Zee’s POV

            “noona, Angela’s not coming in today?” Minhyuk asked after he hung his stuff in the locker room.

He’s been volunteering here a few weeks now. Kyuhyun doesn’t know of course as Minhyuk started a few days after SJM left for Taiwan.

            “nope, she took a day off to get Kyuhyun’s apartment ready.” I replied putting on my black staff apron.

            “oh, anyway, noona, this might be my last day we will be preparing for our album release in Japan soon.”

            “no problem, and I’m happy for you guys. I heard your recent album really did well.” I said as we walked to the third floor to check up on the dogs.

He really didn’t have to volunteer, as it was just 2 weeks after their album got released but he insisted and said it’s just his way so de-stress. If you ask me I think Jonghyun asked him take care of Angela. Plus helping his hyung with his confession to Angela a few weeks ago.

            “thanks and yes it did.” Minhyuk had the widest of grins when he said it. Seeing that made me even happier. “Zee noona, do you think hyung will have a chance with Angela?” he asked when we entered the dog’s den.

            “why’d you ask that?”

            “I don’t know. Hyung really seemed to like her, Angela is nice and all but I think she only sees hyung as a friend.” He slightly pouted. I think he’s doing it unconsciously since I always see that expression on him.

            “Minhyuk-ah, whatever Angela decides it’s her decision.” I smiled kindly at him while we fed the dogs.

Minhyuk scooped the kibble and handed me the dog bowls for each dog.

            “seems like you already know why, noona. Does she like Kyuhyun hyung?”

            “did Jonghyun tell you to ask me that?” I smiled knowingly at him.

            “not really, but hyung has an idea that she does. I just asked to be sure myself.” He said as I helped him put the kibble sack back to the food storage room.

            “I have my instincts and it’s telling me she liked him ever since they started harping on each other, which was the very first time they met.” I sighed. I heard Minhyuk laugh.

            “noona, don’t you think this stuff only happens in dramas?” he said as we walked down towards the cats’ den.

            “sure does. By the way, don’t tell Jonghyun what I just told you ok?”

            “don’t worry, I don’t really like getting into his love life. Not my thing and never will be.” He said shaking his head as if having a love life disgusts him.

            “alright, can I leave you alone here? I need to do some paper work.”

            “sure, noona, I can handle it here. I need to help Kim Shin noona with the bathing anyway.” He smiled and disappeared into the den.

I walked down the stairs but something caught my attention. A familiar figure lounging like a boss by the couch flipping through a random magazine.

            “Yah, Cho Kyuhyun, what are you doing here?” I asked and my best friend looked up.

            “schedules ended early and I’m bored so I thought I’d hang out here.” He shrugged obviously bored as he continued to flick through the pages.

I crossed my arms and walked towards him.

            “this isn’t a place for you to just pop into when you are bored, Kyuhyun. And don’t you know Angela’s not around today coz she had to clean your apartment?”

            “I know she isn’t here.” That surprised me a bit, and here I thought he’s here for Angela.

            “then why are you really here? You can’t just be here just because you’re bored.” I said suspiciously.

He looked up at me with a sarcastic pained look.

            “can’t your best buddy be here without you getting all suspicious for no reason?”

I raised an eyebrow.

            “with you who’s currently inlove? I’m not too sure.”

            “aish! I really am here just to hang out, Zee. Besides, I’m getting the feeling it’s a lost cause anyway.” He said leaning back on the couch sounding defeated.

            “and what do you mean by that?” I asked sitting on the chair across him.

            “well, she never responds to anything I do and she doesn’t believe anything I say even when I’m being serious.”

            “this is why most girls that some guys like who also likes them back will get snatched away by another guy.” I said shaking my head. Kyuhyun looked at me with evident confusion painted all over his face.

            “care to explain?”

I sighed heavily.

            “didn’t it ever occur to you that she might’ve been confused on how she actually feels about you? Maybe it’s already a giveaway that even if she’s cleaning your apartment right now, she still won’t move back in, but no, you still don’t get it.” I rolled my eyes at him.

            “yah, I’d rather solve complicated calculus problems all day that to try to understand how the minds of women works. I may be an academic genius but my brain has its boundaries and it doesn’t include how to understand women.” He replied irritably.

            “yah, what Angela is doing now is pretty obvious, the other members even notices it and I assume Heechul even told you about it.”

