MBC Music – Show Champion Backstage

Tiffany came flying toward me..

“Taeyeon!!!”

“What is wrong? Calm down!”

“Did you see this?” She showed me an article that were just published on her phone.

My eyes didn’t believe what they just saw. The news that were early to be released yet!..

‘BIGBANG leader G-Dragon and Japanese model Kiko Mizuhara broke up!’

“You didn’t know about this?” Sunny asked from aside.

I shoke my head as a no.

“Why did he announce this suddenly?”

“There’s something strange here..”

“If he broke up with her..” Hyoyeon started to analyze “..then he is preparing to marry you officially!”

That analyze gave me goosebumps! I didn’t thought of that yet.

‘Why did you do this Jiyong?’ I asked in my mind.

“Did he propose to you yet?”

“N-No.”

“Aww then it’s true as Hyoyeon said.”

The girls kept day-dreaming about what happened and what will happen, while I was swimming with thoughts about what he said couple days ago at the train.

‘Is he serious?’

‘Did he break up officially, so I can believe that he’s really serious about his feelings toward me?’

‘What’s going to happen now?’

The last question was the one that I still don’t know from where I should get it.

3rd of September

I sent to the girls that we should gather after our stage at Mcountdown.

“What’s wrong Tae?”

“It’s strange that you asked for a gathering!”

“What’s the menu for dinner tonight?”

“Chicken!”

“No Jajjangmyun!”

The girls mumbled as they entered Tiffany’s apartment since mine weren’t open in months.

“Well, what is the purpose of this gathering?” Yuri asked.

 “It been a really long time since we gathered together and had fun, tonight it matched that no one had any schedule, so I called you over for a drink.”

“Really it been a really long time since we drank together~” Sunny our best drinker said.

“Ahh~ time really flies fast!” Yoona sighed.

While waiting for the food, Sooyoung and Seohyun were watching a melo-drama together..

“Ahh~~ he’s so romantic!” Seohyun fangirled over the main actor.

“Look at the way she see him with those affectionate looks!” Sooyoung commented “She seem to really love him!”

“What about you?” Hyoyeon asked.

“Me? What?” Sooyoung was confused.

“Don’t you love Kyungho oppa?”

“I love him of course.” She replied directly.

 Yuri-ya how about you?” Tiffany asked.

“Of course I love Seunghwan oppa~” she answered honestly “he’s the sweetest!”

“So like this we’re 4 to 4?” Seohyun said.

“What?” Tiffany asked.

“Four of us are dating and..” she stopped for a moment then completed the sentence with Yoona in a teasing tone “..IN LOVE~”

“W-What?” I just noticed what they were talking about.

“Tiffany you..”

“Me what?”

“You love Choi Seunghyun?”

She blushed hard.

“You’re right! Look at her red face~”

“Hwang Miyoung Confess now!” Sooyoung shouted.

Tiffany is from the type that if you shouted at her she would say the truth directly.

“Wooah~ it’s confession day!” Our maknae were happy.

Tiffany, Sooyoung and Yuri looked at each other for a moment.

“T.O.P doesn’t.”

Hyoyeon told us the plan for confessing to our men.

“Taeyeon It was a great decision that you gathered us here tonight, we got to know many things we didn’t notice, either knew before.”

“Can we eat now?” the always hungry sunny said cutely with her annoying aegyo.

Like this the girls got to say their hidden feelings toward their men loudly, and the night continued on.. drinking, eating, laughing, and having fun~

4th of September

“There’s something you should hear today, meet me at…”

Like this the girls sent this message to their men.

SNSD were having a recording at ‘Yoo Heeyeol’s - Sketch book’ for their comeback album.

“Anyone got a reply?” Sunny asked.

No one answered.

“Ah don’t give up, I’m sure they’re going to come.”

“Will they?” Yuri asked dispersedly.

“Even if they didn’t.. they’ll be the losers not us~” Tiffany coolly replied.

“Just be yourself today, forget about being SNSD member! Think as we’re chatting in some café.”

The girl encouraged each other, because we were about to walk a big a step of our life’s tonight.

“SNSD members, standby 3 minutes!” they informed us.

The talk show went soo well with Yoo Heeyeol..

“Can we hear one of the song’s you wrote?” The MC asked Tiffany.

“I’ll sing one of mine. I wrote it last year, and it’s the first one I ever wrote.” Tiffany told him.

“I haven’t written the Korean lyrics yet.. but it’s called ‘Bittersweet and crazy’.”

The talk continued, still didn’t find Jiyong yet between the audiences.

 Kyungho and Seunghwan arrived already.

“We’ll perform ‘Lion Heart’, Also we have a special performance ready for you all..” Seohyun introduced “..it’s a song that really means a lot to us, we’ll sing for you ‘Into Your New World’ ballad version for the first time in Korea.”

“It’s the song that made +50,000 people cry.” Tiffany commented.

“alright, with those two songs we’ll be saying goodbye today. Thank you~” The MC ended the speech of the night.

By that our ‘Lion heart’ performance started, and the audience were so hyper and liked it.

T.O.P was located now, but still can’t find Jiyong!

