Key kept on whining to the gang because of his stomach ache and that really made Amber to be worried for him.

 

“ What did you ate last night ? “

Minho asked in concerned.

“ I don't know. I think I ate too much. “

“ Food poisoning ? “

“ Gastritis ? “

“ Ulcer ? “

Those just made Amber to become even more worried.

“ You better go to the clinic. “

Amber suggested without even looked at him and quickly went towards her class after that.

* I hope he'll be fine.*

Minho and Taemin brought Key to the school clinic before rushed back towards their class after that and Amber happen

to saw Taemin while he's on his way.

 

“ Taemin. “

She waved at him.

“ Is he alright now ? “ She asked hesitantly.

“ Yeah, He's resting in the clinic right now. It's nothing, just a food poisoning. “

Amber just nodded.

“ I see, eung, the class almost start, go now. “

“ Bye noona, see you at the cafe. “

He bid goodbye and leaved while Amber still stood by the door, wondering if Key will be alright alone in the clinic.

“ Ms Liu, why are you standing here ? Go to your seat now. “

Her teacher startled her and quickly she made her way towards her seat.

 

 

 

* I should at least check for his condition. *

 

She think and think to find any excuses that she can give so that she can visit Key, even only if it just for awhile.

She then raised her hand, “ Mrs Yun, may I go to the ladies ? “

The teacher just nodded and in a speed of light, she dashed out of the room, heading her way towards the clinic.

 

She quietly peeped him through the window and there she saw him laid on the bed peacefully.

 

* I guess, he's really fine right now. *

 

 

When she realized the nurse headed to her way, immediately she walked towards the vending machine nearby and acts like she

want to but something from it. Once she saw the nurse went away, quickly she walked into the clinic and slowly tip toed

towards his bed. She took this chance to examined his face closely,

 

* How can he is more beautiful than me ? Wait ! The question is am I beautiful ? *

 

Her hands trembled as she reach for his face and Key was jerked a little bit once her finger touched his warm face.

Recess

 

 

Amber went to the senior class to meet Jonghyun since he informed her this morning that he'll be attending the school today.

 

“ Dino oppa !! “

“ Yah ! Amber Liu ! How dare you call me that in front of everyone ? “

“ I just did .. Owh hi Gi Kwang oppa ! “

They have a quick chat after that until Minho showed up and Amber realized Key was not with them.

* Is he still in the clinic ? *

She really want to ask Minho about it but she know it will be too obvious for them.

“ Hey, so Jonghyun hyung is the friend that you've been talking lately ? “

Amber just nodded with a wide smile.

“ You're bragging about me to your friends ? ”

Amber just chuckled at Jonghyun's words.

“ Hehe .. Aza !! “

Amber dragged both of them towards the cafe.

 

 

Amber did a great job in introducing Jonghyun to the gang but she feels slightly disappointed because Luna was not here with

them. She's been away since yesterday because she had to attend her grandfather's funeral at California since her grandfather

stays in that country. She won't mind about Onew and Victoria that much since she planned on inviting Jonghyun to her house

to let him meet the leaders and for Key, she just hope that he can make it by recess.

 

 

Just when Amber about to take her seat next to Jonghyun,

“ Yah ! Amber Liu ! You left me out ! “

She was startled with Key's voice but quickly hide any feeling that she had right now by acts annoying as always.

“ What ? “

“ You didn't introduce him to me. “

“ Whatever ! You're the last person I wanna him to meet .. no .. even better if he's not meeting you at all. “

* The Almighty Key seems fine to me now. *

“ Yah ! You .. “

Quickly Jonghyun stood up to introduce himself, and also to make the atmosphere less tensed from the KeyBer's quarreling.

“ Err .. I'm Kim Jonghyun .. Nice meeting you .. Err .. “

“ Kim Kibum .. But call me Key .. Gi Kwang hyung already tell me about you. I'm your classmate. “

On their way back home, Key was the one who talks so excitedly and that just made Amber to become even more delightful

seeing him back to himself although she appears annoyed in front of the gang but her heart was in a joy looking at Key's

cheerful face.