            “tsh! Hyung would know he gets you women.” He said waving his hand as if he was mocking the whole women population.

            “yeah right, like you did when you were convincing Heechul and I to get together?” I snapped back. He opened his mouth to say something but closed it again in defeat.

            “you do know what hyung is about to do in his recording in Strong Heart today, don’t you?” he asked trying to change the topic.

            “of course I know about it. we talked about it last night.” I exclaimed. Yes he told me he’d reveal his relationship to the public and I appreciate that he actually talked to me about it. “but that’s not the point. you know, Kyu, it’s not really that you aren’t sure of Angela’s feelings, it’s more like you’re unsure of yourself.”

            “what do you mean by that?”

            “you know you like Angela but you are not confident with yourself, can’t blame you given the past…er…failure. You know she likes you too but somehow you don’t want to believe you’re worth being liked by her.” Now I feel like a shrink!

            “what do you think I should do?”

            “do what you do best. You already showed her how you feel now make her tell you about hers.” I said simply. Kyuhyun’s brows furrowed.

            “and how do you suppose I do that? She can barely look straight at me.” he said sulkily.

I could only shake my head in frustration.

            “Cho Kyuhyun, you come up with so many devious ways to prank and annoy your hyungs but doing something as simple as getting someone to fess up you go blank?” I said rubbing the bridge of my nose.

            “yah, it’s not that simple you know.” He said tossing the magazine to the coffee table. “she’s…she’s…”

            “different?” a voice said from the stairs. Kyuhyun and I turned to see Minhyuk smiling guiltily back at us. “sorry, couldn’t help but overhearing.”

            “what are you doing here?” Kyuhyun asked slightly shocked. Obviously he wasn’t expecting his friend’s bandmate here.

            “he’s volunteering.” I said flatly to save Minhyuk the trouble of a long and awkward explanation.

            “aren’t you guys still busy promoting?” he asked Minhyuk suspiciously.

            “we are, but I just like coming here to relax. And today is my last day, we’ll be preparing for Japanese album.” Minhyuk replied innocently walking towards us.

Kyuhyun nodded but a hint of suspicion still remained.

            “send my regards to Jonghyun then and goodluck to your Japanese album.” Kyuhyun said giving a smile.

            “I will.” He said. “hyung, I heard you were having problems with Angela?”

            “yeah why?” suspicion is back once again on Kyuhyun’s face.

            “if she likes you she’d be concern for you, right?” Minhyuk asked in an innocent voice, clearly he had no experience in the whole dating field. A few seconds later, a grin appeared in Kyuhyun’s face.

Then it dawned on me what he might be thinking.

            “oh great!” I shook my head and walked towards the office, leaving Kyuhyun celebrating his new scheme.

Minhyuk should never tell Jonghyun what he did. Although he mightnot have any idea what he had done because as soon as that grin appeared on Kyuhyun’s face, he suddenly look utterly confused and lost.

Whatever Kyuhyun got in his mind, it will either work or utterly fail.

Strong Heart recording

Leeteuk’s POV

Heechul’s words just silenced and shocked the whole studio for a few seconds before the studio bursts and reacted in disbelief. The other celebrity guests were expressing shock as well while others seemed to be contemplating if he was being serious or not. Eunhyuk and Shindong were just giving an awkward smile.

            “Heechul-ssi, what’s the punch line?” HoDong hyung asked laughing a little. He must’ve really thought this was a joke.

            “punch line?” Heechul asked innocently.

            “yeah, the punch line to your joke.” Seunggi said. Heechul laughed.

            “why is it you don’t take me seriously when I’m serious?” I can feel the smile that was plastered on my face slightly wavering.

The hosts then turned to look at us.

            “Leeteuk-ssi, is he really telling the truth?” Seunggi asked.

I looked at Heechul who also turned towards me. The calm look on his face just plainly told me to calm down myself, and to my surprise I did. Now I feel like I should get on with this lightly.

            “yes, he is.” I replied.

Loud “WEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHH”s and “ANDWAAEEE!” erupted from our fans in the studio.

            “whoa! Jinjja?” Seunggi exclaimed in shock.

            “if it’s really true then you will be the first member to actually confess in public right?” HoDong hyung clarified.

            “yes, I am. I have my reasons why I decided to do this as well.” Heechul said smiling.

