Day 13

8:45 AM

KRYSTAL’S POV

“Uggghhh… Amber…”

Oh God… it hurts… please… stop it…

I tried to open my eyes and search for her but she isn’t beside me, I can hear water running inside the bathroom. Shutting my eyes tight, I buried my head under my pillow clutching my head so tight… fighting the pain that is throbbing at the back of my head.

“Ahhhh!!!!…” it’s so painful… the feeling of pain, the pressure pushing inside my head is mild but painful.

Calm down Soojung… deep breaths… inhale…. exhale…

This will pass… just calm your mind and don’t think that it’s painful…

“Amber!!!!”

Can you hear me Earthling?….

“Ahhhhhh!!! stop…!!” the pounding inside my head increases, like pressure was trying to get out but is having a hard time to find it’s way out. Inhale…. exhale…. Soojung… you can do this….

“It hurts…… Please stop it… Amber….” tears fall from my eyes still closed so tight. I need my medicine… Soojung… inhale… exhale… inhale… exhale… it doesn’t hurt… just think that it doesn’t hurt…

Another wave of throbbing pain made me gasp and shriek. It hurts…. like my skull is being opened…

“Krys?! Krystal!!!” Amber….

I felt how she took the pillow covering my face and cradled my head on her lap. Her cold touch my head, I buried my face on her lap crying in pain… sobbing on the throbbing pain I feel inside my head.

“Krys drink this, come on…”

“Amber… it hurts… please… make it go away……” I sobbed on her lap clutching the bath towel covering her. She placed my head gently on the bed, I don’t even know what she’s doing now. Then I felt hands hooking under my armpit pulling my body up, she was behind me and sitting on the bed. My back landed on her front and automatically my nails dug on her arms while releasing the pain I feel inside my head while sobbing. “Krys… drink this come on…” she whispered at me placing the tablet on my lips. I took a deep breath and opened my mouth slightly to take the medicine she is offering. I immediately swallowed the medicine before she can even make me drink water.

“Have some water…”

“I already swallowed it… Amber.. it hurts~…”

“Shhh… come on have some water…” I opened my eyes and saw her bringing the glass on my lips. I took a gulp of the cold sparkling water before waving her off and burying my face on her neck closing my eyes again to fight the pain. She adjusted my position and made me lie on the bed placing a pillow under my head.

“Amber~… here…” I called her almost whispering while patting the space beside me. I heard her low chuckle and followed my command lying beside me and wrapping her arms on my body, her hands my head in the most gentle way to sooth me. Why does it feels like her touch is cold and wet?

“I’m sorry Krys, I was taking a bath…” ahh… taking a bath…

I opened my eyes slowly adjusting my vision and saw her face looking down on me, what made me smile and almost laugh if my head is not hurting, is the bubbles of shampoo on her hair. Oh God she was really taking a bath!

“Earthling… you still have shampoo on your hair…” she grinned at me with her red cheeks. “That was why your skin felt cold… you’re still wet…”

“I heard your voice calling me that’s why I immediately went out of the shower area just wearing this..” she looked down on her body and me following her line of sight. She just have a towel wrapped on her waist again my goodness. I her cheek with my thumb smiling at her, the medicine slowly taking it’s effects on me. “I’m so sorry for being like this…”

“Shhh… why are you sorry? Don’t say that you witch! There’s nothing to be sorry for, we can fight this together Krys… I’ll never leave your side.” I snorted at her and ran my fingers on her chest then looking down at it smirking “Earthling, you still have soap on your body?!”

“I told you I was taking a bath… I just got in a few minutes ago when I heard you, I almost slip on the wet floors..”

I looked up at her, pouting. My eyes steadying. I feel so light again… calmness overcoming the pain I felt earlier. Thank God… and Amber.

“Is your face with soap too?” I asked her while running my gaze on her pretty face. My hand reaches for her cheeks poking it “Answer me…” she smiled at me and shook her head, in my eyes she look so beautiful and glowing. Her almost tan face adding to her iness same as her beautiful smile that is plastered on her lips.

“Kiss me…” her smile became an amused chuckle but obeyed me, capturing my lips in a soft kiss. Wow… it feels so good… am I high?

Because of your medicine or because of her kisses?

The latter.

My hands made its way to her neck pulling her head closer deepening our kiss. The feeling of euphoria running in my veins. I took one of her hands and slid it inside my shirt, placing her palm on one of my . The contact making me gasp in our kiss. Wow… this feels great… but why don’t I feel the ‘need’?

Maybe she noticed how I lagged on our kissing, breaking the contact of our lips and smiled at me almost laughing “Paboya… are you seducing me?”

“I just want to kiss you… but it’s strange…”

“What’s strange?” she asked me. Her thumb wiping the side of my mouth before planting a lingering kiss on my mole. Her hand inside my shirt cupping my giving it a gentle squeeze.

“This…” I pointed at her top before pinching her nose.

“Aww!~”

“I don’t feel the excitement… my mind says you look so y right now above me but I can’t feel the urge… you know… even if you are having a good time touching me right now… it actually feels great but just that. And I feel so light right now I think I’m high.”

