I finished eating my toast before I stood up taking my plate to the sink and grabbing Kai's empty bowl on the way past. I made way to the door where I slipped into my black converse before saying goodbye to Kai.

"I'll be back in a few hours ok?" I smiled dropping a kiss on his head and heading out the door and gving him one last wave.

If only you were human so I could bring you with me.

Youngji smiled bending down to my level where I felt something warm press on my head, she stood back up and ruffled my fur before walking over to the door and waving as it closed.

No, don't go! I want you to stay and cuddle with me.

"I'll be back in a few hours ok? If you hear anyone come into the house go hide in my room ok?"

"If only you were human so I could bring you with me" I could hear her mumble from the other side of the door before her footsteps went down the steps and out of my hearing range.

I sulked up the weird looking hill and into the room with the big fluffy thing Youngji-ah sleeps with me on. I jumped up turning in a circle once before plopping down on her pillow and closing my tired eyes.

I'm sorry Youngji-ah I don't know if I can do that anymore.

But once I discover if I can or not, I'll be sure to go with you.