            “is she a celebrity?” Jung Juri asked from the back.

            “haha she isn’t. but she’s related to one.” Heechul answered her.

That statement got everyone even more curious as to the identity of Heechul’s girlfriend.

            “related? Heechul-ssi, why exactly did you decide to reveal your relationship to the public?” HoDong hyung asked.

            “partly because I just don’t want all the rumors to affect her. It was fine when it was all about me coz I am used to it but recently there have been a lot of speculations and rumors and as a non-celebrity, it bothers her a lot.” Heechul being this serious has obviously unnerved people.

            “so you opened up about this because you want people to stop spreading the false rumors?” Seunggi asked.

            “Precisely, of course, I talked to her about this if she was ok with it. It took her quite a while to decide but she thought it’d be harder for me if we continue to hide it so she said yes.”

            “Heechul-ssi, what exactly is the difference between this relationship and your past ones?” Ho Dong hyung asked. Shindong, Eunhyuk and I started grinning widely.

            “for one thing, we got past the 3-month mark of my past relationships. This is the longest relationship I’ve ever had.” He laughed much to the amazement of the people in the studio.

            “Leeteuk-ssi, is he telling the truth?” Seunggi asked me.

            “yes, he is.” I said holding back a laugh.

            “Seunggi-ssi, people might wonder why it lasted this long, hyung’s girlfriend is really tough, she can really handle hyung’s personality.” Shindong said in Heechul’s behalf.

            “ah, jinjja? It seems as if you guys know this girl very well?” HoDong said noticing Shindong’s statement.

            “yes, we do. To add a bit of something, she’s Kyuhyun’s bestfriend.” Eunhyuk blurted out before we could stop him. Heechul glared at him for a fraction of a second but arranged his expression since it’s for broadcast.

            “she’s the same age as Kyuhyun.” Heechul nodded.

            “whoa, that’s something. But you said she’s one of the members’ relative, which one actually?” HoDong hyung asked curiously.

            “ah, we can’t really say for now.” Heechul smiled amusedly.

            “yeah, or else she’ll kill him.” Eunhyuk piped in much to the laughter of the audience.

            “is she really that tough?” Seunggi asked curiously.

            “more like they’re evenly matched.” I said joining in the fun.

            “but idols usually don’t publicize their relationship right?” Juri commented.

            “they don’t but I am not the usual idol.” Heechul joked lightening the atmosphere in the studio.

            “Heechul-ssi, how long have you two been dating exactly?” HoDong asked.

Heechul looked up as if to think for a bit.

            “since Christmas eve of last year. So almost 5 months now.” he replied.

            “wah, it’s been quite a while now. I want to send her flowers.” HoDong said out of the blue.

            “why?” Seunggi asked his co-host.

            “to thank her, finally someone exists that’s able to control Kim Heechul.” The studio exploded with laughter, even Heechul joined in.

            “do you guys have couple rings or something?” Suzy asked excitedly.

            “we do.” Heechul held up his left hand to show the couple ring they recently had. “we just had this a few days ago, I gave it during her birthday. We had this longer.” He pulled up his sleeve and showed the leather bracelet Heejong gave them.

            “That seems uncommon, don’t you think?” HoDong hyung asked.

            “ah, my brother gave it to us during new year.” Heechul laughed and pulled his sleeve back down.

            “Kang Ho Dong-ssi, Heechul hyung may act crazy and immature on broadcast but the members and I observed that whenever hyung is with his girlfriend he becomes serious and mature.” Shindong commented and Eunhyuk and I nodded.

            “I do?” Heechul asked in surprise.

            “yes, you do.” I replied flatly.

            “that’s weird, and I thought I still act the same.” He mumbled.

            “he still does some things like snapping at the members when we annoy him but most of the time he’s ‘mellow’ and just jokes around laughing with the members.” Eunhyuk explained.

            “Heechul –ssi, won’t you be in trouble when she sees this broadcast” Seunggi asked.

            “why?”

            “you played the piano and sang to Woori-ssi. Won’t she be jealous?”

            “ahh.. nah, she not the jealous type and she knows it’s for the show.”

            “she sounds like a cool girl, care to introduce her to us?” HoDong hyung said.

            “if she doesn’t mind, why not?”

            “how exactly did you two get together?” HoDong hyung asked curiously.

