Narrator’s POV

*SLAP!*

The girl dressed in a mini dress stood up and glared at Kai.

“You’re an .” She hissed before leaving. Kai flexed his jaw as the girl left the coffee shop.

Baekhyun and Chanyeol stood up from their table with grins on their faces.

“Seriously, Kai, when will you change?” Byunbaek said as he sat down. Chanyeol grinned.

“That wont happen.”  Chanyeol laughed.

Kai just smirked.

“Today was the 9^th day, you know how the game goes, hyung.”

“One day, you will realize that its not a game at all, Jongin.” Baekhyun said while frowning.

Kai shrugged and sipped his coffee.

“One girl will come into your life and will change you.” Baekhyun nodded.

“I hope she comes fast.” Chanyeol snickered.

Eunsoo brushed her hair in front of the mirror, then she grabbed her bag. Before going out she fixed her shirt and jeans.

“Good morning, Eunsoo!” Her friend, Jihae called out.

“Why aren’t you dressed yet?” Eunsso blinked.

“Woke up late, anyway you go ahead.” Jihae waved her over, Eunsoo chuckled and went down.

Your POV

“Good morning, Eunsoo-nim!”

I almost choked on my milk, Dongwoo grinned at me.

“Seriously, you want to kill her?” Sungyeol chuckled and handed me a tissue.

“Thanks.” I gave Dongwoo a dirty look. He grinned.

“Hoya hyung’s gonna be late.” L sat beside us with a can of juice.

“Wae? Is he sick?”

“Ani, the King called for him. Seems to be urgent.” He nodded.

I went back to eating.

It must be urgent.

Then we all heard the cafeteria doors slam open. One of our females sunbaes ran in while crying.

“What’s with her?”  I heard Woohyun say.

Narrator’s POV

“Abeoji, how can you do this?” Hoya dropped the formalities in frustration. The queen looked away.

“Prince, we cannot change things. It has been promised between families, by your grandfathers.”

Hoya shut his eyes in frustration.

“I cant marry her.”

“Son, you have to. It will bring the royal family shame.”

“I don’t even know this person.”

“You will get to meet her soon, my son.” The queen tried to placate him.

“I will not marry her.” Hoya said. The king frowned and looked away.

“I have someone~”

“We know about her, she doesn’t fit in our family!” The king exploded.

“Why?” Just because she’s not of royal blood?!”

“She’s not a pure Korean.” His father stated.

“Does that still matter abeoji?!”

“It does.”

Hoya flexed his neck and walked out the room.
