2 weeks later

Zee’s POV

            “Hey Zee, where do you want the groceries?” Angela asked as she got in the apartment followed by Kim Shin.

Since SJM left for Taiwan to promote their new album, we decided Angela should stay here for the time being. It would really be lonely for her to be all alone in Kyuhyun’s apartment.

            “just set it on the table, I’ll get those out after I’m finished here.” I replied.

Dear Leeteuk oppa had kindly asked me a favor to translate to Korean all of SJM’s guestings to check if they’re really doing well. I told him they probably would be since Eunhyuk oppa and ZhouMi ge are with them but he said Eunhyuk oppa doesn’t know Chinese yet an ZhouMi ge might have some trouble handling the members alone.

            “what in the world are you doing?” EunHee asked curiously after she hung her jacket..

            “Leeteuk oppa asked me to sub SJM videos.” I answered her and clicked save. “and I’m done! Finally!” I stretched and stood up.

            “you are crazy, Zee. C’mon let’s eat dinner, we bought take out.” EunHee said and pointed at the jjangmyeon on the table.

Just in time. I’m so hungry after all that subbing; my brain almost melted just staring at the computer for 3 days.

            “food! Finally!” I grabbed a bowl of the black-sauced noodles, mixed it with lightning speed and started gulfing down the food.

            “Zee, slow down, you’re going to choke.” Angela gave a small laugh and handed me a glass of water.

            “how you manage to keep you face clean is really a mystery, Zee.” Kim Shin laughed sitting beside me. The rest of the girls also sat and got each of their share.

            “it’s a talent.” I said proudly after I swallowed a mouthful of noodles. “before I forget the boys will be coming over.”

            “by boys you mean-?”

            “Leeteuk oppa, Yesung oppa and Heechul. They wanted to watch the videos, Shindong oppa won’t be around since he has a radio program. Leeteuk and Yesung oppa will be here after their programs.” I said and the others nodded. Angela however looked at me with shock.

            “you’re letting them come here?”

            “they always come here, Angela. Why do you think I always change the code to the apartment?” I grinned. I know what she’s thinking. She just had 2 weeks of SJ free days plus no more teasing.

She hasn’t even seen Heechul much since he’s also pretty busy. We don’t even have time to see each other much.

            “oh…but if they’ll be coming over wouldn’t it be already late?”

            “honey, it’s Super Junior. With them there’s no such thing as ‘too late.’” EunHee made air quotes and elbowed Kim Shin.

            “you two aren’t planning on going out, are you?” I asked knowing the answer already.

            “it’s Friday, Zee…is that even a question?” EunHee winked and sauntered off to her room with Kim Shin to change after they ate.

I rolled my eyes at my friends.

            “we better clean up before the boys arrive.” I said and Angela nodded and carried some bowls with me to the kitchen.

Angela washed the bowls and chopsticks while I cleaned the table with a damp cloth. The girls said their goodbyes a few minutes later and walked out the door.

            “the dishes are done, Zee.” Angela said coming out the kitchen wiping her hands.

            “good, me too.” I said stretching again

at that moment I saw hyung’s ears perk up, wagged his tail and he stared towards the door.

            “can you get the door, Angela? They’re here.” I said and Angela looked at me looking puzzled.

            “how’d you know?”

            “I just do.” I smiled and as soon as I said the words the doorbell rang and hyung bounded towards the door. Angela gaped at me hung wide open.

            “you’re psychic!” Angela said jokingly as she walked towards the door.

The boys’ greetings to Angela echoed throughout the room and the 3 figures emerge from the hallway.

            “hey guys!”

            “hi Zee, we just recorded for Sukira today so we got off early.” Yesung oppa said taking off his jacket.

            “no problem. Any of you want some drinks?” I offered.

            “nope, we’re good.” Leeteuk oppa said and flopped on the couch.

            “careful, hyung! you’re going to give me bruises!” Heechul shouted behind me as hyung kept jumping on him wanting to play.

            “hyung likes you?” Angela asked in surprise. Can’t blame her, my dog treats her like he does the rest of my friends; he ignores them with a huff.

            “don’t feel offended, that dog only likes Heechul.” Leeteuk sniggered.

            “Heechul-ah stop playing with my dog and let’s all watch the video before I get too sleepy to watch.” I said yanking him to the living room.

            “is that the way to greet me after 2 weeks of not seeing each other?” he said angrily.

            “aren’t you used to that already?” I rolled my eyes and we both sat on the couch.