We couldn’t help it then, we howled with laughter just remembering what happened.

            “yah, what’s with you 3? Did I say something wrong?”

            “they’re crazy. When we tell you how, you might figure out who she is.” Heechul said ignoring the 3 of us.

            “omo!” we turned around to see Juri putting a hand over and with a look of realization. “could it be that she’s that violinist in your concert? I’ve read a lot of rumors about her.”

The audience gasped when they realized that it could be true.

            “ne, it’s her. We decided to date the day before her first appearance in our concert.” Heechul confirmed.

            “the reason why we laughed was that we saw and heard everything when they talked that day.” I said as I held in my laughter.

            “hyung, more like they were shouting.” Shindong corrected me.

            “ah yes, they were shouting.” I laughed.

            “yah, why are you picking on my story here?” Heechul said annoyed.

            “why were they shouting?” Seunggi asked.

            “they really never got along much since the very first time they met, they probably fight and argue 70% of the time that they’re together.” I replied, everyone laughed.

            “but they still got together? Wah…” Seunggi said amazed.

            “either his girlfriend has poor taste in men or she’s crazy.” HoDong hyung said shaking his head.

            “hyung, you still like girl groups until now right?” Heechul grinned deviously. HoDong looked victimized and looked straight at me.

            “Leeteuk-ah, the next time he comes here…” Hyung started to say pointing at Heechul. “bring his girlfriend along.” Another explosion of laughter.

            “anyway, what were you saying about them laughing?” Seunggi asked.

            “well, I think it was more like an accident when they started dating.” Eunhyuk said.

            “I don’t have any clear memory of what happened before that but we were already in Beijing for our concert and it was really raining hard so we just decided to stay in the hotel.” Shindong started, Heechul just kept turning in his chair listening intently.

            “we usually have individual room or sometimes we share but the company booked us a huge suite which we can all use. We took a nap after our flight but when all of us woke up his girlfriend weren’t in the suite anymore we asked her roommate where she was and he said she went out.” Eunhyuk blabbed on.

            “her roommate would be the member that’s her relative right?” Seunggi asked. we all nodded.

            “hyung went out after a few minutes and didn’t came back for a long time. We watched TV then coz rehearsals were cancelled due to heavy rains but when they came back they were shouting at each other. They were both really mad.” Shindong continued.

            “we were all really surprised then, it even took us a few seconds to figure out what happened.” I laughed.

            “how so?” Seunggi asked

            “we’ll show you.” Shindong said and he grabbed Eunhyuk and dragged him to the front.

            “yah yah! What are you two doing?!” Heechul shouted.

            “I’ll be hyung and you be her, ok?” Eunhyuk told Shindong, the people in the studio were now paying close attention.

Heechul was shaking his head and massaging the bridge of his nose.

            “they just came in with a loud bang before the shouting started.” I said as Eunhyuk and Shindong prepared. I stood up and walked towards them.

            “we’re ready!” Shindong said doing his comedic female impersonation.

            “Teuk Academy presents! Super Junior Kim Heechul’s clumsyyyyyyy CONFESSION!!!” I waited for the audience’s cheers to die down a bit. “3…2…1…ACTION!”

both Eunhyuk and Shindong stormed to the front the Shindong started the act.

            “you! Don’t even come near me ever again!!! You’re bad luck!” Shindong shouted at Eunhyuk. Heechul couldn’t even bare to look at them.

            “you got yourself in this mess because you were too stubborn to follow orders!” Eunhyuk snapped with exaggerated impersonation of Heechul.

He should honestly prepare to be killed by Heechul after this recording.

“who are you anyway that I’d follow your orders?! What do you care!?”

“I CARE COZ I LIKE YOU!”

“SO WHAT?! I LIKE YOU TOO BUT I DON’T GO AROUND ACTING LIKE AN INSANE IDIOT!”

“BE MY GIRLFRIEND THEN!” at this the people in the audience shouted in excitement.

“FINE!”

“FINE!”

“GOOD!”

“GOOD!”

they did it so fast that everyone had their mouths hanging wide open.

            “I actually want to forget this bit.” Heechul said smiling awkwardly as Shindong and Eunhyuk went back to their seats.

            “you guys really got together after that?” Seunggi asked in disbelief.

            “we did, we talked again after that to clear things up.” He replied.

