There was a festival being held at the school on the next day and fortunately the students are allowed to be there later than

they used to which means it was a good news to Taemin, Sulli, Krystal, Luna and Amber since all of them didn't have an enough

sleep last night. The festival will be start on 9.30 am so all of them can have 2 hours more to spends their time for sleeping.

 

Victoria then woke her dongsaeng up when the clock exactly to 8.30.

“ Don't make me come to you twice Jung Soojung ! “

She said that which immediately makes Krystal to jumped off her bed, leading her way to the bathroom.

She then went inside the last room which is Amber.

“ Amber .. wake up. “

She said before pulled the blanket which been covering her body from head to toe.

“ Are you not going today ? Do you want to stay at home ? “

“ Are you not feeling well ? “

She asked once again as she's spotted her pale face before placed the back of her hand on Amber's forehead, to feel the

temperature.

“ Amber .. “

She shook her body lightly.

“ Un-unnie .. I'm sick .. “

“ Cold ? “

She nodded to the older one.

“ Arasso .. just stay home then. You've gone through a lot last night huh ? “

She patted her head lightly before tucked the blanket for her.

“ I'll comeback for your breakfast and medicine. “

Amber's face frowned when she heard Victoria said the word ' Medicine '.

 

* Why did I have to be sick because of him ... ? *

 

“ You're going after this right ? “

Sulli asked for confirmation while Victoria just nodded.

“ I'll go with Minho and Jonghyun afterwards. But now, I have to take care of Amber first. “

“ Arasso, see you there. “

The three of them bid a goodbye before catching up with Taemin who's already few steps ahead.

Victoria was about to walked in back to the house when suddenly Minho stops her.

“ Noona, how's Amber ? “

Minho asked since he knew about her problem with Key from Jonghyun.

“ Not so good. She's caught a cold. “

“ Mwo ? “

“ Eat some Amber .. then you can have your medicine. “

Jonghyun said trying to feed her with the porridge but Amber keep backing away from him.

“ I'll be better after I get some rest. “

She said trying to assured him.

“ Come on .. just one more spoon then that's all. “

She shook her head.

“ Fine, then eat your medicine. “

“ I don't want that yuckkie thing ... “

That eventually made Jonghyun and Minho to chuckle.

“ You're just like him you know that ? “

And Jonghyun happened to said the unnecessary which made him received a glare from Minho. Amber knew who was he

meant and immediately her expression changed which cause Jonghyun to get another glare from Victoria this time.

“ Sorry .. I shouldn't .. “

“ I .. want to sleep .. “

“ But your medicine .. “

“ I'll be fine .. don't worry .. it's just a cold. “

Amber made herself lie back on the bed before quickly shuts her eyes closed.

“ We'll be heading to your school after this. Are you sure you can stay alone ? “

Victoria asked in concerns while Amber just gave her a little nod for an assurance.

“ Call us when you need anything ok ? “

Said Minho before they walked out of the room.

“ Have she tell you anything about last night ? “

Jonghyun asked while Victoria just shook her head.

“ I don't know how to ask either. She just looks so awful. “

“ Then, how are we supposed to help them if we don't even know what actually happens ? “

“ Let's find Key .. “

“ Do you think he want to talk about it ? “

“ I don't know .. let's just try it out. “

 

 

Kim's Mansion

By the time his maid told him Jonghyun was there, he knew it must be something regarding Amber. At first he just want to

locked himself in his room but then he knew soon or later he still need to face this thing. He can't avoid it forever, so at the end,

he made his way to meet his friends downstairs. He saw his mother was there, talking with his friends.

 

“ Owh Kibum .. what took you so long ? “

He just flash a weak smile to his mother before plopped himself next to her.

“ I'll just leave you kids. “

Key just watched his mother lead her way towards the garden, joining his father there.

“ How are you ? I heard from you mom ... “

“ My mom ? Are you sure you didn't hear it from her ? “

 

' Her ' that he was referred to is Amber. The gang was quite shocked with Key's sudden cold attitude but they knew he cannot

be blamed for that.

 

“ Look Key .. the truth is, we still don't know what exactly happened between you two last night and it will be great if you help

us to understand it. “

“ Wait ! She didn't tell you anything ? That's weird ! I thought she will whine about it to you guys. “

“ Come on Key. Are you really going to keep this up ? It won't solve anything .. it won't answer all of your confusion. “

Jonghyun started to get annoyed with Key while the rest trying to calm him down.