I connected the laptop the tv so we could all watch it comfortably. Angela sat in alone in the lazy chair while I was squished between Heechul and Leeteuk oppa.

We watched the show when they all had a cooking challenge and the boys burst out laughing when they found out the pairings. Yesung oppa found it particularly funny, as he couldn’t stop laughing. He was almost literally on the floor while Angela could only laugh at the sight of him.

            “I can’t believe they paired Eunyuk and Kyuhyun together. They’re going to set the kitchen on fire.” I heard Heechul snort beside me.

            “probably for added entertainment.” I smiled. I already knew how this would end up, but I wouldn’t spoil it for the boys. “and speak English, we have company.”

            “right!” Yesung oppa blurted out. “my money’s on Ryeowook and ZhouMi to win.”

            “me too…” Leeteuk oppa said casually raising his hand but kept his eyes glued on the TV.

            “you might find some things interesting, you know.” I added to give them a bit of confusion.

            “care to tell me ho won?” Heechul whispered to my ear, which made me shiver, that really tickles me. A LOT!

            “no, that would ruin the fun. And stop whispering to my ear.” I said elbowing him. He muttered profanities under his breath but I just ignored him.

If there was going to be a slight thought in their heads that Kyuhyun and Eunhyuk oppa might surprisingly win, it had vanished when they saw Eunhyuk argue with Kyuhyun about wanting to have strawberries in their mapo tofu.

            “awww…how cute!” Angela commented when Sungmin oppa and Henry started singing ‘I’m Yours’.

            “it’s not cute…and Henry should know better than to play with knives.” I yawned and Heechul instinctively put an around me. I tried not to lean on his shoulders to avoid dozing off.

            “I don’t cook much but even I know not to add that much chili and chili paste.” Yesung snorted and took a bite of the bag of chips Angela handed him.

When Kyuhyun snatched some ingredients from Ryeowook oppa and ZhouMi ge’s area, I already knew something going to go wrong.

We watched them cook with a few laughs from Kyuhyun and Henry’s groups while the only thing the others could say about Wookie oppa was that they want him to cook the sweet and sour pork when he gets back…

            “I’m getting nervous just watching him trying to take a bite of that dish.” Leeteuk oppa said biting his fingers as if he’s watching a horror movie.

Well, it’s Kyuhyun and Eunhyuk oppa’s cooking so it’s as good as.

Everyone broke into hysterical laughter as soon as Kyuhyun started coughing…and the manager…and the host.

            “remind me never to eat so much as a crisp of Kyuhyun and Eunhyuk’s cooking.” Heechul said laughing to death.

Yesung oppa had already fallen to the floor clutching his stomach, as he was laughing too hard. Even the leader’s high-pitched cackles echoed throughout the room. Angela on the other hand covered her face with a throw pillow to avoid laughing out loud.

Everyone wanted another episode after the one we watched so I played the one where they had a challenge to do some simple acrobatic stunts.

            “Eunhyuk oppa is so mean to laugh at Wookie oppa like that.” Angela said with a slight bitterness to her voice.

Ryeowook oppa really isn’t one of the ones with body coordination so he couldn’t spin the bowl right on the stick. Every time his bowl fell Eunhyuk oppa would burst out laughing.

            “that’s not something new to us, Angela. We always make fun of each other.” Leeteuk oppa said with a grin and exchanged looks with Heechul.

Aish these boys.

            “but you got to admit Kyuhyun did well with those blocks thing.” Yesung oppa commented.

Kyuhyun tried to do the 3 blocks or brick part where you had to flip the bricks or exchange it from one hand to the other without letting it fall. It’s really about speed and accuracy; I gotta admit I was surprised myself.

            “tsh! Minus the fact that he almost hit his balls…” I elbowed Heechul. “… it was alright. He has potential”  he said and flicked my forehead.

            “YAH!” I shouted and he stuck his tongue out at me while I rubbed my forehead.

            “what do you think, Angela?” Leeteuk oppa asked casually.

            “I’m not surprised that he’s good with the blocks. He’s already a blockhead to begin with.”

We roared with laughter once again. She actually has a point there.

            “too bad he’s not a block or he would not have gotten hurt when Henry hit his .” I said laughing. The boys still haven’t watched that yet coz I didn’t have time to sub it yet.  Only the girls and I did...:))

            “don’t spoil the fun for us! and good to know Henry’s learning something from us.” Heechul said in a raised voiced but he said the last part proudly. As if he had successfully influenced another to be on the dark side.

            “remind me to thank Henry for that when they get back.” Angela said grinning…she was literally almost jumping with joy when Henry whacked Kyuhyun’s .

