Buzz… Buzz…

            Chanyeol’s phone vibrates at the top of the coffee table. The owner picks it up; he looks around his surroundings first before he looks what it is.

            That’s the notification flashing in his phone’s screen.

            “Hmmm.” Curious enough, Chanyeol opens it to find out, making him sit on the couch.

            His eyes widens as he learn what it is about. It is Woobin’s Ceci Exclusive Fashion Film. Chanyeol hisses on it. ‘God, why would he send me this video?’

            Right after he is done with it, the sender who is a devil rings him.

            “Yeobo!” The man on the other line excitedly said when Chanyeol answers his call. “Did you watch it?”

            “Well, yeah.” Chanyeol rests his back on the futon behind him while twirling his hair.

            “Did you like my wink on you? I did that because I know you are watching.”

            “Yeah right, that was film almost a year ago.” Chanyeol’s eyes roll, disbelieving with the other person’s sweet-talk.

            “But, I know you’ll be watching that.” Awkward silence then goes between them. “I miss you. Valentines is coming and I want to spend that day with you.”

            Oh yes, days, weeks and months passed and Chanyeol has been actively spending time with this man. He sneaks in every night and every day whenever Woobin asks him to go on a date or something else. Chanyeol also spends the night with him every Thursday right after MCountdown.

            It is impossible that everyone around him will not notice his sudden absence on the scene. “Noona wants to hang out with me.” That is always his reason. And, not just only making his sister as an alibi. He also asks Yura to give him some female clothes and accessories so it will be easier to go out with Woobin if he disguises himself. His sister is not aware that that is the reason for his brother’s request.

            “You are not going to be busy too in the coming days. Don’t you think it will be a good idea?”

            ‘Sigh’ This is stressing Chanyeol. He cannot decide if he will agree or not. Before he can answer his lover, there is someone coming.

            “Who are you talking to, Chanyeol?” Kris is the only person with him in the dorm today. It’s holiday, everyone go wherever they wanted ro.

            Chanyeol startles and hurries his goodbye to Woobin. “Talk to you later, bye.”

            “Wai—” And, it ended.

            “It’s Yura-Noona.” He laughs nervously.

            “Okay.” Kris sits with him on the couch now looking at him sternly. Doesn’t he answer it right? “Chanyeol, would you be honest with me?”

            ‘Gulp’ Chanyeol thinks Kris is getting suspicious with him.

            “With the days you were gone somewhere, are you really just seeing your sister?”

            Chanyeol does not expect he will be asked with a question like that, cocking his head in confusion.

            “Chanyeol?” Kris snaps him from spacing out.

            “Umm… Yes.” Chanyeol hesitantly answers.

            “Are you sure?” He judgingly stares at the boy as he leans closer to him.

            ‘Come on, Hyung! Just believe me!’

            “Or, rather, are you seeing someone besides her? Is it a girlfriend?”

            That question is like an arrow that hits behind Chanyeol. Sarcastic laughter comes next to that. Chanyeol put his arm around Kris shoulder while he is laughing so hard.

            “Hyung, that is ~SO IMPOSSIBLE!” Chanyeol said in between his laugh. “Like I told you, I’m always with Noona.”

            Kris peels off with Chanyeol’s clinging to him. He takes Chanyeol arm off him while glaring at the boy. Chanyeol stops laughing after then.

            “So, what does this mean? You are a Sister Lover?” The boy avoids his eyes, it is getting scary with him. “Yes, I guess it is impossible.” Because Kris knows it can be a boyfriend instead. If he finds out that his speculation is true, he will surely hunt this person down.

            Kris gives Chanyeol a death glare before he stands from the couch and goes away.

            ‘Phew’ that was close.

            But why does Kris is bothered with this if he hates Chanyeol so much? He does not know either. He is not someone to pray for Chanyeol’s fall. What he does not like with the boy is his carefree personality.

            If Chanyeol will really be in a relationship right now, it is another responsibility. Responsibility that will take his focus, half of it, or maybe the whole. If he really gives all of his time with it, there is a chance Chanyeol will leave them, and Kris won’t like that to happen. He knows if Chanyeol vanishes to their lives, s will have a hard time to stand again.

            Because he thinks Chanyeol is selfish enough to think only for his happiness and not for everybody’s.

            Valentine’s Day, EXO is invited to have a mini-Fan Meeting in the middle of Seoul’s busy street. A stage perfectly fits for them is prepared by the staff. At exactly 2 o’clock, the event is going to start.

            Chen and Baekhyun are glimpsing behind the stage. They both awed seeing the boxes of chocolates in the hands of their fans.

            “Ooh, I really like this event!” Chen said dreamily. Wake him up please!

            “Chocolate!” Baekhyun on the other hand is like a happy kid.

            “Ahem.” Someone pretends to clear a throat behind them. They are distracted by it and lean back. It is Chanyeol’s Manager.

            “Sweets like choco-choco are not good for you especially for both singers like you. Tsk… Tsk... Tsk…”

            Manager Kim then makes her exit. The beagle boys stare at her when she goes away, puzzled.

            “What’s wrong with her?” Baekhyun sulks.

            “Shouldn’t she just focus on Chanyeol?” The other looks seriously irritated with her.

            Since the days her talent is missing now and then with their activities, Manager Kim becomes busybody with the other EXO members.

            The event begin and you already know what is happening with a Fan Meeting. There’s the small performance like showing some talent or some group act, the interview, and don’t forget the fanservice.

            “So…” SM’s hired MC said with a breathy voice. The boys are sitting in front of the stage while waiting for the Ahjussi to complete his sentence. “Who is your favorite dongsaeng, Kris?”

            “Me?” Kris blinks, pointing himself and the MC nods.

            “Yes.”

            Kris looks at their squealing fans with a seducing eyes, makes those girls screams more. “Well…”

            “KRISYEOL! KRISYEOL! KRISYEOL!” Some other fans cheer.

            “TAORIS! TAORIS! TAORIS!” And, so the other half will not surrender.

            Kris glances on both of the people they are mentioning; Tao, farthest to his left and Chanyeol, who is just beside him. Chanyeol is blinking his eyes like an innocent kid at him, beaming with his beautiful teeth showing as bright as the sun.

            Kris is not amused with it, answers something that all is not expecting. “Xiumin.”

            “Xiumin?” The MC who is part of the shock crowd asked. “Why?”

            “I think he is a cute dongsaeng though he is older than me.”

            The oldest protested after his answer and everyone laughs at it. Tao chuckles with them but Chanyeol feels different. He is so pretentious. He claps his hand quietly and still smiling like an idiot.

            Inside his heart, why does he feel hurt? It is just for fun. He does not know this will activate his realization of something.

            ‘He hates me.’ That’s what his thoughts in his mind. Kris coldness shows whenever he is around. There has some touch that is brotherly. But, why even that this mixed-cultured-man avoids. Why? Yes, there are times Kris will choose him if he is ask with questions like that and he knows Kris is just forced. Chanyeol cannot really read him because he randomly picks people not how consistent like Luhan and Sehun’s mutual understanding.

            Chanyeol is sick of this. This is choking. He had enough.

            When the event is done, the Korean rapper is again, gone.
