Mark laid you down in bed and put a blanket over you. He turned around reaching for the door, until he felt you hold him back. You were holding onto his wrist and whispered, “Don’t.”

“Minseul?”

“Don’t.”

“Minseul?” He leaned into you, “Are you awake?”

“Can you stay with me for awhile?” You asked, still with your eyes closed. You heard him sigh as he sat down on the bed. You moved a bit, giving him space while letting go of his wrist. “You’re so drunk, aren’t you?”

You shook your head a bit and covered yourself with the blanket, snuggling in it.

The next morning you woke up with a headache. A huge headache. You groaned as you sat up in bed with your palms on your head, “Ugh.”

Rubbing your eyes, you felt someone else in the room, you turned to your side and there was Mark, sleeping and lying down beside you. Regaining your senses, you looked at your body and realized you had your clothes on and looked at Mark, also with his clothes on. “What happened yesterday, Shin Minseul?” You asked yourself, shaking your head and trying to remember what happened yesterday. You felt him move and you froze. He stretched his arms as you were watching him from the corner of your eye. You felt his gaze point right at you and he softly chuckled, “Good morning. You must have a bad hangover, don’t you?”

You slowly turned around, looking at him and giving him a small smile while nodding. “You drank so much last night. I had to carry you all the way from the bar to your room and it was hard because when we were in the elevator, you pressed all the buttons, making us stop on every floor.”

“I did that? I’m sorry.” You mumbled. He laughed and ruffled your hair, “It’s alright.”

You flashed him a small smile then other thoughts started to wander around your mind, “Nothing bad happened last night, right? Nothing happened to us, right? Or at least, I didn’t vomit on you or something?”

He shook his head while rubbing his nape, “Well nothing really happened. You just asked me to stay with you last night, I guess you were too drunk to remember that then you started crying out of nowhere which made me hug you and comfort you to stop you from crying.”

“Oh.” You mumbled, “That’s a relief.”

You took your phone and looked at the missed calls you got from Baekhyun, at the same time a sudden thought popped into your mind which caused you to facepalm and talk to yourself.

“Minseul, is something wrong? Did something happen?” Mark asked in concern. You shyly looked at him, “I… yesterday… we… um…”

“Huh?”

“I kissed… you?” You bit your lip while hoping you didn’t do such a thing. “So you remember that?”

You facepalmed once again, “I’m so so so sorry. I was drunk, I didn’t know what I was doing.”

He laughed and putting your hands down and holding them, “It’s alright, I know you were drunk. Don’t worry.”

You raised an eyebrow, asking another question, “I told you the story about Baekhyun and me and Yeri and stuff?”

“Mhm.” He nodded. You nodded too in response. “Minseul?”

“Hm?”

“I’ll remind you once again because in case you don’t remember since you were drunk, but always remember that I’m always here for me if ever you need me.”

You gave him a smile and nodded, “Alright.”

He pulled you down, making you be on top of him and your eyes grew big in shock at his sudden action. His hands made his way from your hands to your waist and later on, wrapping his arms around you. “M-Mark.” You whispered as you stuttered, “What are you doing?”

“I don’t know either.” He replied, looking at you straight in the eyes, “My own actions shocked me too.”

You two stared right into each other’s eyes before you decided to break the silence, “How much do you like me?”