            “why don’t you just tell Kyuhyun that you missed him?” Yesung oppa said grinning.

            “yea—what?!” Angela was caught off guard and snapped her head towards Yesung oppa.

            “wahahaha you miss him!” Yesung oppa jumped from his seat and clapped his hand along with Leeteuk oppa.

Heechul and I started laughing while giving each other the look.

            “I knew he got you when you saw him singing during the showcase!” I said while Angela just blushed tomato red.

            “he so did not! I was just thinking of something else when oppa asked me that!” she said denying what had just slipped out.

            “you were thinking when you’re going to see him again?” Heechul teased and Angela buried her face in the pillow once again.

            “it’s ok, Angela, your secret is safe with us.” Leeteuk oppa tapped Angela’s shoulder lightly still trying to hold his laughter but failed. He looked at Yesung oppa who had tears in his eyes from laughing. “nice work, JongWoon-ah.”

            “I think I want to die.”

            “don’t worry, we won’t tell him anything.” I patted her shoulder and tried to push her up.

I succeeded but her face was still covered with her hands.

            “if it makes you feel better I think Ryeowook, Sungmin and Zhou Mi looked like sea lions playing with those hoops.” Heechul can say the most ridiculous things at times.

            “sarangingayo geudae nawa gatdamyeon sijagingayo…” (Is it love? If you feel the same way, is it a beginning?) Yesung oppa started singing ‘Sarangingayo’ (perhaps love) from Princess Hours.

It was really a good thing that Angela couldn’t understand the lyrics or she’d be burying her face again.I think she got an idea though coz she groaned in despair.

            “mami jakku geudael saranghandaeyoon sesangi deutdorok sorichineyo…”( My heart keeps saying it loves you. It screams out for the whole world to hear) Yesung oppa now pranced in the middle of the room and started dancing with Heechul and Leeteuk oppa.

When will they grow up?

            “wae ijeya deullijyo ohhh…” (Why has it taken so long for me to hear it~?) Heechul and Leeteuk oppa continued in out of tune voices…

I sat by the armrest of the lazy chair while Angela stared at the 3 bouncing idiots in front of us in a shocked expression. She saw them go crazy already but not this crazy. I reckon she’s in a state of shock from this sight in contrast to their serious faces on their mvs and stage performances…well, some stage performances.

            “seorol mannagi wihae ijeya sarang chajatdago…” (We've finally met.. finally found love) Yesung oppa finished the song and knelt with the other 2 flinging their arms towards Angela.

            “girl, for your sake, I’m glad you don’t know the lyrics of that song.”

            “I’ll take your word for it.” Angela said not making any protests about what I said is true or not.

We watched the last part of the video where they had to do all the stunts together. Heechul kept saying that Super Junior would have to do a circus act after their performance and how Eunhyuk oppa could now finally become a monkey.

            “no wonder your cousin smells, he loves eating stinky tofu!” Heechul said looking at me then pointed at the screen.

            “he is what he is. He’s a growing kid leave him alone.” I said defending my cousin.

            “growing kid? He’s turning 22 this year!” Heechul shouted to the amusement of the people inside the room.

I just shrugged.

We all stood up when the video ended. The oppas thanked me for subbing the video for them and said they’d be looking forward for more. That made me feel bad to be honest…I think I’ll just search for subbed videos on YouTube and let them watch it there.

            “you ready with Heechul’s new solo, Zee?” Leeteuk oppa asked before they walked out. Angela already escaped to her room. She was using the extra room we have that Henry used to use.

            “you have a new solo?!” I turned towards him shocked.

It’s only a week before their concert and he failed to tell me this! I’m getting a headache.

            “I was about to, Teukie-ah.” Heechul glared at the leader and the latter with Yesung hurriedly went out the door.

            “so what’s your new solo?” I asked in a flat tone. So not in the mood.

            “默默(momo/ silently) by Fahrenheit.” That caught you off guard. Heechul rarely sings songs in another language, albeit in Chinese.

            “you want to sing a Chinese song?” I asked raising my eyebrows to make sure.

            “why not? This is the last stop for SS3 so I thought I might do something different.” He said handing me the music sheet for the song.

            “fine, whatever.” I took the sheet and read it. “you changed the arrangement?” I asked noticing the slight differences.

            “yeah, to make it fit with the violin instead of the guitar.” Heechul said proudly. Then I remembered he’d be playing the piano.

            “alright. Now go to sleep, you had a lot of work to today.” I said pushing him out.

