[Long A/N ahead]

"Al-Alice. Baby, is that you?" Kris breathed out as he took two more steps towards her.

Eun Ah stayed rooted to the ground as she took in Alice's appearance. She was beautiful and a little familiar.

She had a sleek short, black, hair cut, large doe eyes and red coated lips that slowly split into a wide smile.

"Yifan." She said softly, racing towards him. Her arms were outstretched as Kris ran towards her, leaving Eun Ah behind, and lifted her off her feet and swung her around. His eyes were wide in disbelief but a smile was obvious on his life.

Eun Ah awkwardly walked towards the pair as they let go of each other and immediately pressed their lips to each other. Kris's hands slipped into her short hair and Alice wrapped her hands around his torso as their sweet reunion got heated.

Eun Ah shifted on the balls of her feet, a gross sensation filling her core. She couldn't help but feel jealous that Kris, someone who she believed had the same pain as her, was now having such a happy reunion.

Maybe it was selfish of  her, but she couldn't help but think that Kris didn't deserve it. Not after what he did. If anyone deserved it, it was her.

How come Kris purposely put her life at risk and still got his girl? Why did he get rewarded for being irresponsible, whereas she didn't get her own happy ending.

Kris pressed his forehead against hers and stared into her eyes, "How?" He whispered.

Alice opened her eyes and stared into Kris's a soft smile on his lips as he cupped her face, tears glazing over.

"I was barely alive, but Ryu thought I was dead. I was taken to the hospital and the police in Korea sent me to witness protection. I missed you so much, Yifan. I missed you so much." She said, bumping their noses together.

Kris laughed incredulously, caressing the side of her face, "How are you here now?"

Alice smiled, "They let me come back. They said it was safe."

"I can't believe this. You're here. You're really here. I thought you were dead! I'm so happy you're here." He chanted in her hair.

"I missed you too! I didn't know when I'd ever be able to see you! This is so great! I missed you so much." She said brightly. "I had to come to Seoul the minute I found out I could leave. I just wanted to find you."

That was when Eun Ah realized that Alice didn't know. She didn't know that the reason she almost died and was put into witness protection was because of Kris.

 "Oh God, Alice, I missed you so much, I can't believe this. Are you sure this isn't a dream?" Kris asked breathlessly.

Alice giggled and kissed him softly, "It's not a dream, Yifan. I'm really here. I love you."

"I love you too, baby. I can't believe you're really here."

Just as they leaned close again, Eun Ah cleared . Kris's eyes widened and he cleared his throat as he pulled away. He was about to step away, but Alice grabbed his hand, lacing their fingers together.

"Eun Ah…this is-"

"Alice." Eun Ah finished for him, giving the girl a small smile and sticking her hand out.

Alice stared at her hand for a second before reluctantly returning the gesture. "I've heard a lot about you."

Alice's lips didn't stretch out as widely as she pulled her hand back, "I hope only good things."

Kris grinned and squeezed her hand, "Of course, nothing else."

Eun Ah cringed and shifted, wanting to leave as soon as possible.

"So who are you?" Alice asked, tilting her head at Eun Ah.

"O-Oh, I'm Hwang Eun Ah, I'm one of Kris's…friends." She said, swallowing under her scrutinizing stare. The girl made no more comments and just stared blankly at Eun Ah.

"Alice, where are you staying?" Kris asked turning to face his girlfriend.

The girl scratched the back of her head, "At a friend's place."

"You have to come back to the house. No one's going to believe this. You must be so tired. You can fill us all in later." Kris said, his smile spreading up his lips.

Eun Ah frowned and looked at the ground. She didn't think that, that was a good idea. Luhan stayed at the house, too. Did Kris not realize how that would affect the older boy?

"A-Are you sure? Will that be okay?" She asked sweetly.

Kris wrapped his arm around her shoulder and tucked her into his chest, "It's you, Alice, of course it's okay."

Alice hugged him back before Kris turned to Eun Ah, his eyes shifted suddenly and cleared his throat.

"E-Eun Ah, d-do you want to come back to the house with us?" Kris asked.

Eun Ah's eyes landed on Alice who was staring at her with a blank, unamused face. Eun Ah looked back at Kris who had a shinning smile glowing on his face.