            “from what I see here, they’re both evenly matched, if they were to appear in a show together it will be a riot.” Ho Dong hyung said making all of us laugh.

            “Heechul-ssi, what do you think your fans will say to this?”

            “I hope they will understand, I’m not getting any younger even though my face still has and always will have its immortal youth.” HoDong hyung shook his head at Heechul’s statement. “I have talked to the company and they gave me the thumbs up with this as well.”

            “well, Heechul-ssi, we hope the both of you will be happy and we’re keeping our fingers crossed in meeting her soon.” Seunggi said as everyone clapped.

With that Heechul’s confession ended.

Zee’s POV

            “Angela, let me do those dishes I know you’re tired go and get some rest.” I said as I entered the kitchen. As usual Kim Shin and EunHee are out for the night.

            “it’s really ok, besides there was much to clean in Kyuhyun’s apartment. I just vacuumed and wiped the furnitures and I was done.” Angela shrugged turning on the water.

            “I insist, now go watch some tv…maybe it can improve your Korean vocabulary.” I teased, I’ve been teaching her some few phrases here and there so that Kyuhyun won’t be able to talk bad in front of her.

            “fine.” She said in defeat and smiled. She wiped her hands before going to the living room.

I heard the sound of the tv and I just continued on washing the dishes. I glanced at the clock and saw it was already 11 pm.

I wonder how his recording went…I didn’t really think much about it today and now I feel nervous.

Did it go well? did he get into trouble?

I was about to wash dry off the plates when a pair of arms just wrapped around my waist.

            “oh! Kamjagiya!” the plate landed with a clatter with the others in the sink, good thing it didn’t break.

I turned a bit to my right as Heechul rested his chin on my shoulder. He looked really tired.

            “jagiyaaaa…” he crooned. I felt goosebumps run through my arms.

            “are you drunk?” I asked. but I didn’t need to since he doesn’t smell like alcohol and he probably didn’t get a chance to drink coz of his radio schedule.

            “nope.” He shook his head like a kid and wrapped his arms tighter around me.

            “you ok?” I asked as I continued to dry the plates.

            “yeah…” he sighed. “I am now.” I glanced at him again and saw he had his eyes closed.

I wonder what brought on all this. Maybe he needs a favor? But that would be unlike him.

I leaned over and lightly kissed his cheek; he smiled. I wiped my hands with a clean cloth when I finished with my chore and held his arms.

            “hey, how did it went today?” I asked. he opened his eyes and sighed. I turned to look at him but he kept his hands on my waist.

It’s moments like this that his girlish features suddenly vanish and his manly side appears.

            “it went really well, better than I expected actually.” He said calmly. If it went well shouldn’t he be happy?

            “then what’s wrong?”

            “I’m just really tired today that’s all. I had to chase Eunhyuk and Shindong today and it drained me of all my energy.” He smiled, the dimples on his cheeks made me want to kiss him again.

            “why?”

            “you’ll know when you watch the broadcast.”

            “I’ll take your word for it. by the way, why did you come here if you’re so tired?” I frowned at him.

            “I just want to see you, that’s all.” he said and felt his arms tighten a bit.

            “why are you getting cheesy all of a sudden? I’m not really used with you being all gushy.” I crossed my arms. I keep feeling like there’s something else going on.

            “there’s nothing going on, idiot.” He said finally rubbing his knuckle on my forehead.

            “fine, now that you’ve seen me, go get some rest.” I said pushing him away but he didn’t leg go of his grip.

            “no, I want to stay a bit longer.” He pouted. That made me smile.

            “I need my rest too you know, it’s Saturday tomorrow, it’s going to be very busy.” I said poking at his nose. He wrinkled it.

            “I just need one thing before I go.”

            “what’s that?” I asked curiously.

Before I knew it, he pulled me closer to him and he leaned in as his lips landed on mine. I felt a smile form on my lips as I kissed back.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and inhaled his intoxicating scent. It want his perfume, I knew if it was. But as always, it’s really addicting.

Heechul deepened the kiss to which I responded as much. Our lips formed as if it were perfect for each; meant for each other.

We hugged tighter and I can’t help but think just how perfect that moment was.

finally got to update!! whew! i hope you guys will like this although i know this isnt my best chapter ever..lol enjoy! it has finally reached the 50th chapter..this fic is about to end soon..T_T just giving a head's up...