She sighed and cupped my face looking at me with concern “Krys, Doc Yoona said your Vicodin can affect your drive while you’re on it. Well… maybe if we do it right now you can feel the excitement but she said it will take you a while to… you know… have an *cough* *cough*…” oooohhhhh…. I didn’t know that…

Wait a minute… YOONA UNNIE SAID THAT!!?

“Yah~…” I slapped her arms playfully with a silly grin on my face “You asked my cousin about that thing!?”

“Yah!…” she laughed softly poking my cheeks making me pout “I didn’t ask her, she volunteered to tell it without me asking. She said she was just concern because you told her…ehem…you know…” she wriggled her eyebrows playfully that made me laugh. The pain is definitely gone now, the med kicked in, and I feel happy and silly.

“Awww… you no fun Amber Liu… I thought for a while maybe I’ll surrender the white flag now seeing you like that…”

“Are we really talking about this now?!? Is that really you Krystal Jung!” she looked incredulously at me suppressing her laugh. I ran my hands on her back down to her bottom and cupped the towel covered cheeks squeezing it hard “I’ll just squeeze these cute then~~…”

“You should stop taking that med, I did a researched on the internet and it says the contents of that med can dampen that drive of yours. You’re still young… how can you enjoy me if you’ll have a hard time reaching Nirvana with me.” she gave me a wink so y all I can do is bite my lips. Sigh.

“That’s why I don’t like drinking it...”

“Are you sleepy?”

“A bit…” I blinked my eye trying to fight the sleepiness I am feeling.

“Don’t fight it, come on just sleep.” I puckered my lips asking for a kiss which she gave. Sweet.

“But we’re checking out today…, right?”

“We can extend for another night, let’s just rest today. I know you were tired tomorrow from all the exploring we did. I’ll call the Manager later to tell him we are extending for another night… or maybe 2 nights? You want that?”

“But Paris awaits~~…”

“Paris can wait.”

Now I really feel so sleepy… *Yawnnn*

“Wait for me… when I wake up…” I closed my eyes feeling so light and sleepy.

“Why?”

“We’ll gonna have… all night long… *yawn*...”

It was her silly laugh that I heard last before I passed out to dreamland.

4:20 PM

Uggghhh…. hohummmmmmmm…… ahh… so good…

I stretched my legs and arms while yawning, eyes opening slowly when I heard Amber’s amused chuckle. She was sitting beside me on the bed, her back resting on the head board reading a magazine. All I did was just stare on her face, my mind still not functioning well from slumber.

“Good afternoon Miss Jung, how was your sleep?”

Silence.

“Earthling… what time is it?” I lay on my side while looking at her. Gosh… I haven’t taken a bath since morning!

She dropped the magazine on the floor beside the bed and joined me lying down facing me. “It’s past 4:00 in the afternoon Krys, you missed lunch.”

That’s why I feel so hungry…

“Earthling~~….” I pouted at her cutely. She knows what I mean.

“Sugar Mama is hungry?~”

*Nod* *Nod*

“HUNGRY…~~”

“Let’s go down and eat at the restaurant, you want?”

“Yes…” I draped my arms on her body pulling her closer for a hug “Thanks for the care this morning. Did I said something silly?” I don’t really remember actually the last few exchange of words we had before I fell asleep.

“You don’t remember what you told me earlier?!”

“Why? Is it a stupid thing?” Shucks. What did I say?

She laughed at me cupping my face squishing it “You are really cute Soojung…”

“Now you’re calling me Soojung~~… level up?!”

“Don’t you want me to call you Soojung?”

“Hmmm… it’s fine, Soojung is more intimate than Krystal.” I grinned at her. “You can call me anything you like, like what you have been doing since we met so no biggies.”

I motioned her to bring me up to sit on the bed and fixed my unruly bed hair. I really need food now…

She opened a bottle of sparkling water and gave it to me, knowing that maybe I need water after sleeping for long hours. “Why didn’t you woke me up Earthling? We could have eaten together…” she stood up from the bed and puckered her lips at me before disappearing going to our living room. I took my phone at the bedside table and saw a KKT message from Jessica unnie and Yoona unnie.

10:20 AM

Soojung-ah, are you okay? Amber told me you had an attack this morning. Baby, can you please listen to unnie and just fly here to Florence with Amber? You two can spend your vacation here and have a trip to the city if you want, at least you are near us. Please think about it Soojung… call me once you are awake, arasso? I love you Soojung-ah :*

Awww… but Paris awaits… PARIS!!!!

Maybe after Paris we can cut this trip for the mean time and just fly to Florence. Anyways, after my surgery and I recover, we can continue this trip and cover the places we haven’t been.

Are you sure Soojung?

Sigh… still undecided.

If this headache of mine still persist along the duration of our trip, I think I have to cut it short.

I opened Yoona unnie’s message and it made me burst out laughing. Silly Doctor Alligator! She’s the one putting those things in Amber’s mind!
