The One For Me
Narrator’s POV
“Get what?” Eunsoo blinked at her older cousin.
“Actually, I’ve been observing you.”
“When we talk, you usually mention this one guy, you’ve been smiling a lot. Compared before, then when I ask you about…the other guy….you just seem to answer simply.”
“One guy? Other guy?”
Minho sighed.
“You’re slow.”
“I’m saying, you.” Minho pointed on finger on her forehead.
“Total eclipse.”
“Eh?”
Kai strolled out of the party and walked out of the hotel’s closed building. He exhaled and loosened his tie as he stepped out to the garden.
“Now, where is she?” He muttered as he looked around.
Then he saw two people sitting on the bench.
“Eunie?” He called out. The guy beside her looked up.
“Oh, Kai.” Eunsoo stood up quickly.
Minho smiled and stood up, he patted her cheek.
“I’ll go in.”
Eunsoo nodded and watched him as he left.
Kai waited for Minho to be out of earshot, then he spoke,
“So, you and the new guy?”
“New guy?”
“Him.” Kai gestured at Minho.
“Ah, Minho oppa.” Eunsoo nodded and sat down.
“Oppa?” Kai sat beside her.
“He’s older than me.”
“You two look good together.” Kai looked away.
He heard Eunsoo chuckle.
“Kai?”
“Mwo?!”
“He’s my older cousin. My dad and his dad are siblings.”
Kai’s POV
“C—cousin?”
Eunie nodded and looked up at the sky.
“I was having some problems, we talked here.”
“What problems?” I looked at her. She blinked and looked away.
“Just some things.”
“Ya, are you keeping things from me now?” I grabbed her wrist and made her face me playfully.
Eunsoo tensed and grabbed her arm back.
“Ya….ha--jima.(Don’t do that.)”
“Let’s go back inside.” She stood up and walked to the door.
What’s wrong with her?
Your POV
I ran back to the party and took a glass of orange juice from the waiter. I felt my heart relax again. Earlier, with Kai, I suddenly felt so nervous.
Something must be wrong with me.
Is it because of Hoya? I shook my head.
Kai’s just a friend, Soo.
He’s your bestfriend.
“You must be Choi Eunsoo, right?”