 

“ Don't mind him oppa. He talks to much for a boy huh ? “ Amber teases Key.

“ And you talk less for a girl. Wait, are you even a girl ? “

“ Yah ! “

Key's words just sounds familiar to Jonghyun, “ So you're the one ? “

He asked Key with a shocked expression.

“ What about me ? “

Key asked back while Amber and the rest were looking at them with curiosity.

“ You're the one who always made Amber annoys by questioning her true gender. “

The gang just laughed at it.

“ Oppa, you'll get used to it soon or later. They will non-stop annoys each other. “

Sulli explained that to Jonghyun while Amber already looked away from Key.

“ Yup, and they will never get tired of it. “

Taemin added which made Jonghyun to laughed along with them, well except for Key and Amber.

4 months After

 

 

Jonghyun right now become as part of the group and everyone aware of Luna's crush on him within those 4 months.

Luna were much more comfortable talking about Jonghyun to Amber because she was much more closer to her than the

rest, added to another reason which she thought Amber will be a great help since she knows Jonghyun well enough than

the rest of her friends.

 

 

Amber will be a really good listener to her but sometimes she can't avoid but to get jealous over Luna since she can talk

about her crush openly while Amber can't. She really hope that someone could listen to her love problem too, which she

thought will lessen the burden that she felt inside her heart. It would be really great if she gets all of her friends support in

this but she just to embarrassed to even point her problem out.

 

 

“ Next is .. “

She startled when Luna suddenly tapped her shoulder.

“ The cinema ! “ She retorted excitedly.

Both of them headed towards the ticket counter to buy the tickets for their movie.

“ I want popcorn too. “

Amber said cutely with her puppy eyes since Luna promised to treat her with that.

“ Unni, you are so cute you know that ? I'm sure Key oppa won't dare to start a fight with you again if you always act like

this in front of him. “

That suddenly made Amber to feel uneasy.

* Lately, this girl likes to tease me this way. Did she knows something about it ? *

“ Jeez .. I won't do that even in his dream. “

She just rolled her eyes to Luna which she only received a chuckled from her.

 

 

While both of them still lining up at the snacks counter, they happen to spotted Jonghyun with Hyuna not far from them.

Amber realized that Luna was so hurt with the sight that welcomed both of them and she knows those feeling really well

since she had face it for countless time whenever she saw Key acted so friendly with his girl friends especially Yoona.

 

 

Believe it or not, sometimes she feels like started to hate Jonghyun for what he did to Luna but she knows she can't blame

him for that since he don't have any clue of what's happening around him and same goes with her situation with Key.

While having their dinner, Amber pointed out about Jonghyun and Hyuna to the gang,

 

“ We saw Jjong oppa with Hyuna today. “

She said as she took a glance at Luna who's already lost her appetite.

“ I see .. No wonder this girl become so quite. “

Key blurted out when he noticed Luna was so quiet that night.

“ I can't believe he didn't even realize unni's feeling towards him, I mean .. everybody does why can't he ? “

That words happen to caught Amber attention and she just smiled lightly at it.

* Believe me Ssul, there's one more idiot over here who doesn't realized the fact that someone has been in love with him for

almost two years. *

She took a glance at Key who's been enjoying his meals on that time.

* I can't blame him. I didn't showed much for him though. I'm a coward, that's what I am. *

On the next day, Luna and Amber spend their night with the Wii even though Victoria has warned Luna to just went to

her bed instead of having fun with Amber. After done with 2 rounds of the game they decides to just lie down on the bed,

with Luna reading the magazine next to Amber who laying flat on her tummy while sketching some random pictures on

her sketch book.

 

 

“ Unni, did you do .. this ? “

Luna nudged her hand and shows her something.

 

Amber's eyes widened when she saw what just Luna held on her hands. It was an article and a quiz next to it with a

' YOU ARE IN LOVE WHEN .. ' which was filled by Amber obviously since she owns that magazine.

