Author's Note
In Time You'll LoveDear Reader,
I have gathered these letters to chronicle a great tragedy that I had the misfortune to witness firsthand. I found the relationship between Jonghyun and Kibum to be a powerful story that needed to be shared with the masses. They remind me of a classic Romeo and Juliet style love, but only in the similiar fashion that their fates were met most cruelly. Otherwise, the uniqueness of their bond is intriguing. The fact that two people can seem to fall so deeply in love with each other over and over again astounds me. After Jonghyun had lost all memory of Kibum his heart still gravitated towards Kibum's, and after Kibum had given up all hope of being together again with Jonghyun, his heart still pulled him back to Jonghyun's after his love met his end. This leads me to theorize that love is not just something we are taught to feel. Much like empathy, we are born with love in our hearts. Our hearts know with whom they are destined to lie with. The love within them will always bring us back to our fated mates no matter what our primitive minds have to say about it. I encourage you all to follow your heart's wishes rather than your mind's whims, because our minds are the ones making all the mistakes. Our hearts however, always know what is right. They are born with that sense.
Sincerely,
Lee Jinki