“ Sorry but I don't think I can meet either one of you for awhile. I'm still mad about what just happened. So, it's better for you

to just ask her about this. “

Key already get himself up to walked away when Minho stops him.

“ She's not in the condition to answer all of our curiosity. “

Key didn't say anything and just looked at Minho in worries.

“ She's sick. “

 

Key's heart felt like stop beating for a second once he heard that coming from Minho's mouth. He want to ask more about that

but he just can't. Victoria can see his worried face and that made her to feel slightly ease inside.

 

* At least .. he still cared for her .. *

Key really hate it when that topic being brought up again but he have no choice but to let them know what happened between

Amber and himself. They listened to every part of his story and it was noticeable that Key was trying his best to controlled his

emotions. They also noticed that through out their talks, not even once Key had mentioned Amber's name. He just use ' Her '

and ' She ' as the replacement. They just thought maybe, that way he won't feel hurt that much.

 

All of them just heaved a big sighed once Key had done with his story.

“ Key .. don't put all the blame on Amber ok .. we're in this too. In fact everything that happened was all because of us and

not her. “

“ I still can't believe this .. “

“ We know you shouldn't be treated that way .. but the situation made us to came to this decision. “

“ By making her as my fake girlfriend ? “

“ That's because we cannot pressured you by telling the truth. Amber already there in your mind and sure we can change that

but it takes a lot of risk to let you received something that you can't even remember. The doctor has stated on not giving you

any stress or it will only worsen your condition. You might lost your memory forever Key. “

Victoria explained hoping it will make Key to understand their reason.

“ And Yoona agreed on this ? “

“ Yes. She want this. She's the one who asked for Amber's favor at the first place. “

“ So, what's the point of making her acting like my girlfriend ? What is it to me ? How does it help me ? “

“ By making you remembered Yoona little by little ... “

“ And I can see it's a failure right ? “

“ No. It supposed to work if .. “

“ If ? “

Jonghyun took a glance at Victoria and she give a nod as assurance.

“ If she can control her feelings towards you. “

His face furrowed looking at Jonghyun.

“ I don't get that. Come again ? “

“ Let's just say, there are few times, she become selfish to get her love in the middle of helping you gaining your memory back

especially about Yoona. “

“ Huh ? “

“ You do know that she love you right ? “

“ I doubt that now .. “

“ No. She didn't lied about her feelings. She really love you. “

“ So ? “

“ She thought it was good if you can't remember Yoona. “

“ Mwo ? Did you mean she was happy seeing me in that condition ? “

“ Well, part of her yes but most of it, she feels hurt. But believe me, she really want to end this thing. She's afraid of losing her

control if she still carry on with it. She's afraid if she might turned into a bad person. “

“ Then, why didn't her ? “

“ It was because all of us didn't agreed on her decision. “

“ This is where the mistakes begin. “

Minho blurted which gained Key's attention.

“ We .. told her .. to just cherish the moment that she had with you while she still can and forget about her favor to Yoona. “

Key's eyes widened with Victoria's words.

“ N-Noona .. “

“ We're so sorry about that but Amber loves you so much and we only want her to feel the happiness even though only for a

short period. “

“ You do realized that you're taking an advantage on my condition right ? “

“ Yes. Definitely but only because all of us realized the fact that you're not belongs to her. At least, by that, she can feel your love

even for a short moment. “

“ For God sake .. what are you thinking ? “

“ Sorry Key .. we .. “

“ Did you guys know that you just created a bigger mess by that ? “

“ Key ... “

“ Because of that, I .. I .. end up fall in love with her. “

All three of them just looked at Key in surprised.

 

They didn't know Key will actually said that. They thought, when Key had recovered from his memory loss, he will definitely

forget everything about Amber and back to Yoona because he loves her but it turned out the differently. They thought the

feelings that he had for Amber all this while were only caused by him mistook Amber as Yoona.

 

“ W-what did you said ? You .. you love Amber ? “

Key just keep his head hung low.

“ Key are you sure you're not mistaken it for your feelings to Yoona ? I mean .. “

Minho can't even finished his words because he was so surprised with Key's confession.

“ I'm speaking the truth. I love Amber, I really do. “

They just looked at Key in an unbelievable expression.