It was like he didn't even care how many people were about to get hurt by her appearance.

"No. It's fine, just drop me off at my place."

Yongguk stepped out of the bathroom, rubbing his newly brown hair with a towel when he saw the rest of B.A.P staring at him.

"Guy--"

"You're an ." Yongmi said with her arms crossed.

Yongguk smiled and tossed his towel at her, "I missed you guys."

Yongmi frowned, but that didn't stop her from padding to her brother and hugging him tightly.  "You're still an . But you're an that I missed."

Yongguk grinned and patted the top of her head. It only took a second before the other 4 members raced at him and tackled him to the ground. Yongguk groaned at the impact, his bruises still sore but he couldn't help but chuckle when they all dog piled on him, cheering.

He waited until they all rolled off of him before he sat up with the rest of them sitting around him like children around their kindergarten teacher.

"6 months and you all look different." Yongguk said with a smile.

"Says the brunette guy." Jongup said, hugging his knees.

Yongguk snorted and ran a hand through his hair.  He looked over at him and Junhong and felt his heart warm. They looked mature but above that, they looked happy.

They looked healthy and light hearted because their biggest problems now was finals and girls instead of fights and guns.

It made every cut and every bruise worth it.

"Did you hear? Junhong got a girlfriend!" Daehyun ratted out with a glint in his eye.

Junhong immediately turned red and looked away, "Oh, I know."

The young boy snapped his head at the elder who was watching him with a smirk. "W-What? H-How?"

"Well, the minute Himchan told me, I had to run a background check a few times. Make sure everything was good."

Junhong's jaw dropped, "You ran a background check on my girlfriend?"

"No. I ran one on you, you little punk. Had to make sure the poor girl didn't have any surprises." He teased when the younger boy pouted.

When Junhong was at school he was this boy filled with confidence and mystery, but even in his 20's he was still a baby around family.

"You know her father is a bodyguard right? I'm not going to bail you out of trouble when he tries to beat you up for dating his daughter."

Junhong rolled on the ground and covered his face, "I already met her dad and he loves me."

"Sure, that's what they all say. But secretly, he's planning on how to kill you and get rid of the evidence without his daughter knowing." Yongguk teased, relentlessly.

Junhong lifted his head and glared when Jongup spoke up.

"Yeah, I mean, isn't that what you're doing to Daehyun?"

Daehyun sat up straighter, and tightened the arm that was around Yongmi's shoulder. Yongguk looked over at them and saw the blank look that Yongmi was giving her brother.

"Nah, I'll wait until they're married."

That was enough to send the couple into a raging blush. It was 6 months and he hadn't missed a beat. He fell into this pattern with them as if he never left and it made the decision so hard.

He didn't want to leave again.

But he had to.

He looked up and saw Youngjae sitting quietly with a bright look on his face, "You finally got time off of work?"

The boy shrugged easily, "I figured this was a pretty big deal and I took the day off. Not to mention you basically needed a real doctor if you wanted to live."

"I'm impressed. Doctor Yoo has really come a long way. I'm really proud of you." Yongguk said.

Youngjae smiled, "Thanks to you."

"Are you over working?" He asked in concern.

Youngjae chuckled, "Sometimes. It kinda comes with the job, but don't worry, these are getting hurt so much that I see them at work more than I see my colleagues."

Jongup tilted his head as he surveyed Yongguk's swelling. "What happened? This wasn't you getting jumped out. Why were you beat up near Halmoni's place?"

Yongguk looked at the ground as everyone got silent, "I got ambushed."

"Why did you tell your partner guy?" Yongmi asked.

He shook his head, "It was about him. I was told that I could learn his real motives for helping me if I went alone."

Daehyun frowned, "Who could know so much about a man that you don't even know about?"

"Ryu." He said solemnly.

Junhong took a sharp breath as everyone else froze. "He's back." It was a statement but Yongguk knew that Youngjae was asking a question.

"Yeah. He's always been. He knows that we're here and it's breaking him down. He's losing control that he's even trying to bribe me. He's weak and he knows it." Yongguk said seriously.

Junhong raised his brow, "Did you get any information at all from that, though?"
