“Minyoung, are you done?”

                I shook my head with a pout, and then placed the book on top of the sofa. I sighed heavily. I adjusted my big glasses, since I forgot my contacts at home, and then continued reading the book again.

                I am reading a book. This is so not me. -.-

                But what can I do? Do I have a choice? If it wasn’t because of that phone call a while ago.. I wouldn’t be suffering like this.. ><

                *Flashback*

                After the ‘deal’ that Key and I made, he went upstairs.

                He just kissed my cheek! He kissed my cheek! K-I-S-S-E-D! Does that mean.. he.. was thinking of me a while ago?..

                Aish. You’re not thinking, Minyoung. He already said it. ‘You were on my mind a while ago.’

                Why on earth would he be thinking of me? This really freaks me out ><

                NO. NO. IT. CAN’T. BE.   Why would he think of me? He doesn’t like me, right?

                A loud thud pulled me out of my thoughts. I almost jumped when I saw Key in front of me. He was wearing very large glasses (which I find cute in him) and in front of him is a pile of books. A PILE OF THICK BOOKS. I don’t think this will turn out good..

                I placed my hand on my chest, and then glared at him. “You scared me to death!”

                He furrowed his eyebrows. “Am I that scary?”

                “But you just appeared in front of me!”

                He nodded sarcastically. “A while ago, you told that ‘Heejin’ that you are bored, right?”

                I nodded with a pout. “So?”

                He handed me a book. The Alchemist?

                I raised my eyebrow as I eyed the book. “What’s with the book?”

                He smirked. “Read it, and afterwards, I’ll give you a quiz.”

                *End of flashback*

                Well. Yeah. That’s how it happened. So here I am, revealing my nerdy side.. reading books.. a pile of books.. Which is totally so awkward, since I seldom read books before. Okay. I really don’t read books.

                “You’re cute with those glasses,” Key suddenly said, as he sat beside me.

                 I pushed him away. “Stop it, I’m reading.”  That was a lie, of course. I mean, how can I concentrate when he’s beside me? With a guy as good-looking as him? HOW CAN I FOCUS?!

                He ruffled my hair. “That’s good. Just focus, okay?”

                I just nodded, and after that, we were both silent.

               “Why are you here in Kangwondo?” I suddenly asked him, where did that question come from?!

                He looked at me with an expressionless face.

                Is he mad at me because of that question? I hope not..

               “I moved here three years ago.”

               “Why did you move here?” Okay, another question that came out of my mouth without thinking..

               “Something happened,” his eyes softened, as he looked outside. “Something that I never thought would happen..” he sighed. “I’ve always thought I will be happy with that person, but I was wrong. And I can’t forget it..”

                I bit my lip. Why on earth did I ask that question? It made him remember something that isn’t so good.. Stupid Minyoung ><

                “Sorry, I didn’t mean to ask you that question,” I apologized.

                He smiled. “No, it’s okay. I’m over it.”

                I just nodded, and focused on the book again.

               “Minyoung,”

               I looked at him, but then, he leaned in closer until his face was just two centimeters away from mine.

               I blushed.

               “What are you thinking?” he asked in a sweet, yet, seductive voice.

               I think I’m going to die..

               I gulped, and looked away. “N-nothing.”

               He made me face him. “Are you sure?”

               I bit my lip, and then nodded.

               He moved closer. What is he going to do?

               He closed his eyes. Oh. My. Gosh.

               IS HE GOING TO KISS ME?!

              “K-key, what are y-yo—“ his lips already touched mine..

             “Kibummie! Where are you! Hyor—“ Jjong stopped by the front door. “Oh,”

              Key pulled away, blushing, and I was left there, FROZEN.

              Key glared at Jjong. “What do you want!?”

             Jjong scratched his head. “Well.. Uhm.. I didn’t mean to disturb your ‘moment’, but—“

            “But what!?”

            “Hyorin is here.”