“ I know that my love was supposed for Yoona but now, my heart were beating for Amber. And I don't think I can love Yoona

more than I love Amber. “

He then looked back at his friends,

“ So, now tell me. How should I face this ? How should I be by Yoona's side when my heart is calling for Amber's name ? “

All of them feels so bad when Key said that. Now they knew, what has bothered Key the most.

“ Key, we don't know that .. you're actually ... “

“ Key, you know that you have to choose at the end right ? “

Victoria and Minho turned to looked at Jonghyun because of his sudden question.

“ I know .. and that bothered me so much. “

“ Just think thoroughly about it. Take your time. Don't worry we will support you with whatever decision that you come out

with. Right noona ? Minho ? “

Both of them just nodded in agreement.

“ And we also won't tell anyone about this either especially Amber and Yoona. “

Victoria added which made Key's heart a little bit at ease.

“ Thanks .. “

 

 

“ Why don't you come with us to the festival ? Cheer yourself up huh ? “

Minho said trying to persuaded Key to come with them.

“ Nah .. those kids might attack me with their curiosity later on. I don't have anymore energy to talk about it again. “

They just chuckled at Key but deep inside they feels bad for him.

“ Hmm ... do you think Amber take her medicine yet ? “

Victoria wonder out loud just so Key will hears her.

“ Don't you listen to her this morning ? I don't like that yucckie thing .. “

Jonghyun imitated what Amber says this morning which made Minho and Victoria to laughed at it while Key just acts like he

didn't listen to that.

“ Which remind me of someone .. “

Minho blurted out with a smirked at Key.

“ What ? “

“ Nothing. We'll be going now. Bye. “

Key just watched them went away after that.

 

* She won't eat her medicine for sure ... Aish !! That tomboy is so stubborn ! *

The Festival, School

“ Who called you ? “

Minho asked once Victoria approached the gang.

“ Onew. “

“ Owh, so, he knew ? Did you tell him about Key ? “

She nodded to him.

“ I ask him to give Key a call. Maybe Onew can help him a little bit right ? “

“ Yeah, I'm sure he will listen to hyung well. “

Jonghyun said while searching for a glimpse of Luna's figure.

“ Where are these kids ? “

“ Aigoo .. you cannot survive without me even for a second huh ? “

He was startled when Luna suddenly popped from his back causing Victoria and the gang to laughed at him.

“ You're late and I'm hungry. “

He said pouted at her.

“ Let's find some snacks then ... I found a fish cake stall over there. “

“ Nice. Let's go guys. “

 

They took everything that they bought to the garden nearby the school building.

“ I wonder what happened to Key oppa and Amber unnie ... “

Sulli suddenly blurted that out which made Minho and Jonghyun to looked at each other.

“ We've met Key today. “

All eyes shots on Minho after that.

“ Really ? What did he says ? “

Krystal started the first attack with a lot of curiosity in her eyes which kinda creep her boyfriend out.

“ Chill Krys .. you scared him. “

Jonghyun pulled Krystal away from Minho while chuckling at her.

“ Oppa .. tell us fast. What did Key oppa says ? “

Luna shot the second attack but this time to Jonghyun.

“ Well, his memory indeed has recovered. He remembered everything. “

“ Does it means, he remembered about Yoona noona too ? “

Taemin continues with the attack after Luna.

“ Yes. And he was dead furious at what had we did to him. “

“ You mean .. lied to him about Amber noona ? “

Jonghyun nodded once again to Taemin.

“ We tried our best to convinced him about our intention on doing that and at last he seems like understand our situation. “

“ Unnie .. more detail please. You cannot just end your story like that. “

Sulli said slightly disappointed with the way the three of them gave their explanation.

“ Fine, Minho .. why don't you tell them. “

“ What ? Noona .. why me ? It was such a long story .. “

“ Since when did you know how to whine Min ? “

Jonghyun asked looking at him weirdly.

“ Since this ice princess become my girlfriend. “

He pointed at Krystal who just flashed a wide smile to him.

“ Whatever hyung .. just tell us. “

Taemin already lost his patience by that time.

So, Minho have no choice left but to lead the explaining session for his dongsaengs and girlfriend.

Short update ..

But I had calrified what bothered Key the most.

Anyway, just want to let you know that this fic is almost reached towards the end ...

Maybe around 4-5 more chapters ??

And another thing is ... 

From now on, there will be more double update from me 

and I'll try my best to finish this story by the end of the week 

since I'm gonna be busy after this week ...
