Innocent & Purely[CONTENTID1]You're...what?[/CONTENTID1]
[CONTENTID2]Don't Overreact[/CONTENTID2]
[CONTENTID3]“Jagiya~”
“Mm?” I answered back whilst drinking my smoothie. We were in the middle of 2nd break and I was surprised Jimin and Jung Ah haven’t come by yet. We were in the Penola Wing area as I was sitting beside Jung kook, holding his hand as we speak.
“I just… wanted to let you know my studies are going well.”
“I know. I can tell.”
“How?”
“My dad always tells me how great of a boyfriend I have.”
“And do you agree?”
“Mm.” He smiled from ear to ear.
“It seems though, we haven’t been out in a while.” He protested.
“We’re here at school.”
“That doesn’t count.”
“Then what counts?”
“We need to go get a Tim Tam milkshake.”
“Hm?”
“After school… let’s go on a small date.”
“Don’t you have tutoring to attend?”
“That’s why I said we need to have a small date. We need quality time with each other too jagiya. Haven’t you seen that because of all the studying I need to do, I don’t get to see you as often?”
“Okie doks but if you get in trouble for being late, don’t blame me.” He was right though. We were halfway of his second month in tutoring and the only quality time we had was when I dropped him off, stayed at his house for dinner and returned to my sanctuary. I hadn’t realised though because of end of semester exams cramming into my daily schedules and routines. Thankfully, the Year 11’s finish earlier than all of the students in Bernard Performing Arts.

Jung kook and I were walking under the blanket of a navy blue sky, shivering in its atmosphere since we were midway of winter. In shivering my body warm, I cuddled closer to Jung kook’s arm as we held hands, walking toward Namjoon’s café. Just like as we planned, we ordered a Tim-Tam milkshake as Jung kook held my hand. Our order was set on the counter and I looked at Jung kook.
“Get our drink.” He demanded.
“Why can’t you get it?” I tried to yank my hand from his grip but he tightened it.
“If I let go, you’re going to get the milkshake and 2 straws. I can’t allow that.” I let out a sigh and did as he said, making him smile in satisfaction. He held out his non-vacant hand and obtained one straw for the both of us. We walked towards the tabletops, wandering our eyes finding an empty spot. We sat down at the far end corner with the glass paned window beside us. He looked at me as I drank the milkshake, shrinking its size as the liquid decreased within the cup.
“Jagiya~”
“Mm?” I hummed whilst drinking from the milkshake.
“You look ado-wa-ble.”
“You sound stupid.”
“Yah!” I giggled and continued to drink from the milkshake before handing it to Jung kook.
“Jagiya…”
“Mm?”
“Do you know what happens if I pass the exam?”
“You will be known as the greatest man on earth?”
“I’m going to France.” I looked at him… as a matter of fact, I made it a double-take. I didn’t say anything, but simply steal the drink from his grasp and sip from it.
“Did you hear what I said?”
“No.” I lied.
“I’m going to France.”
“Why? When?”
“Your dad mentioned something about having a multilingual skill so… I have to go there. I don’t know when I’m going though…”
“Why are you telling me this now?”
“First of all… thank you for not over-reacting, secondly, I am telling you this because I don’t know when my time is coming and I need you to prepare for it.”
“How… long… are you going for?”
“I take baby steps jagiya. I only know that I am going to France, not when or how long for.”
“Is that why… you wanted to go on this mini date?”
“Mm… but also the fact that I am drowning myself in preparing for the upcoming exams.”
“I’m sorry.”
“For what?”
“For not… knowing.”
“It’s because your innocent pabo.”
“I don’t want you to go though.”
“Then come with me.”
“Ne?”
“Come with me to France. Who said I had to go alone?”
“I… I have to ask
