that those guys were

bothering her at that moment.

 

“ The principle can wait but now .. this girl really need my help. “

 

 

Amber then rushed towards them when she saw the girl were struggling to let herself free from one of them.

 

“ Yah ! Leave her alone ! “

She said bravely yet with an annoyed tone.

“ Who are you anyway ? It's none of your business, so move. “

Amber just give her death glare at those guys. “ Yah ! I said it one last time and if you don't let her go then I .. “

“ What ? You gonna do what ? “

 

Finally that guy let the girl go and walked towards Amber trying to pissed her while poking her chest few times.

Amber looked at that guy with an unbelievable face.

 

* He .. He .. Where did he think he's touching right now ?! *

 

She just lost her tempered and give a punched on him which make him to fell on the ground.

 

“ Dude ! You just punched my face ! “

Amber felt satisfied when she saw he's shivering in front of her.

“ That's what you got for not listening to me just now. You will face the same thing if you keep on this attitude of yours

understand ? And .. F.Y.I .. I'm a girl so don't ever call me a dude ! “

“ WHAT ?? ! “

All of them were shocked with Amber's sudden statements including the blonde girl.

Then Amber just dragged the girl along with her, leaving those guys dumbfounded.

Amber and the girl have their little introduction after that and she happen to know the girl name is Park Sunyoung.

 

“ .. but you can call me Luna. “ Both of them shook hands.

“ Stop staring at me like that. I'm really a girl if you're so curious .. hehe “

Amber said slightly embarrassed with herself.

“ Omo .. Sorry for my rudeness because it's my first time .. err .. “

“ It's ok .. I understand. “

“ You're not Korean right ? I mean .. Your hangul is .. “

“ Yeah .. I'm still not good at it .. I'm Taiwanese-American anyway. “

Amber asked for her help to bring her to the principle's office and Luna was gladly to do so.

“ Thanks Luna-shi .. “

“ You're welcome and please just drop the formality. “

The Principle's Office

 

 

“ So you'll be starting your class tomorrow and the first thing that you need to do is to collect your uniform. “

“ U-Uniform ? You mean .. the skirt thing ? “

The principle's looked at Amber first before let out a chuckle.

“ I see that you're not comfortable with it but .. that's our school policy. “

“ I understand. So, where should I collect it ? “

“ I'll give you the address later. My staff will take you for a tour to our school and she also will show the class to you. “

“ Alright. Thank you so much sir. “

She give a bow before followed the staff.

 

“ Ma'am, did I really need to wear that skirt ? “

She pointed at the red checkered skirt that one of the student was wearing right now.

“ Yes, That's the one. You'll get use to it so don't worry. Ok .. here we are, you class. “

“ There's no one in here ? “

“ Maybe they have to go to the lab or something. “

“ Aaah .. I see. Ok .. I get it. I'll be going now. Thank you once again. “

 

She then walked passed by a class which is a class of students who are a year older than her.

 

* Woah ! They are way too serious. All of them were paying their attention to the teacher, or they just scared of the teacher ?

Hehe .. Owh .. looks like someone is not. *

 

She took a peek at a boy who is right now playing with his pen.

 

* Why do I get the feeling that this guy might get busted afterwards ? *

 

That guy looks so bored at a moment and he started to looked around the class until he happen to saw Amber who's watching

him from outside.

 

* Who is this guy ? Is he looking at me ? *

 

They made an eye contact before Amber give a hand wave at him which he replied with a light smile. Amber then noticed that

the teacher were looking at that guy so she tried her best to point that out to the guy so he won't get busted but he just looked at

her weirdly.

 

* What is he trying to say ? Wait ... he's pointing at somewhere ? *

 

He looked at the place where she's pointing at and shockingly he saw his teacher already had her eyes on him.

“ I see that you're not interested in this class Mr. Kim ? “

“ No .. I was .. “

He took another glance at outside but the person that he saw just now were not there anymore.

“ Look at me when you're talking to me. “

“ Owh .. sorry .. but I wasn't .. “

“ I'll let you pass if you manage to answer the questions on the board. “

 

On the other side, Amber felt so bad for distracted that guy even more. She managed to hide herself before the teacher

caught her.

 

* Aish .. poor him. *

 

* DAMN IT ! THAT GUY JUST GOT ME INTO TROUBLE ! *

 

* Why isn't my brain working at time like this ? *

How's the first chapter ? Ok ?

Let me cleared out the situation here ..

I started the stroy with Amber's arrival in Korea

and how she managed to adapt with the foreign country..

If you still remember in Starlight Moonlight,

there's one part where Luna told us on how she and Amber become friends.

And I also put that part in this chapter

but the difference is only this time it was from Amber's view.

And I'm sure you know who is the boy at the last part right ? Hehe !
