"Appa! You can't possibly do this to her!" Luhan almost knocked the chair off in the dining area when he stood abruptly upon hearing his father's orders. Siwon only looked at him with piercing eyes; reminding him that he was still the head of the family. Yifan tugged him back down, wanting to make the necessary damage control but before he can even open his mouth, Sehun spoke; and if not of the growing silence in the room, it was barely inaudible.

"I'm going." Her head still bowed down, trying to hide the tears that were threatening to fall. Even without looking up, she knew that if it was possible for Joonmyeon and Yifan to break their necks when they looked at her, they would probably be in a neck brace now. She raised her head a little and her gaze fell on Yifan’s hands that were gripping tightly onto the edge of the mahogany dining table, almost void of color. She knew she had gone way too far this time.

"YOU ARE NOT!" Chanyeol, for the first time since they’ve all been summoned into the dining area, spoke. No. More like screamed and Hankyung raised her apprehensive eyes to her son.

"Chanyeol." Hankyung, in a reprimanding tone that she doesn't use very often. "Can't we discuss this like civilized people? And do you really have to raise your voice, huh, Luhan?"

Joonmyeon, being the ever level-headed one, spoke. "Appa, Sehunnie is too young. She can't possib--"

"I can do it!" Sehun cut her brother off and raised her stubborn chin. "I am a genius, aren't I?" More like mocking herself. "I need to do this." Her eyes roamed to each and every face in the room and she locked her gaze onto her father's. She saw a flicker of panic in his eyes. It was so fleeting that she suspected she might have just imagined it. Chanyeol turned to her with unbelieving eyes. She did her best to look strong when deep inside her, hysteria was building up. Let him change his mind, pleaes, God. Please .She silently prayed. But her father's next words really shook her to the core.

"Good. You'll be leaving tomorrow then. Your mother will pack your things and all the necessary documents that you'll need will be in the car that will bring you to the airport." Siwon said, matter-of-factly. He can't back out on his words now. His prodigal daughter will never let him live it down. He was not doing this out of whim. He's doing this for her. Hankyung brought her hand onto but he heard her sobs just the same. Yifan, his eldest, hugged his mother and assured her that everything will be okay. Sehun looked petrified, eyes wide from shock. He should know that she's just bluffing. He knew his daughter too well. He looked at his sons' crestfallen faces, silently challenging them to oppose him. Chanyeol walked over to his sister and tried to hug her but she just shrugged out of his touch and ran upstairs to her room.

"Appa's right. Sehun should learn from her mistakes. We can't be with her anytime to cushion her fall. She went way too far this time." Jongin gave his piece after a long moment of silence. Their father talked to him about this alone and asked for his help. He weighed things over and over again and finally came to admit that Siwon was indeed right. He promised him that there will be someone watching her 24/7, ensuring her safety.

"I can't believe you are doing this to Sehun!" Chanyeol growled at Jongin angrily. His youngest brother and their sister were hardly apart and he envied their closeness. He can't imagine him agreeing to this foolishness.

"Make it a point that she get out of this unscathed." The firm voice heeded warning. "I'm going back to my pad. Mama, please take care." Yifan fished his car keys from his pocket and kissed his mother on the cheek. He went straight to his car without even sparing his family a glance. He was very frustrated that he cannot do anything to revert the situation. He vent his anger onto the steering wheel in front him as he hit it a couple of times. He stepped on the accelerator and his Masserati Grand Turismo slashed into the midnight Seoul traffic. Their weekly family dinner turned into a nightmare. He's usually looking forward to Fridays so that he can stay at home with his family during the weekend but he decided to stay at his own place for tonight. He's not sure if he could muster not to take his sister away from her impending ordeal or if he could bear seeing her leave.