I talked now.. “The next song we’re bringing to you is our debut song which Seohyun told you about earlier. This is the acoustic cover of ‘Into the New World’.”

Finally this were the moment we waited for all these past hours for..

Since our debut and even before at our trainees days, I have never heard the members sincere and emotional voice like today!

Our recording finished here, the members went backstage with an emotional eyes, filled with tears..

“We did it!”

“Ah I feel much better now~” Sooyoung reacted.

“You worked hard all!” Seohyun our maknae shouted.

“Do you think they got it?” Hyoyeon asked.

That was where we returned to reality.

“Taeyeon-ah.. did Jiyong come?” Tiffany asked.

“Fany!” T.O.P came in which made Tiffany run into his arms.

The girls were busy talking with their men. Sooyoung with Kyungho, of course he got it immediately since he’s a smart man. Seunghwan also got it since Yuri put a lot of sincere when she sang that confessing part. For T.O.P even though he came just before we sang the last song, he got it straightaway. As excepted Da Vinci~.

“Taeyeon-ah Jiyong oppa didn’t come?” Hyoyeon asked.

“He didn’t.” I was upset, since I wanted to deliver this message to him.

“Call him..”

“he said he’s coming.. bad boy!” I got angry.

A call came just then..

“Hello?” I answered in an angry tone.

“Is this Kwon Jiyong guardian?” some woman asked.

“Yes. What’s wrong?” something felt uneasy in my heart.

“Kwon Jiyong-ssi got into a car accident-”

“W-WHAT??!!” I shouted out loud.

All who’s around got silent and looked at me.

“What’s wrong Taeyeon?”

“Please calm down fir-”

“WHERE IS HE NOW?!” I ended the call immediately.

“Taeyeon what’s wrong?”

“Taeyeon-ah what’s going on?”

“Taeyeon..”

“unnie..”

I found Tiffany’s car keys on the table, I took them and the jacket beside them and went outside with saying a word.

“YA KIM TAEYEON!”

I drove like a crazy in the streets!

“A car accident patient..” I asked the nurse as I entered the hospital.

“He’s in that way..”

I ran directly, looking for him..

There was he.. covered with white cloth from head till toes!

My tears fell immediately, strongly and hardly.

I approached him bed slowly..

“J-Jiyong..” I called for him with my shaking voice while crying.

“Please answered me.. Jiyong!”

“What happened to you? It’s all because of me! I shouldn’t have called you to come, I’m sorry! I’m very sorry!!” my tears became more deeper now.

“It’s all because of me! You couldn’t even hear these three words that you waited for all these months. How could you leave and leave me alone? You bad boy!!” I started to hit him and cry more harder “Kwon Jiyong you bad boy! How could leave before hearing my feeling toward you? How could I live with this burden locked in my heart? Who would hear them instead of you? I love you! I love you like a crazy you little rascal! I’m nothing without you!” now I was really broke into a hard tears!

I kept crying my eyes out like that for a while, till someone talked..

“Do you mean it?” a voice asked me, That caught me off guard.

I raised my head from the bed..

“J-Jiyong?..”

“Do you really meant these words?”

The voice source wasn’t from this corpse in front of me! 

I looked around like a crazy person.. he was there!

“J-Jiyong?!!” my eyes didn’t believe what they’re seeing. “B-But.. this-s.. w-who..” I had a mental-breakdown.

“Come here..” he opened his arms widely.

I looked at him still can’t believe that wither what I’m seeing right now is a dream or the reality.

He looked at me and signed for me to come into his arms again.

“Are you alive?” I asked him in disbelief.

“Come here and check it with your own hands..”

I didn’t care about anything and ran toward his arms!

He held onto me tightly.

“You bad boy!!” I kept on hitting his shoulder “Do you know how much worried I was about you! I thought.. I t-thought.. you d-died!!” my tears couldn’t stop.

“Shush.. it’s alright.” He kept caressing my back and hair. “I’m right here.”

“Are you o-okay?”

Jiyong POV

“Are you o-okay?” she asked with a wet face. “They said you went into car accident.”

“I’m fine.”

“What’s wrong with your hand?” she looked at my wrapped hand.

“Ah this? it’s nothing.”

“What nothing? Look at these scratch here and there!” her tears started to fall again. “What this on your neck too?”

“Look at me.”

“This is all because of me!” she lowered her face and her crying got harder.

“Look at me..” I cupped her face “..this is not because of you. I’m fine don’t worry!”

“B-But-”

“I won’t leave you alone and go. I promise you Taeyeon~”

“You w-won’t right? You promised me!” she gave me her pinky finger to make the promise with her.

“I promise.” I dried her tears “Stop crying please.”

“Ahh do you know how much I got scared when I saw this corpse here.”

“I’m sorry, let’s sit down first.”
 

We went to my private room, I got her first a cup of water to calm down..

“How did you come here?”

“The hospital called me.”

“You came like this?”

“What do you mean-” that’s was where she noticed herself.

She was wearing the stage outfit, and makeup, with slippers.

“Ahhh!” she shouted quietly.

“Did it really scared you to the point you come like this publicly?”

That surprised me.

“I really thought that you left me and went first.”

“I won’t do that again.” I wrapped my arms around her.