            “why are trying to get rid of me?” he asked and pouted cutely.

            “I’m just trying to make you go and rest.” I leaned slightly forward and kissed him. Just a light peck to make him get going.

            “fine. And we have to practice at the company in two days.” He said while putting on his shoes back on.

            “I know, I know. Now go and goodnight to you.” I opened the door for him; he walked out and paused.

He suddenly leaned in and gave me another kiss. It was longer than what I gave him earlier but still less than 3 seconds.

            “goodnight!” he waved and left after he broke the kiss.

It’s beginning to be quite normal for us being a couple now. I guess you kind of get used to it after a while. But you never really can expect the same thing when you’re with Heechul. Why? Coz Kim Heechul will be Kim Heechul. The man with the most unpredictable thoughts…

SS3 Vietnam

3 hours before showtime

Siwon’s POV

Finally finished rehearsals! Wahoo! There’s not much changes so not much to remember.

            “Siwon oppa!” I turned and saw Zee jogging to catch up to me.

As usual she was looking very casual, no make up just a shirt and a pair of jeans. Don’t get me wrong she is very pretty, I could say that aloud coz I know hyung won’t mind as much. If anything he’d brag about it. typical, hyung and that’s why we love him. Hehe

            “oh hi Zee.” I greeted her with a high five. “how’s it going?”

            “I’m good. How about you guys? Your drama going well?” she asked as we walked back to the waiting rooms.

            “recording will be done by the end of the month which is great. It’s just too bad that we can’t promote the album on shows with the others though.”

            “nah, it’s ok. You and Donghae oppa are doing your part through your drama. Will definitely look forward to that when it comes out.” she said cheering me on. I laughed lightly.

            “thanks, oh how’s Kyuhyun’s roomie doing?” I asked curious.

Kyuhyun seriously gets cranky when we mention her name but if I know he just miss her. He especially got sulky when Henry called Zee and made everyone talk to her without him knowing, turns out he thought we also talked to Angela but we really didn’t. kekeke and how can we let him talk to Zee when he was in the shower then? Tsk tsk…my favorite dongsaeng got careless....i knew something will happen between those two.

            “Angela? She doing really well, missing a certain someone but ok.” I saw her grin and I grinned back.

            “looks like 2 people are on the same page.” I said before we entered a jam-packed waiting room.

I saw Kyuhyun sitting in a corner humming to his song with one earplug on his ear. Henry, Shingdong hyung, Donghae and HyukJae were playing something on the table, I don’t know what it was but from the looks of those cards and cans I sure don’t want to know. Yesung hyung, ZhouMi and Ryeowook were eating in a corner while the 83-liner were just talking.

            “hey, want to get Kyuhyun’s nerves?” Zee said gesturing to Kyuhyun. I took a sip at my coffee that one of the staffs gave me.

            “what do you mean?”

            “you know, make sure that there’s something between those two. I mean Yesung oppa got Angela last week.”

            “hmmm…that’s a good idea, I guess. Just nothing too brutal ok?” no matter how I like to joke around he’s still my favorite.

            “yes, oppa.” She sighed. I’m not sure whether I like it when Zee obeys me like that. Heechul hyung’s been biting my head off because of it.

making sure that the rest of staffs were out Zee gestured to me to follow her lead. Zee grabbed a chair and sat right in front of the couch where Heechul hyung and JungSu hyung sat.

            “Heechul-ah, I was just telling Siwon oppa about the date Angela and Jonghyun had.” Zee said as soon as she sat down.

As soon as she said it, I almost missed my chair when I sat. I managed to catch myself when I realized this could be the plan she was thinking. Why can’t she give a head’s up about what she’s going to say.

The hyungs looked at Zee in utter confusion and I saw Kyuhyun in the corner of my eye snap his head towards us.

It was Heechul hyung who quickly caught on when he noticed the changed in Kyuhyun’s expression.

            “oh yeah. The one when they went to Lotte World or to Namsan Tower?” hyung asked casually. Leeteuk hyung started grinning.

These couple sure scares me sometimes.

The rest of the boys were listening now. I looked to my right and Yesung hyung seemed to be filling Ryeowook and ZhouMi in on what’s happening.

            “I’m sure it’s that time he took her to the skating rink after dinner.” Leeteuk hyung added looking at the papers in his hands. It was now too quiet that our conversation could clearly be heard.

I snuck a glance at Kyuhyun who was literally turning red at the face.

            “or all of the above?” Yesung hyung said joining in on the joke.

            “it was all of the above.” I answered.