 

“ Huh ? Yah ! Don't look at it ! “

Amber tried to snatch the magz but was stops by Luna.

“ Omo .. Who said that it was a silly thing to do in the first place huh ? “

Luna said with a smirked in her face.

* Busted ! *

“ I just bored .. that's all. It doesn't mean anything at all. “

Amber tried her best not to looks nervous in front of Luna.

“ Really ? Let see the score then .. Hmm .. OMG ! 13/15 ??? “

Yup, that was the score that she got when she did the quiz with Key in her minds.

“ Yah ! I told you it was nothing ! Stop making those face to me ! “

Amber just hope Luna won't asks her for more because she's afraid she might spill her secrets out.

“ I believe you. “

And Luna was nice enough to let it slide since she aware of Amber's sudden nervousness.

 

 

Luna was always thought Amber were hiding something from her but she won't dare to ask her anything about it and just

wait for Amber to reveal it by herself. Luna then tried to made the mood lighten by talking about her romantic

imagination with Jonghyun again and that just easily made Amber to chuckled.

 

 

“ What about you unnie ? “

“ What about me ? “

“ It's been three years since we have know each other but not even once you tell me whether you had someone that you

like or not ? “

“ It's pretty late. Go to your bed now before Vic unnie start to nag at you. “

“ You're avoiding it. Does that mean ... “

“ I'll tell you when I really got one. Ok ? “

“ Promise ? I'll be the first to hear it from you ? “

“ Yes. Now go. “

“ Hehe .. goodnight unnie. “

 

 

Amber just watched Luna to walked out from her room before shifted back her eyes on the magazine that Luna read just

now. She tear that article and put it in one medium sized book that she's been secretly had. It was like a diary or scrapbook

of her story with Key which called ' Yiyun's Love Journey '. She wrote everything that memorable to her including their

first meeting until now.

Key's POV

 

 

Here she is once again, in my class but today she made me extra pissed. Why ? Because Yoona only gave her attention to

her instead of me, who's been sitting right next to her. I hate the way Yoona laughed at her lame jokes, I mean it, she just

talking craps the whole time and I can't believe Yoona will fall for that. Hello, Amber Liu ! You're not funny at all so stop

with all your foolishness.

 

 

“ Can you believe that ? He'd tripped over a small stone ? Haha. “

 

Ok, that's what made me even more pissed, she's using me as her subject the whole time. Every embarrassing moment that  

I had were revealed by her right now in front of Yoona.

 

“ What's wrong with your leg ? Hehe. “

Now Yoona starts to joined that tomboy, teasing me non-stops.

“ I demand you to shut your mouth up since you're being too annoying in front of me. “

I glared at her while she just shows me a merong.

“ I don't want ! “

 

She just know how to made me boiled up. I lose my patience and about to give a quick flick on her forehead when Yoona

stops me by holding onto my hand.

 

“ Don't you ever dare to hurt my dongsaeng. “

I just sat back on my seat and smiled at her.

“ I'll be a good boy for you .. hihi “

 

I squeezed back her hand lightly but of course away from Amber's sight and I can see that Yoona was uncomfortable with

that but I just ignored it. She's been neglecting me the whole time so this is my sweet revenged for my pretty doll. She then

mouthed ' Amber is here. ' and I replies back with “ Like I care about her. “ Unfortunately, that caught Amber's attention

and she looked at us weirdly.

 

“ I need to use the restroom for awhile. “

Yoona excuses herself, leaving Amber and I alone at my place.

“ What are you still doing here ? “

I signaled her to get off from my place but she just stay there and took the book in front of us.

“ I'll just wait till Yoona unnie comeback. “

“ Fine, then I'll go. “

I stomped my feet along my way out of the class.

 

 

So where I'm heading right now ? Hehe, yup, to the ladies, wait! It's not like I want to go inside there, I was there because,

 

“ Yoona ! “

I smiled as she stepped out of the washroom.

