THE BOX OFFICE
THE BLOOD HUNT
CHAPTER 2
THE BOX OFFICE
Sulli entered the classroom. It’s her dreaded Accounting subject. She dragged herself to a seat and then closed her eyes as she imagined a good image…of a room filled with her latest collection completely displayed…of Egypt and her hands getting dirty from digging…of finding that exotic historical find…
And then she felt being hugged and squeezed. She immediately opened her eyes.
“Sulli! I so missed you.” Said Jiyoung
“You.” Said Sulli
“Yes, who were you expecting?” asked Jiyoung.
“I wasn’t expecting anyone to just hug me out of nowhere.” Said Sulli
Jiyoung laughed.
“I just hate this subject so much…it’s so nice to spend the dragging hours with someone who also hates it as much as I do.” Said Jiyoung
That’s why Jiyoung is Sulli’s friend…they tend to like and dislike the same things.
“So, where did you put the plate you bought? That old man gave you a hard time before he sold it to you.” Said Jiyoung
“He loves that antique so much.” Said Sulli “You are only asking about it now? I have bought that 3 months ago.”
“Well you see…recently…I have this special heart for Antiques …Believe it or not…I just went to a newly opened Antique shop in the city this weekend.” Said Jiyoung
A new Antique shop? Now this made Sulli sit up straight.
“Where is it?” asked Sulli
“As long as it’s antiques, your eyes suddenly light up.”
Sulli smiled widely.
“You know me very well.” Said Sulli
Jiyoung giggled.
“I’ll accompany you after class if you want.” Said Jiyoung
“You…will?” asked Sulli
That is weird…the last time Jiyoung went with her in an Antique shop, she swore she will never enter another Antique shop in her entire life.
“Yes of course. What are friends for.” Said Jiyoung.
Hmm…Sulli is not convinced.
“What’s the catch?” asked Sulli
“Huh?”
“What do you need from me? Why will you endure entering ‘an old and haunted place’ again when you said you will never ever enter such a place again?” said Sulli
Jiyoung tried to hide her smile though Sulli has already caught her.
Sulli raised her brow waiting for Jiyoung to spill the beans.
“All right! I surrender. I will tell you.” Said Jiyoung. “That new Antique shop is a box office.”
Box…office…like a movie?
“The women are flooding it like crazy…and it is all because it’s being managed by three smoking hot men! ” said Jiyoung passionately
What? People are flooding the Antique shop because of men?
“You shouldn’t be blinded by gorgeous men.” Said Sulli
“I know I know…but it’s not bad to give your eyes a feast sometime…” said Jiyoung “Those three can make someone like me have interest in Antiques! I even bought an old stamp!”
Sulli shook her head.
“So later…we’ll go there together!” said Jiyoung excitedly.
--------------------------
It was in a hidden place…yet the girls still easily found the Antique shop!
“Wow…there’s a line outside.” Said Sulli “I’ve never seen an Antique shop flooded by people like this.”
“I told you it’s box office right?” said Jiyoung
“I mean flooded by women.” Said Sulli
The line of girls of different ages is already reaching the other block.
“C’mon, let’s fall in line. This will surely get longer.” Said Jiyoung
“Hmm...I think we should just comeback some other time…I don’t think I can appreciate the Antiques with this much people.” Said Sulli
“There is no day in which this place is not crowded by women.” Said Jiyoung pulling Sulli with her in the line.
“How do you know?” asked Sulli
“Because I go here every day.” Said Jiyoung
“You buy stamps every day?” asked Sulli
“Yeah…” said Jiyoung
“Old stamps are expensive.” Said Sulli
“You said Antiques are good i