            “I guess being nice really has its perks.” Eunhyuk said balancing a can on top of a card pyramid.

            “see, Kyuhyun? If you just treated Angela nicely like Jonghyun does you could’ve gotten the girl.” Donghae teased throwing a towel at him. Kyuhyun caught it easily.

            “tsh! He can have her.” He said yanking the earplug out and tossing his ipod on top of his bag. “what’s he doing skipping on his schedules just to date anyway. He’s getting irresponsible because of a girl if you ask me.”

            “well you know what they say, hyung.” Henry said biting his lip as put another can on top of the can Eunhyuk just placed. “if the heart really wants it. the heart will definitely find a way.” He finished and clapped his hand as the soda can steadied.

            “oh shut up!” Kyuhyun threw the towel right on Henry’s head and the slight breeze it made caused the weird tower to tumble down.

            “KYUHYUN!!!” the rest on the table shouted, but the latter just stormed out of the room and slammed the door.

            “tsk tsk temper temper…” Heechul hyung shook his head sarcastically. “what are you up to exactly? I’m sure you didn’t just do that to piss him off?” he jerked a thumb towards the closed door.

            “I was just trying to prove a point.” Zee answered him with a triumphant grin.

            “although we already know that point;  Someone doesn’t.” leader hyung said pointing at the door.

We all agreed and hoped that maknae will realize that soon. He believes in fate; he met Angela in the most obvious meeting by fate so he should start opening his eyes before all of us whack him to the head.

Show Starts

Leeteuk’s POV

I’m seriously getting nervous not with my performance but with Heechul’s. He said he’s going to do it then, he’s going to do something to make ELFs ready to the possibility of him being in a relationship.

            “what’s gotten you all in a knot, hyung?” Henry asked suddenly appearing beside me.

            “it’s best that you don’t know.” Yes as Zee’s cousin he’d better not. I don’t think he had already gotten used to the idea that Heechul and his cousin are dating yet.

            “ok, but relax, hyung. drink this.” He handed me a bottle of water.

            “thanks.”

            “I wonder why Heechul hyung changed his solo.” He said looking out on the stage as Donghae was about to finish his solo. Heechul would be up next.

            “beats me either.” I shrugged. I was being honest since he didn’t tell me why when I asked him.

The lights dimmed as Donghae finished his solo and the crew hurriedly set up the stage for Heechul’s solo. The grand piano was in the middle and Zee would be playing the violin standing beside him.

Everyone shouted and cheered as the starting note for Heechul’s performance started. We can almost see some of the shocked faces of the fans due to Heechul’s new choice of a solo piece.

            “wow…hyung, looks so different.” Donghae muttered. He just arrived from the other side of the stage and was now watching the performance with us.

            “probably because this is the last performance for SS3.” Henry replied taking a sip of his water.

Siwon and Eunhyuk also arrived to watch the performance. Sungmin is on the other side preparing for the next stage.

Heechul played the last notes of the song and then Zee will end it with a few lines.

Before Zee could end her part Heechul stood up and took 3 slow strides towards her.

            “what is Heechul hyung doing?” Siwon said pointing towards the stage. The rest of us had our mouth gaping at the couple on stage.

We hurriedly gathered near the stage to get a better look, I saw Yesung, Sungmin and Ryeowook’s heads poking out on the other side as well.

            “this can’t be good.” Henry said ominously.

He was sort of right since even with the mask, Zee looked surprised and nervous at what Heechul might be up to. She still continued to play though amidst the crowd’s shouts.

Heechul touched the side of Zee’s face with the back of his index finger. It seriously gave us shivers.

The crowd shouted harder when he pulled the tie of Zee’s mask, it was just in an easy ribbon knot so it will definitely fall. What is he thinking!

            “Zee will definitely kill hyung.” Eunhyuk said in disbelief shaking his head.

Zee’s mask loosened as she ended the song with her last note. Heechul was now holding the edge of her mask, which fell slightly after the knot was untied.

Zee’s arms fell and tried to step back but couldn’t as she was obviously frozen there due to shock. Heechul was leaning in closer to Zee and the crowd’s excited cheers were louder than ever.

The gap lessened but before Heechul’s lips landed on Zee’s, the lights throughout the stadium dimmed. The crowd went wild.

All of us were frozen.

I looked at the boys beside me and all of them had their mouths hanging wide open.

            “d…d…did they…j…just…kissed?” Eunhyuk stuttered pointing a finger towards the stage.

            “I…I…think?” it was all I could answer.

My mind was a complete blank.

What the hell just happened!?
