They studied until pass dinner time, sarcastic remarks exchanged between Yujin and the boys from time to time. None one of them realised the time until someone's stomach growled.

Yujin covered with the back of her hand a little to stop herself from laughing and shifted her eyes to Hoseok who was sitting next to her.

"Uhh oops..?" Hoseok said, covering his stomach.

Jin looked at the clock. "WOAH!! DINNER TIME!!" he abandoned them at the table and ran to the kitchen. "-Yujin! Come here!!"

"Ahh I don't want to."

"KANG YUJIN NOW!!!!"

"Yeeshhhhh.." Yujin rolled her eyes and went over.

The boys watch her leave. Jimin turned to Suga. "You guys are really close huh?"

Suga nodded as he drank his water from his bottle.

"I just met him the day you guys came." Hoseok said. "-oh wait, no. I met Yujin few days before you guys came."

"I didn't hear this before." Suga put down his bottle.

"I told you already. Short term memory," Hoseok side glanced him. "-the dude, bubble tea shop, the dude that messed with my brother."

"AHH..." Suga turned to the four who didn't know about it. "-I didn't like that dude, then I found out it was Yujin."

"What did he do?" Namjoon asked.

Hoseok related everything to them four about the whole bubble-tea-poured-over-Daehyun incident. He did a lot of description and Suga had to keep reeling him back to the main point.

"Someone's having fun talking about you and your incident with Daehyunie." Jin noted as they cooked the food.

"You know too?"

Jin nodded. "Hoseok was determined to fill me up with ALL the drama I missed."

Yujin breathed out.

When Hoseok did finish the whole story about the two days Yujin went to the shop, the boys were impressed.

"Oohhh... That's the best!!" Taehyung exclaimed and laughed.

"Is that why your brother hates the damned shortie so much?" Namjoon laughed.

"Who wouldn't?" Even Jimin was laughing.

"Because that was a freaking masterpiece of a JYP brat covered in bubble tea," Yujin said as she moved the dished onto the dining table. "-I have a photo too."

"SERIOUS???" Hoseok exclaimed and went over in a flash. "-I wanna see!!"

"Take the dishes out first." Yujin said. "-I'll show you after dinner."

But they all forgot about it the very next second and no one mentioned about it ever again.

Taehyung stood up. "Uh should I help?" He went into the kitchen, asking no one in particular.

Yujin looked at him. "Are you ga-"

She stopped when Jin shot her a look. "-tch. Forget it. Take these out." She passed him two plates of rice.

Taehyung started laughing like a madman.

Yujin whacked the back of his head, pushed the dish into his hand and pushed him out.

"Okay NO MORE FIGHTING!!" Jin announced. "-let's eat!"

"We'll eat well!!" the boys said before they started digging in quietly.

But it wasn't long before Jin chided Suga for being a picky eater, Hoseok whining to Jin because Yujin stole the piece of meat he was aiming for and Jimin and Taehyung yelling at each other because Jimin told the latter to eat his vegetables and Namjoon who tried stopping them but to no avail.

Jungkook stared at them. He hadn't started eating yet.

A piece of meat landed on his bowl of rice and he looked at Yujin who resumed eating.

"Eat," she said. "-you need to eat a proper dinner. Starving dinner in the playground or just cup noodles is gonna kill you. Eventually."

Jungkook continued staring at her.

"-stop staring." she said and fed herself.

Jungkook looked back at the ruckus the guys were making. It was beyond the regular noise level he could tolerate but somehow he liked it.

This is what a normal family feels like to have dinner together..?

"Jungkook-ah, why aren't you eating?" Jin asked and everyone stopped to look at him. "-is it not nice? Or are these the dishes you don't like?" Jin started getting worried. "-or are you allergic? Should I cook another dish for you? Or-"

"You better reply him or he won't stop." Yujin muttered under her breath.

"I'll..." Jungkook softly said, causing Jin to stop rambling. "-eat well.."

He reached out his chopsticks and took the piece of meat on his bowl and put it in his mouth and chewed.

Everyone waited for a response, particularly Jin. Yujin just carried on eating.

"Well?" Jin asked hopefully.

"-...it's delicious."

They all grinned at him. "LET'S EAT!!" Taehyung yelled with both hands in the air.

Namjoon caught Yujin glancing Jungkook's way a short while before she smirked.

"-eat it!!" Jimin shouted.

"Nooo!!!!" Taehyung grumbled.

"Yah Kim Taehyung you seriously-"

"-NOOOO!!!"

Namjoon watched Yujin stand up and switched the dishes around, putting the vegetables right in front of Taehyung. She sat back down without another word.

Jimin started laughing. "HAHAHA NOW YOU HAVE NO CHOICE~!"

The commotion continued throughout dinner and the boys managed to pull out a few unconscious smiles from Jungkook. Everyone noticed it every time but no one said a word. The boy's smiles were rare enough so no one wanted to ruin the moment.

They spent a full hour for dinner and then carried on the study session, conveniently moving from the dining area to the living room where they had left their work messily on the table after a short break. Meanwhile, the two -jins washed the dishes.

The study session carried on till close to midnight but got cut short when Hoseok's phone rang.

"-oh! I'm with Suga and Jin and the guys."

"-studying!"

"-really!!"

"-okay okay okay. Sorry sorry."

He hung up.

"What happened?" Suga asked.

"Daehyun must have accidentally spilled it that I wasn't at home." Hoseok laughed. "-ahhh that brat." he started packing up. "-I'll head home first! See you all tomorrow!!!"

With that, Hoseok ran out of the house.

"I think we should go too." Namjoon said. "-it's really late."

"Yeah." Jimin and Taehyung agreed unanimously.

"Thanks for having us." Namjoon told them.

"Sure! You can come over tomorrow too! And the day after, and every other day." Jin exclaimed excitedly.

"This isn't even your house." Yujin noted.

"-but it's mine and- AHH!!!" Suga exclaimed when Yujin opened to rebut him. "-don't! Say! Anything more!" 

She closed and looked elsewhere.

Her gaze met Jungkook's. He was staring blankly at her.

"You can stay." she mouthed.

"Bye hyung! See you tomorrow in school." Taehyung waved.

"See you all." Suga smiled.

"Jungkook-ah, you're not coming?" Taehyung asked.

Jimin glanced at the younger boy and somewhat understood why he wasn't going to go along. Jungkook had never gone home with them before, but he didn't know that Jungkook wasn't going to go home.