“ Why are you here ? Why did you leaved Amber all alone there ? “

“ Seriously, do you expect me to stay with her ? No way. “

She just chuckled at me, I just love looking at her smiling face.

She looks more angelic that way.

“ Aigoo, let's go. “

She dragged me but I pulled her back to me,

“ Let's go somewhere else, I want to spend my 10 minutes with you before the recess ends. “

“ But .. we're so gonna be late later on. “

“ Don't worry, I've checked it and Mrs Lee are not going to be here today. “

“ You've planned all of this well don't you ? “

“ I'm a genius right ? Come on, let's go. “

I brought her to the back of the school building where there's an old hut nearby.

 

“ This place has been like our secret dating place. “

She chuckled at her own words.

“ Finally, we're free from that Tomboy. “

“ Why did you hate my dongsaeng so much ? “ She's pouted.

“ I wonder why did you even consider her as your dongsaeng. ? “ I retorted back annoyingly.

“ Can't you at least be nice to her ? Even a little bit ? “

“ That's only going to happen if she's being nice to me at the first place. “

“ You just don't know how to yield don't you ? “

“ Yield only exists if I'm with you. “

I know that will easily made her blushed.

I've learned so much by just looking at Jonghyun hyung's flirting skills, hehe.

“ Stop it ! “

She playfully hit my hand and I pulled her to sat on my lap.

“ How long have we've been together ? “

She asks while playing with my fingers.

“ I don't know, my brain stops working whenever I'm with you because I only had you in my minds. “

Once again she smacked my shoulder which made me giggled at her cute blushed face.

“ 10 days and .. 11 hours already. “

“ 10 days ? I thought we've been a couple for 100 days already since we acts like one .. hihi. “

“ That was all your fault. You keep on being so lovey dovey around me. “

“ Just admit that you like it my pretty doll. “

“ Stop making me blushed will ya ? “

“ Let me see, nope. Never. “

I chuckled while keeping my hands firmly wrapping around her small waist.

“ Thanks for accepting my love. I love you so much. “

Why did I suddenly become so romantic today .. haha.

“ Thanks for loving me. Love you too. “

That just sounds so right in my ears.

[ Flashback ]

 

 

Yoona and I is just a classmate but that one incidence had made me want to be more than just her classmate. It was when

both of us were assigned as a partner for our physics project where I spends most of my time in her house, working with

our project.

 

 

“ The speed just isn't right Key. “

“ Can we take a break. I kinda tired already. “

“ Alright, looks like you'll be having your dinner at my house. “

“ Can I ? “

“ Sure you can. Just wait here, I'll make our dinner now. “

I just nodded and watched her disappears from my sight.

 

 

I feels so bored while waiting for her so I decided to go down and help her out with the dinner.

“ Your parents aren't here yet ? “

She looks startled when I approached her.

“ Aah, I forget to tell you. They were out of town left me only with the maids in this house. “

I looked around and noticed her maids were busy setting up the table while she's the one who's making the dishes.

“ Why don't you just let them cook for us ? “

“ I kinda feels like being the cooks today since you're here with me. “

“ Woah ! I must be special for you huh ? “

“ Yup, you're my one special friend. A guy friend that I felt comfortable the most to be with. “

I just smiled at her.

“ Let me help you with that. “

“ No, you're my guest. Just make yourself comfortable and let me finish this. “

“ Well I am, I made myself comfortable by helping you out. “

“ Key, thanks but I really mean it. “

“ And so do I. “

 

 

So both of us were fighting over the kitchen when suddenly she pushed me with her body hard enough that made me to

stumbled but fortunately, I didn't fall down but unfortunately my hand accidentally touched the knife and was cut

because of it. It was just a tiny cut on my index but I guess it was quite deep since blood keep on flowing out from it.

 

Yoona were so shocked looking at my injured finger, “ OMG !! BLOOD !! “

She quickly took the clean towel and put a compression on my injured finger while shouting,

“ I NEED A FIRST AID KIT !! “

And in just a seconds her maids brought that and gave it to her.

“ K-Key ! I'm so sorry. I didn't mean it. “

Her voice were shaken, so, I tilted my head to the side to look at her face and shockingly she was crying.

“ Hey, why did you cry ? “

“ I'm so .. so sorry. You're hurt because of me. If I didn't pushed you earlier .. “ She said in sobs.

“ Don't cry. I can endure this. I know you didn't do in intentionally. “

“ But still .. Omo .. it's still flowing. “

She uttered worriedly while looking at me with her cry eyes.

“ Just pressed it harder. “

I spoke with my eyes still fixated on her face.

 

 

She did that for almost 10 minutes and finally the blood did stop flowing. She put some disinfectants on it before wrapped

it with a small bandage.

 

“ We should go to the clinic. “ 

 

She said still sobbing, while looking at me with her guilty face. I don't know why but I felt so touched with her care and

also I can feels the pain in my heart when I saw her crying.

 

“ I'm fine. Please stop crying. “

I said almost like whispered to her.

She looked at me, “ I'm sorry. “

 

I just smiled lightly at her before gently tucked the strands of her hairs to the back of her ear that's been covered part of

her face just now. But the last thing that I know is I already had my lips on her'. Even though I realized that, I doesn't

seems to bother to pulled away and just keep on kissing her rosy lips.

Both of us were walking out side by side to the door and obviously avoiding each other eyes.

 

* That was so crazy ! Why did I even kissed her ? Is she's mad ? But why does it feels so right to me ? *

 

“ Err .. goodnight. “

She looks so uncomfortable while uttered those.

 

Of course she will, I just kissed her and still didn't make any explanation regarding that. Add on with the embarrassment

that we face since all of the maids are there to witnessed everything.

 

* Babo Key !! *

 

“ Yoona .. about just now. “

She waits patiently for me to finish my words while I can feel the sweats all over my palms because of that.

“ I'll make it straight. Those kiss that we had just feels right to me. “

I saw her looking stunned at my sudden confession.

“ I didn't feel regret about doing that. I know it's crazy, but I think, I really .. like you .. Will you be my girlfriend ? “

I keep my gazed on her to show her that I was serious with my words.

I don't know what's got into me but I just said what I felt on that time.

“ Since when ? “ She asked.

“ I don't know. Today ? “

Ok she chuckled at me right now.

I don't want to tell lies to her, I prefer to be frank than pretending.

“ Aren't you too frank about your feelings ? “

“ Sorry if it made you shocked but that's how I felt. “

“ You know that you're not close to my ideal guy right ? What made you so bravely confessed to me ? “

She asked in a smirked.

“ I just can't contain the feelings that I had for you. I know I'm not your type but I had more courage to reveals my

feelings than your ideal guy out there. “

As always, I will talk proudly about myself.

She chuckled once again,

“ I need you to listen to me carefully, I was kinda mad at you just now since you're kissing me without my permission but

then I was surprised myself when I felt the sparks when our lips touched. Is that a good sign to you ? “

 

I was confused at first but then I get what she meant by that and I was totally more than glad to hear that from her.

 

“ Can you give me some time to think about it ? “

I just nodded with a wide smiled plastered on my face because at least she's reconsider about it.

“ I will show you how serious I am from now on. “

My two weeks of patiently waits were at worth when she finally agreed to be my girl even though I'm sure both of us still

didn't know the exact reason of us attracted to each other. We just decides to let the feelings grows. But since we're still

new in this dating world, we decides to keep it as secret first before let our friends knows.

“ I've been talking to the wall ! “

That happen to broke my daze.

“ What were you thinking ? “

“ Sorry, just recalled back our memories. “

“ It's 11.15 am now, let's go back to the class. “

“ Alright. “

She reached out my hands and helped me to get on my feet.

“ Yoona dear, I'm sorry with the trip thing. I really wish I can bring you along with me but Onew hyung just want it to be

as the gang vacation. “

“ It's ok. We can always have some other time. “

We walked hand in hand after that.
